      To get straight to the point, I will say this UMR is trash, I hear a toilet flushing with this low class insurance period! I am a State Employee and on my card it doesn't even show how much I would owe if I had to go to the emergency room. Normally on the front of the insurance card is a small fine print that says if it is non-life threatening the co-pay could be $200 to $250. On mine it shows absolutely nothing! I contacted them to find out why I was receiving a bill from my local Hospital as I had no choice, but to go into the Hospital. I then receive a bunch of bills which I of course paid and now out of nowhere I was receiving bills for over $750.00. I contacted the local Hospital which was zero help and now UMR and come to find out UMR claims $750 is the co-pay for an emergency! Seriously they are some POS Company that is beyond GREEDY! I would never want them ever again. I already notified my Union as well to get them removed from our Department Officers!

      This is the worst insurance company I've ever had. Absolutely horrible and doesn't deserve 1 star. We pay into it every month but that doesn't get applied to our deductible. We have to pay for every doctor's and er visits with still no coverage until you pay enough medical visits to meet your deductible. Absolutely insane they are a scam.

      The absolute worst company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Purposefully redirect calls, don't answer, hang up and forward you to overseas call centers. Refuse to fill certain medications or 90 day supplies. But, if you use their delivery service they'll allow it. But if you contact them prior to have your doctor send in a prescription and ask them to send it **** instead of **** they ignore and you can't get your package delivered, even after you paid for expedited shipping. I'm forced to use them due to my insurance situation and I would happily pay $25,000 a year not to deal with them, however my medication would cost over $400,000 if I went with some other insurance so I'm totally screwed and forced to deal with this truly vile terrible organization. IF YOU HAVE THE MEANS AND THE ABILITY, whatever you do, please please use a different insurance company / pharmacy. Also, I'd rather get a cystoscopy every day of the year than deal with this company once a month, they are that bad. I pray that all who are able can get away from this disaster.

      I have a health plan with UNITED HEALTH CARE PPO paid for 5 months in which is included health-vision-dental for my wife and my son, the plan came from a company which was involuntarily terminated but they paid the entire 5 months of service, the truth is that I have sought my medicines all good I have made an appointment vision all good and until this moment my policy worked 100% since August 1 is active but my dental plan on the page of United Health Care appears active since that date that I mention above, which is no, they denied me the coverage at the dentist, I was surprised and the girl called three times in my eyes and so did I and I talked to them, but the answer was this inactive, well I pay at the dentist with my money and I go home to try to know what happens here begins the suffering, I have not been able to know why my policy is inactive it's 8:31 p.m. at night and since this time my policy is inactive: and since 17:00 trying to resolve this issue one hour the first call we communicate with the Dpto. ****** then dental says that it is not there that is not providers that is individual, they transfer the call to 4 times 4 different people all very nice they ask for many many apologies but they are not efficient nobody was able to give a reasonable answer finally I communicate with the chat of the page to see if I can understand what happens, I have the chat transcribed still not resolved and well the last humanan call ****** asks me for the phone number she calls me they pass me with two more and they leave me waiting 22 minutes until the interview came up, total waste of time and 3 hours waiting and I was left without a halfway decent, credible and responsible answer.

      They don't pay out . I get bills crazy because the won't cover. Would not OK a stress test for my cardioligist because ***** thinks it is not necessary although I my primary sent me to cardiology for high blood pressure, tight chest and a major problem UHC is a death wish.. DO NOT USE THEM

      Definitely a scam I received two invoices from two of their so called affiliate companies and I have never signed up for anything with them! I sell life and health insurance so I use my own business. Why would I purchase anything with these people. Both invoices look exactly the same but with two different companies that you can find on their website as being theirs. How can anyone make out a fake invoice and mail it to you?

      *** refuses to reimburse me for our therapy sessions mental health coverage thru disabled claims. i have appealed all, filed discrimination, civil rights, went to gov. ******************** sent to senator ******, ***** case must find/use a federal entity to get this claims shown as fraud, mis-use federal funds, etc , went to my ga district congresswoman ********************* .,she reviewed the multiple claims, all filed correctly, she had her contact in federal agency she reports to before moving forward, review my claims, files, proof of payment, diagnosis reports, they know by proven records, statements, etc i depleted my life saving paying out of pocket, for mental health therapy, *** **************************** ph,d is an out of network specialist, psych, and i followed all uhc steps for approval, my in network psych who writes my rx, referred the specialist for much needed one on one every 2 weeks therapy.all was approved and i began filing my claims only to be denied, several reasons up and down the 5 tiers of appeals, i have spent thousands on copying over and over, ink, postage to all involved with righting this wrong. i am 100% disabled, a widow and desperately need what was my life savings, and cannot afford to continue therapy without someone stepping in, they have never reinbursed any milage to her or my general ***, chaned my plan/policy 7 times since 6/1/2022 to another last month, without my consent ornknowledge, just sent new cards with new dates, i have all and i am begging for help, i have proof in writing of false claims denying me for non existing reasons, etc,. please contact me , sincerelym ***************************.. *****************************************************************

      Secure Horizons has not processed one bill this year. Called into customer service and rude woman claims that *************** was paid. I asked why did I not receive and EOB? Lady claimed that systems is still broken.....sounds fishy. She claimed she would send out a MASTER EOB. Two months later - nothing and hospital did not receive payment. Going to have to file a complaint with ******** and Insurance Commissioner.

      They **** as a RX home delivery company, I finally got someone at 4pm on July 31, 2024 that knew what the h*** was happening with my medication. This place should not even operate any longer. I have dealt with them for 7 whole months and they are awful.only gave one star because they would not let me leave it blank, otherwise they would have 0/ Z-E-R-O
