    We have been contacted twice recently by ***** *** who are Consumer Advocates hired by FTC through ****, ***** and *******. They are telling me that The Retreat at Foxborough is bankrupt and are under a fraud
    investigation. I am aware of the scams these days and I have been calling Foxborough multiple times to talk
    to them about this before making my payment for membership dues. I think it is legitimate for us to request
    their call back on this issue. Nobody responds and we don't want to pay if all this is going on.

    I received an email from *** ***i which I responded asking
    for a good day/time to speak.  I did try to
    reach out to him today, left a message.  I totally understand their frustration! *** ******** ******** ************) used to be our sales company from
    2012 – 2020.  There were never shut down
    nor investigated for fraud.  They are
    still in business but bought by DVD 2 Group around 2019/2020.  When the new company took over, we decided to
    cut ties with them which was at the end of 2019.  We have been bombarded with calls regarding
    this same issues.  Unfortunately, since
    we are a smaller resort we do not have a big staff.  Foxborough is still open and operating and
    there definitely is not any fraud investigation.  Some clients we spoke with gave us phone numbers for this company but we haven't had any luck.  We want to get to the    I am happy to speak with *** **** and answer
    any questions or concerns.  He can call

    I have contacted The Retreat at Foxborough on August 18, 2022 asking for a copy of my timeshare contract. Finally on September 1, 2022 I received a reply from *** and the Team. She said that she was out of the office due to an accident and that she would get the documents together and email them to me. I have not heard from anyone regarding these documents. I emailed *** again on September 6, September 14, October 4, and October 6. I still have heard nothing from them as of today.

    ********************* bought a points membership through ********************* in 2017.  I did email her and let her know I would work on getting the documentation.  Unfortunately, I had an accident which resulted in emergency surgery and a hospital stay.  I was out of the office longer than expected.  I have provided the documentation that we received from Leisure Getaways (LGI).  We do not have the original contract, only the *** contract since we provide the *** points.  We are no longer affiliated with LGI/Options Travel.   She will need to contact Options Travel, they bought LGI.  Their number is ************.

    Better Business Bureau:

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. The problem we have is she or anyone else in the office returned phone calls or emails back. This is the letter we received back from *** after I sent her an email. As she said she would call me on the 2nd of Sept and never heard anything from her or anyone in her office.
