      We purchased our home 4 years ago and was not aware that we were leasing our propane tank from Ferrelgas. After 4 years we were notified that if we did not fill out tank with them, they would remove the tank. We canceled our order with SD propane and set up services immediately with Ferrelgas. Well here we are one month later and they never filled our tank. We paid **** for them to come out and fill our tank and were charged a fee of ****** to expedite service. We were informed that we were scheduled for delivery on 3/8/23. When I came home that evening we had no propane. I called and reached out on ******** and was told ***** gallons was added to the tank. Then received a call this morning only to be told they in fact did not fill our tank and our order was closed. The ***** gallons did not come to our home and the credit on our account was removed for something that never occurred! We have been in the cold for about a week and this company could care less! I have been requesting to speak to a manager and still have not been contacted!

      about our gas tank , we bought this house last august 2022 and were told the tank belonged to us. We were told ****** had put it in and tried contacting ferel and never heard back, so we just transferred our service , Fast forward 7 months later and this guy shows up saying hes here for my tank and got upset when i asked for some sort of proof that it was ****** if it was NO big deal we wouldve just switch it out or switch services over but rather than provide anything he said its ours and we can call the sheriff if you want to go that rout that went from 0 to 60 real quick .He also got real upset to find out its been serviced by a different company idk why its been 7 months youd think we wouldve heard from ****** we never did until this Rude jerk showed up out of the blue and threatened me for simply asking how i could tell it was ferrels. It has no sticker no tags no visible info of any sort The guy didnt give his name and had snow covering his plates so couldnt get that info but got his *********** of the conversation on my Ring camera We did contact the office and the lady was very helpful understanding and polite. She gave us a simple serial number we could check and what do you know problem solved just like that . Ive never done business with ****** and knowing that the drivers act like that i never will.And will also be filing a complaint with the BBB I work commercial property management work with tons of vendors ,contractors in multiple fields and never have i met any company that employes people that randomly show up and threaten complete strangers.Wouldve been so simple to just switch over to ****** since apparently they are already here , now id rather go through the process and extra cost of switching tanks than deal with people like that.Office staff great job. Thank you

      Ordered propane on 2/8/2023 and advised we were down to 10% left. They said they were unable to do anything to quickly get us what we needed to heat the house and it was going to be 2 weeks. Its now 2/14/2023 and we are completely empty, called again and was told they again cant do anything to get it filled sooner than 2/22/2023. We have three children and are now with out heat or warm water and Ferrell couldnt care less. Ferrell took our money immediately so they are in no rush at this point to get us heat again. I would do some research before choosing your propane provider, Ferrell gas isnt it.

      Terrible customer service. We had a gas leak and all of our gas leaked out of our tank. We had no hot water for three days. Called and ask if there was anything that we could do to get some gas, we were told sorry there is not, we only come to your area once a week. We told them that we would gladly pay whatever it took but it still didnt help. This is what happens when you have a monopoly, no other option.

      This company is TERRIBLE. They did not let me know they were not going to refill my tank due to a credit hold on my account. It is my fault the payment was late but i made payment jan 20. I received no notification letting me know I would not get a delivery until it was paid. I had no heat for 4 days jan *****. The weekend that temperatures dipped into the teens/ low 20s. When I called on Monday, Jan 23 the customer service agent said she did not know why I had not received a delivery but there was a delivery ordered. It was not delivered by the afternoon and I called back and was told it would be Jan 23 or 24 before delivery. I asked why and was transferred to a manager and she told me my account had been on credit hold due to past due balance. There was no communication from ferrellgas letting me know they would not refill my propane tank. I was told someone called and left a message on Monday jan 23 but I received no call or voicemail msg. All my contact information is list in my account and a receive a billing statement every month via email. I called back and asked to speak to a supervisor and was told By the customer service agent she could not transfer me, she would have them call me back. I made sure they had my correct contact information. I have NEVER received a call back to date. Even the power company will let you know they are going to disconnect you if dont pay bill. And I am feel certain they wont turn your power off in the winter. TERRIBLE customer service and I will be changing my propane service to another company ASAP and will not be recommending Ferrellgas to anyone.

      Wow, after reading these reviews I can't believe they haven't resolved these issues. We ordered on the 17th of ************ are still waiting for a fill. We are down to 8%. I made three calls last week & was also told I would get a call back regarding our delivery delay. It is obvious this company does not care about their ***************** CRS employees are terrible. They almost seem peeved when you call & probably because of all the questions on when deliveries will be made. If they are having a driver issue or a propane issue, they should inform their customers so we can plan accordingly. My last refill when I ordered on line, they called me & told me I would be charged an extra $70 because my tank was not empty enough. So this fill I waited to *********** I am about to run out. Which is it? We will get this fill & then look at other local companies to replace them with. It is obvious they do not care in customer satisfaction.

      I've been a Sharp Propane client for 26 years. They sold to Ferrellgas and I've had nothing but problems ever since. I was on budget billing for years and my cost was $171.88. They raised my monthly budget from $171.88 to $296.98 a month and told me it was because I used less gas so my rate went up. Does not make sense. Then I was on auto fill forever and last August they told me they put me on will call as I had a gate and the driver could not enter. I've had that gate for 20 years with same code, so I called. I was told they did not have the code in their system but if I gave it to them they would put me back on auto fill. I did. However, Dec. 15th I realized they had not been out yet and my tank was at 35% full so I called only to find out I was not on auto fill and had to request a tank fill. The window was from 12-15-22 to 1-3-23 to have someone show up. They showed up on 1-3-23 the last day and filled my tank and we were down to 5% in our tank. I've written them 2 letters and made 7 phone calls to seek resolution and everytime I'm told this will go to a manager and someone will return our calls, but no one ever calls. They are by far the absolutely worst propane company in the world, I don't care if they are nationwide, they have no customer service skills and never respond to any request. We are selling our house, if not I would cancel, have the tank pulled and change providers.

      I ordered gas on Dec 29 and I still can't get them to deliver it iam on 5 percent and that is my only heat source. They have already been paid for my gas and said they couldn't refund the money so I could go to a different com. I will never do business with this company again. They are the worse company I've ever had.

      Ordered gas on December 15, 2022. Was promised it would be delivered on December 30th.The date was then changed to Thursday, Jan 5th and it was not delivered. I called them the 3rd time and they assumed me that it would be delivered the am of Friday, Jan 6th. It was not delivered by 12n so I called and they said it would be delivered by 5pm. WAS NOT DELIVERED AS PROMISED ON 4 DIFFERENT DATES! I have had to use two portable electric heaters to make my 10% tank of gas last until they decided to come out. I am a senior citizen and I have had to use electric heaters for almost 4 weeks, deal with a frozen pipe and not be able to use my gas logs during the rolling blackouts we had when temperatures dipped to -8.I would not recommend this company to anyone for anything. Totally unreliable and just a big bunch of liars.
