      Smooth sailing all the way through the ordering journey! Totally caught off guard when customer service reached out to me (yes, even on a Sunday for onboarding!) just to make sure I was crystal clear and didn't need any tweaks. The grub showed up right on schedule, packed with pure precision, and impressively chilled to the bone! Talk about portion control done right, these tasty meals hit the spot perfectly. Overall, couldn't be more satisfied with the whole shebang. It does look like Flexpromeals is leveling up their game! You gotta love it!

      They promised me a free box on Live Chat in exchange for me being unhappy with my order. Great, right? Wrong.
      Upon receiving my order, I looked at my credit card statement. Charged full price. I initiated a complaint in good faith. This was surely a mistake. Wrong again.
      They claimed that this conversation never took place. Worse, they had the audacity to ask if I had screenshots. They DELETED the live chat thread with the proof. They then proceeded to gaslight me into believing I was crazy and that they had no evidence of the incident. In one phone call someone said AGAIN I would get a free box. They then texted me that there was no evidence of my claims.
      I then proceeded to ask to cancel. Radio silence since then. I bet I will have to dispute the charge on my card in the future because I doubt they will cancel my account without a fight.
      Awful, sketchy company with low moral values and a "profit at any cost," mentality.

      Absolute terrible company.
      1. Their "meals" are not meals. They are snacks at best. You can get 10 meals eat them all on the same day and barely reach a days worth of calories needed on a regular workout regiment.

      2. Way over priced. They force you to purchase two extra items at $8-14 in order to qualify for their "reduced price"

      3. When you agree to their for life price they don't apply the discount. Instead they give you a code that is not readily apparent and easy to miss.

      4. If you don't apply the code and call once you discovered point #1 and #2 they refuse to cancel the service. Requiring you to engage in a phone call with a representative who is condescending the entire time.

      I will be seeking whatever legal options are available to me and taking this company over the coals in any review site I can find. That is how bad they are. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SLEEZE BAG CONPANY

      I wanted to try flex pro meal but I couldn't change the delivery frequency or cancel the subscription. I couldn't not reach anyone to cancel. My bank cannot stop the reoccurring charges so I have to cancle my credit card. This is ridiculous. This should be illegal. I will spreadsheet the word about this morally challenged company. When you do bad, it come back to you 10 fold

      I got lucky to grab their offer on IG. After that I’m taken well cared of! Talk about VIP experience! I don’t need to worry about thinking which meal to make. I don’t even need to stress about it. I love Flexpromeals! I have been a subscriber for almost 2 months and I’m really enjoying being a VIP subscriber with my ProPlan! Keep up the good job Flexpro! Highly recommend them.

      Flex pro sucks. The food is not appetizing whatsoever. I can forgive that, however, as I do not recall them promising some Michelin star grade food. The real issue is the cancellation process. I had to wait like three days until after I initiated interest in cancelling. The fact that they make you wait in a queue to cancel a subscription is absolutely scummy and disgusting. That is such a horrible practice and it reeks of fraud. I did finally get to cancel my subscription last Friday on November 17th, and if that was the case I would not be writing this review. The reason I am writing this review is that despite cancelling LAST Friday, I am greeted by an email that says "Thank you for purchase" 4 days late... WTF????? I am shocked by this company as a whole. I have no idea how the review rating average is a 4.25. Never use this service. Cook on your own, the food sucks and is filled with suspect ingredients.
