Terrible food and they make it impossible to cancel. They have to call you to cancel and I end up not being available. I have received two boxes since I have tried to cancel which both have ended up in the trash. Terrible business.Flexpro Meals

The food was fine, but you're basically unable to cancel your subscription.
Their "live chat" is just a chatbot that only accepts an extremely limited set of prompts. I Do NOT want to give out my number and end up with even more spam calls once that info is sold.
The bottom line, is you can get hooked on the line for subscription that could range up to ~$200/wk if you get their largest option and have to jump through hoops to cancel. This is just a scummy business model.Flexpro Meals

These people do not take no for an answer. After much effort, they agreed to refund me for a cancelled order. Today, I receive notice that they have initiated yet another. I have an acknowledgement that they are "sorry to see you go"; but, they continue to attempt to keep the process going. I have cancelled the card I used for my initial order to prevent additional billings, yet they persist in trying. What can I do to get these people to stop?Flexpro Meals

Food arrived completely thawed out instead of frozen. Customer Service has refused to answer numerous inquires and requests to cancel my subscription, so I was forced to stop payment with the credit card company. Looking online I discovered that other customers have had similar experiences trying to get them to stop subscriptions.Flexpro Meals

Do ***NOT*** use this company for any reason - they are a massive scam and the food is incredibly unhealthy (55% of your daily value of fat PER MEAL, and they taste like over-salted mush). I received my first meal box and then bumped delivery of the following meal box by 2 weeks because I was going to be out of town. Lo and behold, the following week I was still charged for the upcoming meal box. Looking at the itemized receipt, both orders included added items at $10 each that I did not order. I assumed that this was some sort of welcome bonus when I received my first box, but no - I was charged for it without my approval. After reaching out via text and their online chat to cancel my subscription and ask about the upcoming order that I was charged for inaccurately, I have still received no response after 3 days and the order has been shipped. Additionally, after doing more research I've learned that there have been massive food safety complaints with this company - make sure to do your own research before placing an order. I have already issued a block on my credit card so they cannot charge me further and will be disputing the charges on my card as they are completely fraudulent. I may also be getting a new credit card altogether as I do not trust such a shady business with my CC details.Flexpro Meals

My husband and I had a great experience with them until we decided to cancel our subscription! They make it almost impossible to cancel. For weeks my husband reached out to Flex Pro multiple times and was always told that an account manager would be reaching out to him regarding the cancelation. No one ever reached out to him. They also stopped allowing us to pause our weekly meals while this was going on!!! My husband tried pausing them in the mean time so we wouldn't get charged until we got the cancelation figured out, but was no longer able to... I finally had to contact my credit card company and they helped us! Our credit card company did a reverse charge for us against Flexpro and stopped any additional payments that Flexpro would try taking out! Again... the meals were great, but good luck to you when it comes time to cancel!!Flexpro Meals

Customer Service with this company is almost nonexistent. You CANNOT get a live person on the phone - it's canned responses on their chat website, or TEXT a phone number and they will text you back in the next day or two.
Good luck trying to cancel your order - they don't have an option to do that online, you have to TEXT the number and wait until they respond, whatever day that will be. By the way, you can only pause for 3 weeks...nothing more. If you want more, you have to text again in 3 wks to tell them.
The website is average at best. And if you aren't on a computer then forget it - if you are trying to use a phone to select your plan option and meals, be prepared to start over numerous times - because if you hit the back button it kicks you out of the flow.
The food...some were decent, many were not. Some meals have heating instructions and dates, some don't. Trying to peel the plastic back/off is a challenge within itself - I definitely broke a nail or two doing this. And the black pad at the bottom of the food - why is it there? It doesn't appear to be in all of the meals, maybe the old ones didn't have it. I don't even know what it's there for.
The latest box was delivered in spite of my texts that I'm out of town and online requests to pause it until mid Jan - and the box was 1 week late being delivered. I tried asking for that to be paused also, but I couldn't get in touch with anyone.
There has GOT to be a better way than this.Flexpro Meals
