I called customer service and quickly got an English speaking human being. He was nice, helpful and pleasant to talk to. He solved my log-in problems and answered my questions. No complaints.Options Travel Group

Bad business, Options Travel Group, is not a good company, they have rude customer service, they tell you a lot of nice things when you are in front of a salesperson, later on, once you give them money the nice is over. We went to a presentation on Feb 21, 2023. They convinced us and using a law firm letterhead that for $9852.00 they will get rid of our timeshare contract, and told us we have 5 business days to cancel if we don't need it. We called the salesperson as instructed within 5 days. The salesperson told us that someone from customer service will be contacting me. On March 2, 2023, they took our money from our credit card, I called and cancel the payment with the credit card, but somehow they convinced them to release it. Customer service waited for the 5 days to pass and told us it was too late. that they were going to retain the money and they were not going to reimburse us. I have been in contact with the law firm that is on the letterhead asking them if they received any kind of paperwork under our name, and they stated they haven't. Now they are trying to keep my money without doing any services at all. I have been emailing them with no response at all.Options Travel Group

Total scam. Complete frauds. They lie about who they are and who they represent. At the end of the day, what they wanted was for me to gift them my timeshares and pay them 8K for the privilege, and then become an annual subscription revenue for them, after they had promised no one would try to sell me anything.
I had asked "If I end up signing something with you, who pays you and how much money do you make?" The "Manager" told me he make money if I show up, and that's it.
They told me my Worldmark ownership was worthless and that people were giving them away for a dollar on Ebay. I dialed up the bidding and buy it now prices for comparable stuff using the ebay app on my phone. My ownership was worth several thousand dollars. They told me I shouldn't believe my lying eyes.
They told me that the RCI membership that was going to be the basis for all my travel benefits going forward was worth $20,000, but online it only costs me $99 for a year of RCI.
Lie after lie.
"We won't try to sell you anything"
"Your timeshare plan has changed. This meeting is just so we can explain it to you."
"We don't make any sales commissions"
"We represent (insert timeshare name here)"
"Your timeshare is worthless now."
"You'll be receiving a membership that sells for $20,000 at no additional cost"
They don't represent anyone but themselves. I feel slimy for having rolled around in their cesspool for as long as I did before I walked out.Options Travel Group

We are sorry that your meeting with our staff was not informational. We are an legitimate company, but we know not all we have to offer is what a client is looking for and unfortunately that happens. Every clients timeshare is different from one another. We do know there are companies out there that truly do help you get out of the burdin of you fees and timeshare. I would love to leave NO stars, unfortunately that is not possible. Very shady company. Promised a gift card to a restaurant just for showing up. Then they claimed that was a marketing company and not their promise. Guaranteed that the meeting was strictly informational with no sales pitch. Again not true. Senior Director was very talkative but not very informative. Wasted 3 hours of my time including travel time.Options Travel Group

This company is a complete fraud. They mislead you during presentation. I was to get a free $300 gift card for National Restaurants. This is not true. They sent me an invalid contract with my name spelled wrong. They lost several documents that I provided to them including copies of drivers license. I told them that I didn't want to move forward and please refund my money. I never signed a final agreement and contacted them multiple times over a 3 month period via e-mail and phone for a refund with no response. This week I received an e-mail saying that they would not provide a refund. How can they not provide a refund when I never signed the final agreement nor used any of their services. Please beware of this company.Options Travel Group

Please Read All Reviews!! All are correct.
Also, their incentives to attend their presentation are also miss leading. Two Nights Hilton turn out to be a get a way package of their choosing from several dates you provide.
PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!!Options Travel Group

Like everyone else here, I was called about concerns regarding RCI, and was invited to a 1 hour meeting to discuss related issues. When I showed up, like everyone else again, I was seated at an individual table. I knew right away what was going on, but stayed for 1 hour anyway, just to listen to the malarky their sales reps were spewing. This company is a total scam.Options Travel Group

This was a scam. I got a call asking us to attend an owners meeting where D. S. would be doing an owners update about changes at the Pono Kai. I asked and the caller confirmed that it was an owners meeting for the Pono Kai timeshare owners. The call repeatedly stated that they were not selling anything to us. The meetings were being held to UPDATE US ABOUT OUR SPECIFIC TIMESHARE. We got there and it was NOT an owners meeting, we were led to a table with one person representing Options Travel. There were other tables in the room set up like the one we sat at. The first thing we were told about was Premier --cost of $299 to change to this wonderful program--there was no printed info for us to take just a notebook with some shabby powerpoint pages they flipped through but we did not have any time to study, we would have to get our name off the title of the timeshare and for that we had to speak to the manager (manager was D. S. who I was told would be holding the update meeting) who would would share that process (he came back after checking about our timeshare with more costs this time $8000 plus additional fees) all the while they are saying they are not selling us anything...even when I point out they were asking for a large amount of money...in the end we walked out upset we were lied to. It was a scam and a real waste of time. I did not pick up the red flags fast enough to not attend the meeting or leave sooner than we did. Thankfully we did not purchase anything, we are only out our time and travel costs to go to the fake update meeting.Options Travel Group

The meetings are for all timeshare owners to show them the newest vacation programs offered in today’s market. We keep in mind that maintenance fees are going up and the owners we invite to the meetings are looking for ways out of their timeshares or ways to travel for a lot less. We are sorry that you ended up leaving sooner and upset. Our corporate office is here to help if you need anything in the future.
