    I wish I could give less than 1 star!!!! Do not order from this company!!! You will never receive your order and you will never get in contact with anyone from customer service. They are thieves! Unfortunately, when I was desperate for a particular player's jersey for my son for a Christmas present, I ordered with them because they were the only ones who showed they had it. DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE!!! There are SOOO many other reputable companies to order from!!

    Very fast delivery....I ordered my daughter's soccer cleats on January 10th and received them on January 13th. After I ordered them I saw a post on ******** that they were a scam so I have worried for three days for nothing. I did make sure when ordering that the shoes were in stock before placing my order. I haven't used customer service so I don't know if they answer or not. Great place to order soccer cleats....

    SoccerPro.com has no customer service whatsoever. I tried to call them several times and waited for hours with no answer and no way to leave a message. Multiple emails were sent with no response. They sent the wrong size jersey notwithstanding that the order had the correct size, the email confirming the order had the correct size and the invoice with the item shipped had the correct size. I did return the item and saw that I received a credit by checking my credit card account. However, I have heard nothing from the company. The item was intended to be a Christmas gift which we ordered on November 30. The wrong size arrived a few days before Christmas.

    Same as everyone else. Ordered a Jersey on 12/02/2022. We still have yet to receive it nor even an update about delivery. All the links are broken in the confirmation email.
    Also, if you check a 'Whois Database' for soccerpro.com, you'll notice that the domain has been flagged for abuse, yet, their website is still up. This website needs to get taken down ASAP. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

    Like all the other reviews below...I too believe I've been scammed. Ordered a jersey for my 12 year old over a month ago. I've called several times now, emailed several more times...no response at all. Anyone know how we can get our money back?

    Overall bad and stressful experience. Used Soccerpro.com to get a gift for a family member. Tracking for the package was very hard to find and they didnt respond to emails and when I called I was left on hold for about an hour. Would definitely choose soccer.com next time.

    I ordered a $100 jersey on December 6 thinking it would arrive in time for Christmas. I received a confirmation email the same day. The **** day business window came and went. Christmas came and went. Over the course of two weeks, I emailed twice, Facebooked twice and called twice. I stayed on the phone for at least 20 minutes each time I called. The repeated automated response says that "a staff member will be with you shortly." Zero responses. Zero customer service. This is absolutely the worst customer service ever. I plan to stop credit card payment asap and will never order from this company again. Buyer beware.
