      ********* poor company; their customer service is terrible. They created a transition platform issue, then locked me out during the transition process, then sent a link that did not work and put a credit ding on my credit score. This is the absolute worst company. Not to mention, I called and spoke to a girl named ******, and she kept saying "unfortunately" as if they had not been the entire cause of the platform transition process issues, and I had to demand to speak to her supervisor, during which I was put on several holds. This is a horrible company.

      My names is **** ****** ***** I receive email from my credit report. Someone apply for two loan .I never apply one loan is $751 .00 the second loan IA $438.00 was open on8/31/24. I report to **************** better business Bureau ************************ attorneys ************** and *** fraud department

      I have constantly had billing issues with this company. Mohela moved to a new servicing platform within the same company earlier in the year. The payment mailing address changed but there was no grace ******* A few of my payments went to the old payment address and took months to actually show on my account. During this time I paid more than the minimum payment due. However, when the payments finally posted, Mohela had my account with a past due balance, when it should have been the opposite. I have made many calls to try to get this straightened out and corrected. In the end, they recalculated my loans and the monthly payment was also changed. From then, I received the first bill (which didnt show the payment of the recalculated amount). Nevertheless, I paid this amount through their website. However, after the payment posted, they showed the account as past due again. Once again, I call and they say this will be fixed. Its been weeks! Im so dissatisfied and tired of Mohela. I have absolutely no confidence that their accounting methods are correct. I also really question their integrity now.

      I just want to sign into my account to start making payments again, they moved to some new system. Which is why my account needs all new credentials... and now I can't even access my account with my Account # to make payments regularly. I have been receiving the same error message every time I make it to the end of setting up a new account and customer service was not able to find a solution outside trying again tomorrow. Not impressed and feels sketchy. Please fix the register now feature.

      Mohela is a disaster. Ill send in a payment for loan 1 and theyll apply it to loan 2. They keep applying payments to a loan that is paid off. I say how can my loan have a negative balance? They say we can transfer those payments to your other loan (the one I specified the payment should have gone to) in 45 business days. I am held in ***** by their incompetence and their customer service stinks. I asked to elevate to the management level and was told no. I have had so many issues with Mohela I am just exasperated.

      Registered on their site, but it won't let me login. I know the user ID and password. Tried to reset my password, doesn't recognize my user/SSN/DOB combo. Chose "forgot user ID", doesn't recognize my SSN/DOB combo. Tried to send a message regarding this, but you have to LOG IN to send a message. My only option to gain access to my account is to call them, with ridiculous wait times. ******* customer service.

      Mohela is the worst student loan servicer by far. I had EdFinancial before Department of Education transferred my account to them because they handled PSLF and I was enrolled through my employer. However I was rated 100% total and Permanent disabled through the Department of Veterans Affairs on March 13, 2024. I have been dealing with Mohela since that time to discharge my student loan under the *** program. I went through Nelnet with the application and it was processed immediately. ****** told me on numerous occasions that they wired the communication to Mohela the same day my application was approved. I reached out to Mohela, every customer *** tells me that no communication came from ******. Mohela is supposed to place me on forbearance during the time I applied for ***. During that time, I was asked to make payment on the loan even though the loan was approved for discharge. I don't think Mohela is doing the work Department of Education hired them to do. They do not put the customer first.

      Im trying to contact them by phone to update my payment history because I cant get through online They wont let you log in O my god I think mohela is a hoax Ive been in autopay since October 2023 and I was given a transition notice so I want to verify whats that all about.

      My commitment to loan payments ended in February of 2024. I applied for forgiveness since I had made 120 on-time payments. Their records and website showed that I was eligible for forgiveness. I sent in the proper paperwork to get the loan forgiven. Seven months later, they begin drafting my checking account again to pay on my loans that have already been satisfied.
