      So happy I went with FlexPro meals! I am a newly single dad who has his own logistics business, works out and doesn’t have time to meal prep, grocery shop, cook, clean etc. Also trying to save money at the same time. Went on a weekly subscription because I thought 21 meals for 156 bucks was insanely good. Got them quickly and they are so delicious. I’ve had 7 so far and am amazed at how good they are. This will also help me shed fat while building muscle. The meals are already to go so when I get home from a long drive I don’t get lazy and DoorDash something which would pay for 6 meals! Thanks FlexPro!

      Have tried 20 different meals now and have loved every single one of them so far. They are full of favor and don’t taste fake no or old. It’s like it was made fresh even though it was frozen.

      This is a scam.

      They will tell you you have canceled your order, but then all of a sudden you start getting meals from "tempo meals". Flexpro claims this is a different company but I did not subscribe to this company and tempo.com has no available contact info available.

      This company is a Scam.
      If you order a week's meal to see if it's any good they force you into a subscription. You CAN NOT cancel the subscription.
      They give you a number to call. The number tells you to use a live chat assistant. The live chat assistant isn't on the accounts page. IF you find it there's a long conversation with a robot. It takes your number. Then it tells you a representative will call you multiple days later to talk about whether to cancel.
      100% should be illegal. Stay away.
      (Looking online there's also a history of bad employee reviews and health violations it seems.)

      I'm not sure what folks are talking about on here...but the food is absolutely disgusting and the service is even more abhorrent.
      Let's start with the food...yesterday I tried the Mongolian beef w broccoli. The beef was chopped into small cubes and sitting atop one of those cold freezer pads you get when you buy raw meat. The "broccoli" consisted of only chopped stalks which didn't even resemble the actual vegetable. And that was it! It looked and tasted nothing like the website claimed it would....I'm honestly scared to open up the rest of the packages to see what's in store for me.
      On to the horrible customer service. I was emailed with a request to sign up with a BOGO deal. Buy 10 meals and receive 11 meals for free (sure, i'll give it a try...that sounds like a great deal). In an act of good faith, I signed up and ordered my first box only to find that it didn't state anywhere that I would be receiving 11 extra meals as promised. I then received 2 separate emails from their customer service team who never responded to me after I asked about the extra meals. I proceeded to text them through their customer support phone number only to be constantly rerouted to a new person. I now have 5 different text threads going...none of which have resolved my issue. I tried calling the number on their website only to be told to text. I then tried the live chat option on the website, which won't proceed unless you give them your phone number...again. What a hack of a business.
      I'm now trying to cancel my subscription and unable to do so because they keep giving me the runaround. "Someone will contact you in 24-48 hours" despite their terms and conditions stating that you need to call them in order to cancel (but their phone number doesn't work!). Please shutdown this scam business!!!

      Automatically signs you up for a subscription. No way to cancel. No human answers the phone, you have to leave a message, but no one calls back. The chat feature 'person' tells you a manager will contact you and that they have no way of cancelling the order, only the manager does. Scam. Stay clear.

      Terrible customer service. They automatically charged me for my delivery, tried alerting them to stop it but they said it was too late. All of their emails go to my spam box, therefore they delivered my meals while I was out of town. They should call you if you dont answer your confirmation emails! All the food spoiled and it is all garbage!!!! You cannot get anyone on the phone and customer service answers their texts whenever they feel like it. I demand a refund and would like to speak to an actual human. Order number #*******
