      They drastically under report tje number of outages on their map. They are currently pretending their are significantly less people/ residences out of power in my neighborhood then they are. Furthermore you cannot get even an estimate on repairs because they quite literally haven't assessed our area.

      Worst service eve. A minor storm, took me down for more than four hours and still counting. It doesnt seem like they do any PM work on any of their equipment.

      I believe this company is truly a predator. When they came to town, our bills had a huge jump and they also shortened the billing cycle to 30 days. Talking to them on the phone was like playing a part in an episode of the Twilight Zone.....they are masters of double talk. They are charging an astronomical higher amount for energy used between 4pm and 8pm, the very time when most people are using their appliances for preparing dinner and the other activities families do when the day is over and they are home together. This is disgusting! Claiming their goal it to create affordable energy is a joke. I, for one, have NEVER seen a drop in my energy bills, regardless of changing every light bulb in my home to LED and replacing every appliance with modern energy efficient products. The utilities (all of them) continue to harp on using less energy to save money when it makes no difference how much you do to save. They just raise the rates, And, with citizens conserving and purchasing energy efficient products, less energy is required to produce the same output but they continue to skyrise their rates. They are monopolies and there is absolutely nothing one can do about it except complain to the ************************* that seems to look the other way. Someone with deep pockets needs to arrive on the scene with some competition for these behemoths.

      I THINK THEIR THE BIGGEST RIP OFF IN THE BUSINESS, I'VE GOT RENTAL PROPERTY THATS BEEN VACANT FOR OVER 2 MONTHS , AND THERE SAYING THE ELECTRIC BILL IS OVER $150 A MONTH WHEN THE ONLY THING IS ON IS A MOTION DETECTOR , THEN THEY'LL SEND A TECHNICIAN OUT AND SAY EVERYTHING IS FINE, THESE SMART METERS ARE THE BIGGEST RIP OFF TO THE CONSUMER, THEY CONTROL EVERYTHING FROM THE OFFICE , INCLUDING COVERING UP THE SMART BOARD

      Totally unacceptable behavior. Power turned off due to them saying I owe a $909 deposit. No warning. I've been living in my apartment the last 14 years and never had to pay a deposit. When I asked if I could have three days to pay it they laughed, hung up on me and lights out. Crock of a company and the supervisor is extremely rude. SMH

      They are the worst company to deal with. Worst customer service. They should not be able to monopolize certain areas. They are heartless and money hungry. They shouldn't be able to charge a customer based on the apartment complex property usage. They should just charge the resident based on their individual usage.

      Worst company to deal with. They are heartless money hungry company. I was told they wouldn't make an exception even if I was on life support. They would still turn power off and would extend the cut off date any. Or ***** me another pay agreement plan. Not even the " supervisor " they use the excess that the cold weather rule is over and your ***. Even though we are still having Frost warnings in kansas. We need options. They get away with this because they are the only eletric company.

      After five phone calls, I have been lied to five times. I have been told I would receive a call back from various levels of support, yet the call never comes. The people answering the phones are incapable of connecting me with someone who is actually able to help. They simply keep promising things that are not happening.
