I have reviewed the business' response and am rejecting it because: I need proof of debt rather by the whoever you claim to be collecting on behalf of. I will not just send money to someone who cannot provide proof of this debt. If you do not own the debt you should be able to obtain proof of it. It is my right to request this by someone attempting to take money from me.

I am disputing the validity of the alleged debt associated with **********************. Under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), 15 U.S. Code 1692g, I have the right to request verification of any alleged debt. I exercised this right by requesting the original contract bearing my signature. CREDIT CONTROL LLC has failed to provide such documentation.Furthermore, I have no contractual relationship with CREDIT CONTROL LLC. Per the *****, a debt collector must provide clear evidence that a consumer owes the debt and that the debt collector has the legal right to collect it. Without the original signed contract or any verifiable documentation, I do not acknowledge any liability for this debt.Continued collection efforts without proper validation constitute a violation of the ****** as well as potential violations under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), 15 U.S. Code 1681, if this unverifiable debt is being reported to credit bureaus. Please consider this a formal dispute and cease any further collection activity until proper validation is provided- if this cannot be provided , please remove this account from my Consumer credit profile.

We are in receipt of the complaint from Azzarys Alomar, forwarded to our office through the portal on April 30, 2025. Upon review of the complainants identifying information,we find that the complaint does not provide the verification information required to respond meaningfully to the concerns raised in the accompanying complaint. As such, Credit Control cannot respond to the allegations in this complaint due to the risk of third-party disclosure.

Examples of information that would allow us to respond meaningfully to the concerns addressed in this complaint would be the last four digits of the consumers SSN along with date of birth and/or the address of record for the account in question. Once we are able to verify the identity of the complainant and their association with the account subject to this complaint, we will respond to the concerns expressed in the complaint filed on April 30, 2025.

      Customer Answer

      Date: 05/02/2025

I dispute the validity of this debt allegedly owed to ********************** and currently being pursued by Credit Control LLC. Under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), 15 U.S. Code 1692g, I have the right to request verification of the debt. I formally requested the original contract or documentation that proves my liability, but Credit Control LLC failed to provide it. This constitutes a violation of the ****** as they are required to provide proper validation upon request before continuing collection efforts. Furthermore, I have no contractual agreement with Credit Control LLC, and therefore, they have no legal basis to claim that I owe them any debt. Without a valid, signed agreement showing I am responsible for this debt, I am not liable. Continuing to attempt collection without proper documentation is not only a breach of federal consumer protection laws but may also violate state consumer protection statutes, depending on jurisdiction. Accordingly, I request that this alleged debt be removed from any credit reporting and that all collection activity cease immediately, as it lacks legal standing and proper verification.

I honestly dont get why CREDIT CONTROL LLC is reporting this debt under my name because I dont owe them anything. I never signed anything with them, and when I asked for a copy of the original application, they didnt even bother to provide it. I'm liable for this debt in any way with *** Communications. I also don't have a contract with Credit Control llc that I've never heard of. They have not provided me with the original contract but have placed it on my credit as if they've been in contact with me which they have not.
