      Worst loan company ever - wish I hadn't applied for PSLF so my loans could have stayed with previous company. They are unresponsive, their payoff calculator is never working (how convenient), and my monthly payment amount doesn't match my auto-debit payment. I have called so many times but the wait is > 100 minutes even when I call during the "recommended" slower times.

      I called to pay off 8 of my 12 student loans as the online payback was unavailable. I paid over $32K over the phone with a representative, to find out later that it was applied to all of my loans, and none were paid off. They also have not updated payments that were made to the credit bureaus since July. I need my credit report updated with the correct balances so that I can apply for a home loan this month. I called at least 4 times before I could speak to anyone. The callback feature is no good, as no one ever called back. I submitted several email messages as well, and no response.

      ******* went out of business and my loan was transferred to Mohela. This is the worst loan company I have ever dealt with and I did not choose them. They do not answer the phone and the customer service is poor!!

      I wish I could leave a zero. I've called multiple times and sent electronic messages and nothing comes from it. I have back dated letters coming to me a month late. They are the worst company I've ever dealt with and need to leave the federal student loan field. When you actually get someone on the phone the phones are so bad that you can't hear what they're telling you, waste of time after waiting over an hour to get someone.

      I feel like I'm continuously being gaslit by MOHELA. Every time that I have called to get information about my loans, I get different answers. Several times, I have been told that the customer service representative was going to put a note on my file or take an action. When I called to follow up, there was no note. I feel that I don't know where I am with them because of their incompetence. I was on hold for almost two hours and they were unable to help me because their supervisor was not responding to messages.

      Horrendous company and customer service. I have been trying for days to reach a representative over the phone in regards to a PSLF application. My first call stated the wait time would be 150 min. At this time, I opted to have the automated system place me in a queue to have a representative call me back. This was around ****. Fast forward to almost 24 hours later, and I had not received a follow up call. i start the call process again, and was told my wait time would be 45 min. This is on a Tuesday at ****. Operating hours begin at ****. Ive been hold for an hour at this point. This is all to follow up on the fact that they have not done their job to begin with, yet they want me to pay almost $800 for a 40k student loan in 10/16. I better not be late on that payment though. Even though they cant seem to do their job. Im not even convinced at this point that this company is not a fraudulent establishment

      I feel like these people are crooks. I made a 100k payment they would not let me allocate to specific loans until after payment. After payment I literally cannot speak to anyone despite >5h on hold on multiple occasions. Whoever answers cant help me, say they need to transfer me to someone higher up, and they put me back in to the general que. its a never ending cycle. Now Im paid ahead and cant pay anymore while interest accrues? This is beyond unacceptable standards.

      Mohela took over my loans from *******. So far, it appears they are charging me interest, even though I had paid my interest off. I wrote them weeks ago to ask them about it and they haven't responded. Their call wait is ridiculous. Their loan payoff calculator is "under maintenance". This company doesn't seem to be serving any of the functions of a loan company. I wish I could choose 0/5 stars. So happy I am paying off my loans held by them. So sorry for anyone who will have to work with them for years.

      This company is clueless. Customer service reps cannot answer basic student loan questions. Have called and sent emails multiple times. Cannot get any clarification on my loan questions. Every time I asked a question, I was put on hold so they could find out the answer and then came back with an Im not sure. How are they expected to manage ****s of student loans.
