    I never received my order when I purchased on November 26, 2022. I emailed them around Christmas and no answer. I am calling them and no answer.

    Order placed on December 3, 2022 for a soccer jersey for my son. I never received a shipping confirmation or anything after I placed my initial order. I tried emailing and calling the company numerous times and never received any return emails and was never able to reach anyone by phone. I would be sent to a voicemail, with a full mailbox so I was never able to leave a message. This jersey was a Santa present for my son, which was ruined. I was charged $102.99 on December 5.

    I have yet to receive any email with my verification or shipping number, not even a receipt.
    I have reached out through phone & email but to response. I was charged by soccerpro 110.00. I paid in full.

    I ordered a jersey online on Dec. 31 and NEVER got confirmation that the order was received. I understand that at that time, it was the holidays, so I gave it a couple days before emailing the company. Never heard back after 2 emails. Of course I saw the charge pending on my credit card. Go figure!

    The biggest issue was that when placing the order online and filling out all the necessary fields, I don't recall there being a place for email address. That's why I emailed them since there was no way for them to email me back with order confirmation. Well, after not hearing back after 2 emails, I think I'll be moving on from this site.

    I placed an order for two Portugal jerseys on December 9th and still have not received them. I have sent multiple emails and still no response. I have also called numerous times and have been on hold for over an hour and no answer. Where is my order?

    On December 9, 2022, I placed an order for a "2022/23 Kids **** ***** ***** ******* Home Jersey
    Part # ****** ****** ** ****". My total purchase cost is $101.98, broken down as follows:
    Subtotal: $92.99
    Shipping: $8.99 via Ground (2-5 business day)
    My card has been charged for the full amount of my purchase.

    I understand this is a customized jersey and can take up to 10 business days to ship, per the note on their website for this item. There are no notes saying this item is a pre-order with a later shipping date OR that this item is coming directly from a manufacturer. Today, January 3, 2023, is the 17th business day, and I have not received my purchase OR any communication beyond my order confirmation.

    I have tried calling their 877 number, but no one ever answers. The hold message says to leave a message when prompted or send an email to *****************. ONLY ONCE did a voicemail box pick up, only to say no messages could be taken as the voicemail box is full. I have emailed ****************** *** ***************** FIVE TIMES and have not received any responses.

    I have attached my unanswered email correspondences and my order confirmation. I would like my purchase, with shipping refunded, and I would like to receive communication on when I can expect receipt. If my purchase cannot be provided to me, I expect a refund.

    I purchased a jersey and a soccer ball on 12/1. I never received either item and after multiple attempts at contact I have given up. I have called, emailed, messaged on ******** etc. at this point I just want my money back.

    I placed an order for two soccer jerseys from Soccerpro. com on 12/7/22. My intention was for these to be Christmas presents for my children. I received an initial email order confirmation when I placed the order but have had no emails or notifications since. The website depicts the ease with which you can contact the company to request status updates via email or phone. Over the last 2 weeks I have attempted 5 emails requesting a stays update with no acknowledgement or response. I have also attempted to call customers service on multiple occasions spending 3.5 hours collectively with no success of anyone answering. The calling in on hold message also repeatedly states you can leave a message that will be returned. This voicemail does not exist. At this point I believe my money has been stolen as I have spent over $210 and have no way to communicate with anyone on status.

    I ordered a USA crest T-shirt on 12/7/2022 and have not received any update other than it's being processed email. I didn't even receive a tracking email. It's been almost a month now. I have called the number on the website and no one ever answers. I have tried the email and no one answers. I don't know how someone can run a business like this it's absolutely horrible service. I need a full refund or my actual product. Someone from the company needs to contact me about a resolution. My order #******-SP

    The page is a scam and has not sent the products or followed up with any type of information. Tried to call them, several different times at different days of the week and different times, always waited more than half an hour without any response. Emails to their support are not responded neither.

    I did my order the 10th of December, after receiving the automated confirmation that the order was placed and that the order was in process (the card charge was Made). The state their products arrive from 5-10 business days, didn't happen at all, and on their website my order Is still "processing", never got a tracking number or anything else.

    The order number Is #********* and the charge is for $337.76 for the card ending in ****.

    I would like to receive my money back. Thank you so much.

    They stated they would send the shoes and refund a shirt for about $200, however, the card they tried to refund it was lost in the months they didnt respond. They stated the refund was accepted by the bank but we do not see it reflected on our end and have spoken with the bank several times with no confirmation for any type of refund from them.
    I am also sending the bank statement for the last 15 days of January with this email, as they said the refund was processed on the 24th of January.
    I Sent them this information today and hope they can figure out a Solution.
