    I contacted this company numerous times and reached noone. Well the reviews below are obviously true and this company should be pursued by the BBB to determine if they are in fact a company that abides by the consumer laws. Horrible customer support and I highly recommend noone do business with them. Now I have to file a fraud claim via my financial institution because it's VERY clear I was robbed.

    Agree that this company is 100% non-responsive - except for charging your credit card. Don’t place an order - your $$ goes into a black hole. No confirmation, no order #, no shipping/delivery date, no product.

    This website is just completely horrible and unprofessional and I couldnt wait to write a horrible review on them because I have not heard ones from any staff in regards to my order! These guys are fraud and I am going to dispute my merchandise from you guys! I have never had the most unpleasant experience with a vendor! I want my money back now! I have it documented all my emails that I have sent to you. I have even recorded the phone number you have listed as you cant even leave a message. I cant believe you would steal from people over the holidays. You guys are crooks.

    The order I placed days ago is still processing, no change of status of any kind, no response to emails or calls, voicemail full. I wish I had checked the terrible (and true) reviews they have all over the internet. I want an update or a refund asap, but they dont bother answering anything. I think this company is a scam

    Soccerpro.com is a fraudulent business. They will steal your money. Ordered a jersey. Never got it. Emailed 4 times. Have tried calling and been on hold for hours. Also messaged on Instagram. Not one single response. I honestly don't understand how they can get away with this? Do NOT EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE!

    I waited on hold for 1 hour. I pressed 1 to leave a voicemail and it wouldn’t let me. I want my money back. I’ll spend it elsewhere. 16 days a no response. I’m going to call me credit card company and file a complaint if I don’t get my **** NOW! Don’t use this business!! Please don’t. Thanks for ruining my child’s Christmas! You are the worst!!!

    I will never do business with them again... ordered cleats for my son weeks ago ....the order still says processing on the website even though they took my money the day I placed the order. I have called and emailed multiple times with absolutely no response ... I will be moving forward with legal action

    I ordered a jersey over 2 weeks ago and just wanted to see when this will ship. The hope was that this would be here by Christmas and with a month in advance, I thought I was safe. But clearly not!!I have called numerous times and been on hold each time for over an HOUR and no one picks up. I have emailed multiple times and NO ONE responds. I have asked for my money back. Shocker, NO RESPONSE. The customer service is POOR, POOR, POOR. And now I am reading all these other emails and it is happening to everyone. DO NOT buy from them!! Why are they A+ --- no way!!!

    I ordered a jersey in November. It should have been here way before now. No customer service, no one answers the phone. I response to my e-mail in which it said the jersey would be shipped later that week. It should have been here by now. My grandson's birthday is in a week and now he won't get this. This company stinks, I am reporting them, calling my credit card to dispute the money they stole from me if I get no response and my product on time. Someone suggested a call to the Atty ******** They should not lie to customers if they haven't shipped. I hope they are happy I will have a disappointed child because they were not honest about shipping. I now have no time/there are so items this close to Christmas. No stars as far as I am concerned. They will lose business. I will make it known throughout social media not to buy anything here. If I get the package before the week is up, I may change my mind. But they should not promise something they can't (or are scammers and won't) deliver. People on ******** seem to think so. Their ******** page is full of customer complaints. I ordered this before Black Friday, Cyber Monday and all that. It should be here by now!!!!!
