      I'm 100% disable 69 yr old male. I suffer from congestive heart failure, diabetes, a couple of strokes and have to walk with a walker, from falls.
      My neighbor checks my propane levels. On 1-9-24, I ordered to have my
      tank filled, because of the increase winter weather. I got a receipt after I
      placed my order. It stated my tank will be filled 1-17-24. Well I'm still waiting
      I only have 25% left in my tank. I called the local delivery #. Which no one
      answers, it's a pre-recorded message. All it said we have down for a fill up.
      There is no emergency #, except for leaks, even at the corporate web page. I found out there no State agency that over sees the Ks. propane
      industry. I see they have a history of poor deliveries. I know I'm going to
      switch companies after better weather. . Topeka is my local delivery.

      Terrible company. I put my order in with plenty of time when my tank hit 30% and paid right there and then. (Paid 3 weeks ago) We were expecting -20 temperature for a whole week plus wind blowing over 40mph. I checked my tank again with it saying I was at 4% left. I called the company willing to pay extradited service although I placed my order early enough to get my fill before the terrible temperature hit. I told the lady on the phone that I had 5 children in the house. One being an infant another a toddler. This lady’s response was “too bad, you are not the only one” we have been sitting for two nights with no heat in the house and both babies very sick. We have two space heaters in our room and stay in there but we all know that it’s dangerous to have those running 24/7. After this fill I will be switching to a different company. I will never recommend this company to anyone!

      Terrible customer service.
      Whenever I call I have to hold for between 20 minutes and several hours. When you finally get through to someone they are rude and talk in circles not willing to take any accountability in their mistakes. Would not recommend to anyone!

      $4.59 a gallon and can't get a real person to answer the phone. Takes about 2 weeks to get a delivery. It's a struggle to keep my babies warm. Really wish I had went another route.

      Horrible company! Switched to Ferrel and was nothing but a disaster. They scheduled our fill 8 days before the tank was even delivered. Promised the tank would be filled the very next day and left us empty during a winter storm. When we called, we were told our delivery was expedited (this is after being hung up on several times) then called an hour later to be told their driver couldn't make it up our plowed road. With another storm system on the way, we call again and are told they cancelled our fill and a ticket was submitted for a tank pickup since we complained so much! It is below zero and I have no way to run a furnace, use my oven, or my generator should we lose power. The company should no longer be in business.

      If i could leave a 0 rating I would. This place is horrible. Paid for our fill on 1-3-24. Here it is 15 days later and nothing. I have called multiple time with no results. Last fill up was marked as delivered and had not been delivered. Called and did not receive fillup for another 3 weeks. This company is a joke. Stay away!!

      Ordered propane on 1/9 when my tank was at 28%. Took my payment out of my checking account on 1/10. I saw that expected delivery by 1/17/2024 on my account statement. No delivery on 1/17. I have been calling since 1/12 as my tank was decreasing, so had to go into conservation mode. Temperature in my house at 60 to 65 degrees with running fireplace and electric heaters. I was only able to speak to a human on 1/16, who told me that my order was not on the delivery that day. Not helpful at all! Otherwise, I get Ruby, the automated answering device, with looping around in circles with the same questions. The worst service I have ever received.

      I called the emergency number for a propane leak. I waited 20 minutes before someone answered. When I told them what was the issue they transferred me and I waited another 20 minutes. You can no longer contact the local Ferrell Gas supplier, all calls centralized and very poor service.

      The WORST customer service I have ever encountered . Impossible to get a live person the phone.
