      Horrible access to customer service the wait lines to talk on the phone are two hours or more. My payment doubled overnight and Im especially ****** since I was not in agreement with leaving *******.

      Well i'm now at 2 hours on hold to talk with someone. Tell me how anyone that works can get ahold of anyone at this company.

      I have never in my life dealt with a more poorly run company and it blows my mind that they are able to continue operating this way. Someone must step in. Today we spent 5 hours on hold only to be disconnected. Month after month, no help, no answers..hours on hold only to be told "I need to transfer you", which puts you back at the start of the multiple hour que. The way mohela operates is simply criminal.

      If I could give zero stars, I would. I have been diligently, without fail, paying my monthly student loan payments for YEARS! I recently experienced a financial setback and requested a financial hardship deferment which I was granted. That was late last year. I'm now faced with a second, more severe financial setback and will temporarily be bringing in less monthly income than my payment will be. I proactively called Mohela to request help with payments. I was told that because I was in a 12 month "cool off period" following my first deferrment request, that there was nothing they could do to help. Rather than work with me to keep my account in good standing, they are going to stand by while I TEMPORARILY can't make payments and my account will go into default. I have no words. STEER CLEAR!

      Awful!!! SO difficult to get through to them, and SO impossible to log onto the website!! I want to make a payment, and I literally cant. Automated system doesnt work properly, wait forever and no one picks up, also. Using my info, SSN, Account #, Birthdate, etc., I still cant log onto the site!! So frustrating. Can I get a new student loan servicer please???

      This company is horrible! They deserve a Zero!! Ive called several times to complain about not posting my payments and each time I call I am on hold for 2 plus hours. This company needs to be stopped. I think theyre scamming folks. I really need to contact the ************** or something about this poor excuse of a company.

      These idiots dont know how to talk to each other at all! After waiting 4+ hours on the phone I was told the *** couldnt help me with a status check on forbearance. This isnt hard. She transferred me and Ive been on hold over an hour and a half now! Ive always had a 2+ hour wait and have had to be transferred bc they couldnt help me because they dont have that kind of access. I ****** this company and the whole scam of student loans that the majority of my generation got suckered into! Mohel is TERRIBLE!

      Awful!!!!! I hate this company. They say 81 mins wait to schedule a call back and then they call you back and wait over 40 mins. Terrible. I told them multiple times not to put me on forbearance and to make note of it because I am trying to make my 120 payments towards public loan forgiveness. They do anyways for no explanation and I cant call because it will take me all day to talk to someone about it. I hate them with every fiber of my being!!!
