      I have been charged 6/6/24 and 6/10/24 for 197.19 and have tried canceling multiple times and need this money refunded after trying these meals which weren’t worth 5 cents. Their customer service is near to nothing

      STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
      If you start a subscription and try to cancel, good luck. I had to file a claim with my bank. Cancelling an order? Well, you have to text them and never hear back. Want to cancel your account? Well, you have to text the same number and hear nothing back. It seems they don't have any real support people or something. This is a disgusting and predatory business practice. One star is too many. Also, the food wasn't worth the price.

      Terrible company. The food is overly salty, frozen, and not great tasting. I didn't finish most of the meals and they were very small. Tried cancelling but there's no way to cancel through the site, no one answers the phone when you call, and the "Live Chat" is just a bot that tells you that they will call you within 2 days. I wish I stuck with Factor 75 or FreshnLean, they're both great and easy to cancel if you decide to. I've had to block them as a merchant with my credit card company in order to stop the weekly charges. My dogs won't even eat the food.

      FlexPro Meals is the most disgusting meal prep service I’ve ever used. I ordered 21 meals that came in a box with two small melted ice packs (nothing at the bottom). The food was all extremely warm, open and spilled in the box. Their food handling is dangerous and disgusting. Instead of a refund I was told they’d send a replacement box (via text because they have no customer service). My box has a label made and will be sitting in a box for a week before shipping out. Safe to say their food isn’t fresh either. Do yourself a favor and find another meal prep company.

      Another predatory meal subscription service that makes it impossible to cancel.
      Terrible food quality, watery frozen meals with an absorbent pad placed at the bottom of each dish to soak it up ! gross and to a certain degree, unsafe if you are planning to give it to a child.
      I would stay away from this company at all costs.

      I tried to cancel and the website kept making me loop in circles. The customer service chat refused to cancel my subscription through the site when it said it would and the chat customer service agent ended the chat on me suddenly. Terrible service and predatory subscription practices. Do not use. Use cookunity.
