I’ve been on the phone for 30 minutes with these people. 2nd in queue with an estimated wait time of 1 minute. After sitting on the call, I’m suddenly hung up on. If i have to cancel over the phone at least make it simple. Instead it seems like they’re trying to get over on you and make it difficult for you to cancel.Flexpro Meals

Impossible to cancel online and seemingly impossible to cancel over the phone / email. They force you to call a number to cancel, did that 5 times over the course of day, waiting on hold each time, only for it to automatically end the call after 20 minutes every time, even when the automated system said I was 1st in queue. Very shady. No reply to my requests to cancel via email either.
Thankfully I used a my credit card's virtual card for the subscription so I can easily void that card and not get charged by them again. But had my card not had that feature, I can only imagine the amount of people that wind up getting stuck with recurring subscription charges that they literally can't stop. I would avoid this company at all costs, and that's not even to mention the relatively mediocre meal quality compared to similar services.Flexpro Meals

I have just recently signed up for a meal box last wednesday August 21, and paid almost $100 for my order and was told it will be here by Monday the 26th. I have checked my account and the order says still pending. I have already been charged for this order and it has not been shipped yet. I would like to cancel my current order and any future orders that the company may charge me for. With a refund to the order that I will not be receiving as well. I am very unhappy with the service I have received, and the fact that no one is available to speak to me about this situation via text or call which is suggested on your website is outrageous! It is a monday at almost 1 pm. I waited on hold for 20 minutes never connected to a person and was hung up on. I also tried the live chat and was showed to come back during business hours 7-7 IT IS MONDAY AT 1PM. I have never dealt with a meal prep company that has been this unprofessional!!!Flexpro Meals

If I could give one star I would.
I’ve been trying to cancel my subscription because the meals are NOT as depicted on the website but they make it impossible.
I have emailed them, used the chat box twice, called, texted multiple times, and get NOTHING in return. The chat box said a representative would be calling me but they haven’t. And THEN I get an email saying my second box has been sent and I was charged $150. NO THANKS!
I need my account cancelled and that current box refunded immediately seeing as I tried to cancel before the auto subscription went out.
If I could post pictures on here I would.
The box came damaged. The ice was entirely melted so I didn’t even know if the meals were safe to eat. And these meals are supposed to be $10 but are tiny— the loaded buffalo chicken that I got came with precisely 2.5 pieces of brownish cauliflower. Terrible quality. Terrible customer service. All around terrible. I would NEVER leave a review like this normally but this company is beyond sketchy and clearly from the other reviews they’re pissing a lot of people off.Flexpro Meals

Price per meal is okay. But everything regarding functionality of the website sucks. Every time I’ve tried to adjust my meals, cancel, or whatever it just does its own thing. Every week I get meals I didn’t want because they don’t stay set, you have to manually choose them every week. I thought the whole idea was to set it up and forget about it. So I constantly get meals I don’t like if I forget to go in and select them. And they always change the timeframe you have to edit meals before the subscription renews and the meals are locked in. They also have no review system for their meals and some of them are absolute dog ****.Flexpro Meals

I want a refund. The food was horrible and they do not allow you to cancel your membership online. They inconvenience you and make you take time out of your day to sit on hold so you can speak with an agent to cancel your membership. BUYERS BEWARE. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. As many others have tried, I have tried to cancel my subscription and they make it IMPOSSIBLE to do so! Once you try it once, you are locked in and you are REQUIRED to talk to them before cancelling. See my screenshots below!!

So then I contacted business hours, as instructed (via chat). Which leads you to an agent who is "not authorized to cancel". Screenshot here: *******************************************
Then, they REQUIRE you to talk to a customer service agent who will call you at a random hour in hopes to convince you not to cancel. And they will not cancel until you give them a feedback survey. I have attempted multiple times for 2 weeks ( June 10th- June 17th2024) to cancel my meal service. I have accessed their chat on their website as required multiple times and I am consistently guided to a repeating loop message stating that a representative will be with me shortly. However, I have never been contacted. My credit card was charged AGAIN for meals that I immediately throw into the garbage because they are inconsumable. I have disputed a charge for $96.06 with my credit card company and have received protection but I request a confirmation that my subscription has been cancelled once and for all. I would not give this company any stars at all but am required t leave at least one which is not what they deserve.Flexpro Meals
