      If you are prepared to wait for 4 to 6 hours, you can go ahead and call this company. prepare not to use your phone for any services other than wait for a human being to get to the call. never press the button that ask for a call back cause they will never call you back.All I needed to know is why my payments are not reflected on my account, no sane person in that company has an answer to my question. a payment of almost $3000 is not in my account, how is that possible?Their customer service is from the pit of h***

      The absolute worst company I have EVER dealt with is Mohela. I've had to call every month for well over a year about the incorrect bill I'm sent, wait on hold for up to 2 plus hours, be transferred to multiple ***** wait on hold multiple times, am told the problem will be resolved next month...then get an incorrect bill again and do the same thing again. Over a YEAR now.

      They don't listen. The federal government acquired ***************** from themselves and then increased the interest rate on a loan I had already paid off. The federal government split my loan into four loans with four different interest rates. **************** is terrible, and no service agent states the same policy, rates, or rules. It's useless and predatory.

      This company took over my loan and right away sent me fraudulent email about my account being past due. After checking online w bank and seeing it payed, I had spent 20 min on the phone w **** to find out they made some mistake. Nice welcome! I wish I can turn this company down . What a welcome. Never use them! The worst.

      The worst customer service. I have a negative balance on one account. Waited on hold for 45 minutes and was transferred to another person and was put on hold for another 50 minutes. No call back. Unfriendly website.

      Dealing with Mohela is an absolute nightmare. I have sent everything to them to prove that they received my July 2024 payment via electronic transfer from my bank and still they refuse to correct their accounting error. They are holding up my public service loan forgiveness which should now be complete. It's absolutely financial fraud.

      Same as what most are saying. The call assistant says she will transfer me and then hangs up. Every, single. Time. I do online chat and it says no assistants available and to call. Ugh! Worse than Navient.

      No stars. This is how horrible the service is. On hold for almost 2 hours before I was able to talk to someone, then they transferred me to 3 different people before I was able to make a payment. I have to make a payment with a debit card by calling them because my online account is messed up and even after having my own bank on the phone with them they still did nothing to fix there problem.

      Today I had my first encounter with Mohela customer service after having my loan transferred from Navient customer service is a joke and non existent I found the representative to be argumentative and confrontational from the start and showed no interest whatsoever in resolving or answering questions continually repeated herself and refused to let me speak to a supervisor this is absolutly unacceptable and now realize I have been shuffled from one predatory lender to another and am disheartened that they are allowed to treat people in this manner needless to say nothing was accomplished and I am afraid nothing will ever be until they are forced to change their business practices and to think these are the people we have to hand our money over to and trust that they will handle appropriately when they cannot even communicate effectively with their customers I was hopeful for more out of them but should have known better I click one star but in truth it is a negative 10 star from me

      Wow, I'm amazed this business is still authorized to handle my loans! Terrible customer service. It took me 15 minutes to even find the option to wait on hold to talk to a REAL PERSON. Then, I waited another half hour, only for the wait time to go up even more for someone to call me back. Still waiting for that call back.Their website has no transparency. All of the sudden, I now have a past due amount even though my loans are on administrative forbearance? Tired of them jerking me around all the time.I wonder how much money this company makes off our student debt?Crooks, all of 'em!
