    I placed an order on 11/24/22 and paid for expedited 2 business day shipping. I received an email that my order was in process immediately and the money was taken from my bank account immediately as well. After 2 weeks of no update I tried calling only get a message that the business is closed, I then sent an email. After another week of no response I tried calling again only for the phone to go silent no message and no answering, I then sent another email asking about the status of my order. No response. At this point I feel as if my money was just stolen and that my order will never be processed or fulfilled. There has been zero communication from the company in response to any emails I have sent.

    On 12/9/22 I order a soccer Jersey and received an email on 12/10/22 that my order was in process and that the shipping team was working on my order. I never received any additional communication afterwards. A week later on 12/16/22 I started reaching out to the company’s by email and phone. The phone would either go to an answering machine or if I was able to go beyond that point I would wait for a representative for over an hour before hanging up. I paid for additional funds for faster shipping so the order could arrive before Christmas.
    To date, 12/19/22 I have yet to receive a response to my numerous emails and the number provided in my processing email which is the same number on their website rings once then goes silent. I have tried calling 15xs today alone. This was supposed to be a major gift for my son.
    The funds were immediately withdrawn from my account. However, there is no urgency to me as a client.
    It’s clear I’m not getting the Jersey before Christmas in just 6 days so I have requested a refund in my latest email.
    Please help me get a refund. Please help me get in contact with this company for a refund because my order has not be processed or shipped.
    This was the only gift I got my son for Christmas and it breaks my heart that he won’t have it.

    I placed an order through Soccerpro .com on December 9th, 2022. As of today December 19th 2022, I have not heard anything in regards to my order. I gave tried several times st calling only to be automatically placed on hold, this last time for one hour 44 minutes , when I finally hung up.
    I have emailed , called and am a little frustrated. I don't think this is a real company. The number they advertise is *** *** **** Thankyou

    I bought an item. They received payment. I have tried to contact them about the item (to check shipping etc.). They will
    Not respond to email, phone, or social media. I ordered it on december 4. They took the money and now will not respond to any communication. I have received no shipping notification or notice of the item being backordered.

    On December 1st, I made a purchase through SoccerPro .com.
    My order number ******-SP
    Purchase price $146.99 was charged to my credit card and haven’t received my order. It was supposed to be mailed within 3 days.
    I have been very patient but I’m now in need of assistance since they will not respond to emails, calls, or even answer the phone. I have called and been on hold for over an hour several times.

    If this is a legit company, I’m beyond disappointed in the lack of customer service.

    I need a resolution by having someone contact me from the company letting me know the item is being delivered exactly as requested, or I need the funds back in my credit card immediately since interest will be accrued on an item I don’t even have.

    Any assistance will be appreciated.

    I placed an order on 12/1/22 and received one email with the order confirmation. I have not received any communication after that and when the package did not arrive within **** days I emailed them for a tracking number twice and have received no response. The website does not provide an option to cancel an order.

    A purchase was made for a jersey on the website on 11/24/22. The website stated the jersey was in stock but May require customization which could take 3-10 business days. The money for the purchase was immediately withdrawn from my account for payment but there had been no further communication from Soccerpro .com I. Response to multiple emails and messages being sent. Every attempt to call the phone number on the website just rings and rings with no answer. I would like to receive an update regarding my order so I can understand how to proceed.

    Ordered a ***** ***** YL on 10/26/2022. Received a order no. ******-SP & confirmation on 10/27/2022, for $92.99. I have called everyday to be on a loop for 2 hours, email is full & there isn't any way to speak to a human. I have sent 4 emails. Since my husband & I are seniors, this is the only present we have for our grandson. If they would send it, we would pay for shipping. Please help us.

    I placed an order for a jersey for my son for Christmas on Dec. 4th. My credit card was charged that day for the amount $110 and some change. I then received an email stating that my order was in process. I haven't received any other emails. I have called multiple times to ask the status of my order and I never got through to ANYONE! I couldn't even leave a message. I also emailed them multiple times to ask the status of my order and never received a reply. I want my order or my money back. It's now December 14th and I have no idea the status of my order and can't even get in touch with anyone.

    I placed an order with this business on November 30, 2022. Order number ********** I received an email that my order was received and being processed. This company billed my account for $101.99. I have tried calling but never get anyone to answer, voicemail box is always full and not accepting any more messages. I have also sent email to both of their email addresses and never received any reply or response.
