      This company has scammed me from money. I unfortunately deleted the text and my phone provider cannot pull them up but this company had charged my car for four boxes of food which three of them were completely defrosted, and I had to throw away per the company told me to throw it away And they did not replace it with any other boxes so I am now being charged by my credit card company who had to dispute this with three times because I can’t get my phone provider to give me the evidence again since once you delete it after 30 days it’s gone. I even tried canceling. I tried doing so much to get away from this company they would tell me oh yeah, we will cancel and then there would be another box at my door and I talk to like four different people if they don’t even know how to run their own company through one person, they have too many people running their tax and emails that they can’t even keep up with it. They are probably the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life I highly recommend to never use this company unless you just want to make sure you lose lots of money to a super greedy company the fact that I’ve been trying to fight paying for that for the last eight months and their company still keeps trying to make me pay for it even though I told him do not send any more boxes to my home because they couldn’t send it without it getting defrosted my wife ate one and got really sick as well just because we didn’t wanna waste it since they kept sending them even though they were supposed to be replacement sins for the ones that they charged me for in the first place that were already defrosted, so I should’ve never been charged again I repeat do not ever use this company if I could give 100,000 reviews on this place over and over to tell you how bad it is I would if you wanna keep your money and not have them take it and also give you crappy service do not ever go with this company use somebody like nutrition solutions.

      I tried to cancel my subscription, and the website said to use the chat on the website. Two different people on "chat", Jessica and Ian, gave automated responses and gave me a phone number to call to cancel. The phone number was also automated, and told me to use the website to cancel, and then hangs up on me. its an infinite circle with no actual help. As of writing this there still has been no solution to stop from being charged or to cancel the subscription.

      First off don't be swayed by any good reviews. They give people discounts for good reviews so I'm sure many of them are fake. This is my biggest complaint is that I feel that I was misled into thinking this was a good company because of the positive reviews. But I am sure people stuck like I am for this bogus commitment are trying to do anything to get some money back so they write a review that they don't believe in.
      Additionally, the 4-week thing is bogus. I did not realize that because it is like no other meal company online. I immediately requested cancellation through email. I got a call the next day and she said they could not cancel. Then she offered a discount and other things. I would be willing to try the food, but don't want to be locked into 4 weeks. What if I don't like it? Can't eat it?
      Every other food service I have tried online allows you to cancel and spread out shipments. You can't do anything online except move a shipment one week. They want to lock you in so you can't get out and what is worse is they have your card on file. Please run from this company unless you want to get stuck paying them.
      She told me the shipment would be here tuesday, which is tomorrow. But today someone called and I reiterated I wanted to cancel and he said it's been processed and the shipping label created and it should come by Thursday. What happened to Tuesday? They ship overnight so if it hadn't been shipped why not stop it?
      I think their business is shady.

      My fiancé and I were on the hunt for a healthy meal plan that could fit into our crazy 24/7 work schedules. Cooking just wasn't in the cards with our packed days. Thankfully, a colleague recommended FlexPro Meals, so we decided to give it a shot. And let me tell you, we're so grateful we did! The food is beyond amazing and bursting with flavor. Plus, it's been a game-changer for our workout routine!
      One thing that really stands out for us is how quick and convenient it is to get assistance through text. No more waiting on hold or dealing with automated systems – just a simple text and we're good to go! And speaking of excellent service, shoutout to Helena from Customer Service!       I had subscribed last week, received my box last Tuesday, food are yummy… Great… But let me go over the “promo” since is not very well explained or clear in how much your nexts boxes will be or how does it actually work. So you got a promo, my case 40% on your first box. Great! After you commit 4 boxes you got “discount for life “. But they DO NOT SPECIFY what discount is this ( I just found and figured after I get into the chat with an attendant, because I could not find after read the entire site). So, since here is the assumption country, I though would be same amount that I had on my first box…. NOOOOOOOO, your meals go for 6.99. Great, it is not on my budget. Now, try to cancel…. First, they advertise that to cancel, you must go to the webchat. We chat attendants has “no power” to cancel subscription. They have to send to the “manager” or you have to call a number and press 4. Great, I did that. Talk with a manager, who tried hard to kept me, which I get it, but I did not want it, still not on my budget. Lastly, he said:” You signed to commit 4 boxes, I can just cancel after that”. I said:” First of all you advertise to cancel any time, 2nd my “promo” is I have to commit IF I want the discount, lastly I said if not cancel now I’m calling my CC to tell them that you guys are steeling me, because this is a crime, this is robbery or whatever you want to call.” Than it was when he understood that I was not joking. So, if was not the company forcing you to stay and if the merchandise was more clear, maybe they could keep much more people

      The food is terrible and over priced for the tiny portions. I'm a small person and would have to eat 2 meals for lunch to feel satisfied. Though eating two unappetizing meals is not something I look forward to. The meat tastes cheap as well, it's super fatty.
      I tried to cancel my subscription. It's impossible to do it yourself online. They instruct you to text them, the text conversation says to call them. I called them, tried every option on the phone, every option leads to them hanging up on you. I've emailed them as well and they just instruct you to call. I have contacted my credit card company reporting them and waiting for that process to start now.

      Horrible company. Ive made 3 attempts now to cancel and they keep sending me their sub-par food. I have 2 major influencers in their backyard that are ready to share their thoughts on this company’s standards and customer service. I hope they decide to email me asap.
