Can't get anyone on the phone. My keyboard 5 mths later is still in my garage because the technician couldn't make a hole in the wall.Wasn't told that a 3rd party!They want $1000 to get out of contract.I purposely set of the alarm, Nobody ever calls!!Safe Haven Security Services, LLC

If I could rate them lower I would. Their sales rep intentionally misrepresented himself by saying he was with ADT directly. He lied and said that he came to my door because it was set up through my realtor at my house closing. They never disclosed a 3 day window to cancel service. It was in the contract that the tech rushed through. He offered a 2 months free promotion. I was charged twice in the same month. I contacted the rep as he said he would be my point of contact for any concerns and informed him I wanted to cancel. This WAS during the 3 day cancellation period. Nobody ever got back to me so I started calling around to find out that the rep was fired so they wont honor the fact that I did everything that I was TOLD to do by their own employee at the time. Weeks later and they still havent even provided all of the equipment that was promised to me. I do not want to continue business with a company who does not honor their own contract and lies for commissions.Safe Haven Security Services, LLC

Very happy with ******* and her team from Safe Haven. They helped me get the right system installed for my family, and they handled all the difficult parts. This process was simple and easy with no hidden fees. I appreciated their availability to communicate, and they had no problem getting me the manager when complicated situations arose. I had an easy installation process with a tech who was very knowledgeable about the products and their functions. We didnt feel pressured to purchase all & were able to work out a price that was affordable for us. Great service so far!Safe Haven Security Services, LLC

system is super easy to use, purchased a smoke sensor to alert if my home catches fire. I had vivint in the past and this was by far such a better service then with them. Highly recommendSafe Haven Security Services, LLC

DO NOT LET THEIR SALES PEOPLE INTO YOUR HOME!! Stuck with a ********************* have to pay 75% of the fees left to cancel. Horrible company and rude customer service. Seriously regret the entire situation.Safe Haven Security Services, LLC

I was told I was able to cancel, but had to talk to a manager. However, they could not get me in touch with a manager, one had to call me back. Four times, with no calls back.Then they cancelled me without my knowledge and turned the debt I didn't know I even had over to a collection agency. When I finally got to talk to someone, it turned out that I had spoken to two managers who told me "a manager will have to call you back."Not "there's nothing they can do." And there is a hit on my credit.This company is dishonest.Safe Haven Security Services, LLC

The worst customer service Ive ever experienced period. Once they got my money, I couldnt get in touch with them and when I did get in touch with them regarding faulty equipment they wanted to ***** me for more cash even though the equipment is supposed to be guaranteed. I have tried to cancel my services the next day they came to install MY equipment that is included in my brand new house, but nobody pick up my calls however I mailed my notice of cancellation within 3 business days. They offered me a $500 voucher if I get its monitoring services for 49,99 a month. As a a new homeowner I was confused about the offer but I thought it is okay since my safety is a priority. First the installation of the equipment needed internet services but as I just move in, internet wasnt installed. This business didnt care. As a result, the installation was partial complete. I still dont have my secret code activated. When I wanted to use my voucher to buy cameras, they said that it is okay, but the monthly service increases to 59,99. Besides i have to stick to a 3 year contract?? Why if equipment is mine. This is insane, I didnt use the voucher and decided to cancelled the service the next day. As nobody replied when I called or emailed, I decided to pay $40 for overnight mail service so they could receive the notice of cancellation before deadline so no penalty is applied. However 2 days back received a customer service call asking me how my service is going? When I explained my situation she transferred my call to cancellation department and again I waited forever and nobody picked up. This is a scam, I dont owe nothing, the equipment is mine because I bought a *************** brand new house and those equipments are included in my mortgage. Please I cannot afford this service.
