      ferrell gas is possibly the worst propane supplier in my area northeast alabama, they lie, they are impossible to get in touch with, maybe they will learn that crappy customer service will cost you customers, I for one will find someone else to purchase my gas from, if you have considered this company please reconsider.

      This company is ridiculous I ordered my gas on December 26th 2023 I had 40% at the time I had confirmation that my gas would arrive on January 2nd, my tank finally hit 0% and still no gas I called them and no one knew anything about when my delivery will be out they were rude on the phone they said they would tell their manager and they would call me back they never called they finally called back several days later saying that they don't know if they can come out because of the weather here we are at January 17th and still no gas. They told me I lived in the boonies so it makes it difficult to deliver I only live half a mile off of the main road that is not the boonies what other excuses is this company going to give me this should be illegal to make people freeze to death in their homes this is my only heat I sure hope my pipes do not freeze this is terrible customer service if I ever seen I would never recommend them to anyone

      Sucks ??%..they don't have enough drivers or enough trucks or both but yet they have the highest prices and they will sell you a dream..I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE.. PLEASE STAY AWAY!!

      I placed an urgent order on Thursday for expedited delivery, being assured it would arrive on Monday. Despite the -3 temperature, I took precautions by connecting a different tank to prevent freezing pipes. Unexpectedly, they arrived on Friday, disconnected my installed tank, red-tagged my system, and promised to resume on Monday. When I called on Monday at 4 PM, I was informed they were refunding my payment, and retrieving the tank. With temperatures dropping, reaching -30 on Wednesday, what a nightmare.

      They are terrible. I ordered propane, got a receipt and then they told me the payment, through their new system, didn't process. No one called me and so when it didn't come when scheduled, I called and found out. So, it's negative 10 and they do not care. This is 100 percent on them. Do not use Ferrell Gas!!

      You did not disclose a fee for checking a gas leak that I was told to on my side of line. I've spent over $300 for a certified plumber to find leak. Never found leak. Come get your tank

      I just got new propane service from a local supplier at one of my residences. Their price is $1.14 less per gallon than Ferrellgas. On top of that their website doesn’t work and you have to wait 30 min on phone calls. Shop around before you choose these guys!

      Waiting 2 weeks for my delivery and still don’t have my propane sitting at 4%. I don’t recommend this company at ALL!

      Terrible customer service. Terrible service in general, my family went without heat for multiple days due to their negligence and yet again I’m having problems with them filling the tank, choose a different company.

      WOW, I wish I had read all these bad reviews before contacting Ferrellgas. I can certainly relate to everybody's dissatisfaction with this company, add me to the list of unhappy displeased customers. I called Ferrellgas to fill my propane tank with the understanding they would light the stove pilot light for free at the same time.
      Within the next couple of days when I first needed to turn the heat on my stove, the pilot light was out. I called Ferrellgas, again with the understanding they would light the pilot light without charge since it was not working properly. Today, I received a bill for re-lighting the pilot.
      You know it’s like this….. it is not about the money as much as it is about the customer service which seems to be at the very bottom of the totem pole for Ferrellgas from the looks of all these bad reviews and my experience with them.
      If anyone is looking for a gas company, do yourself a favor and look for another company, not a company that does not live up to their promise and that will add every kind of imaginable surcharge fee they can think of to your bill. Ferrellgas....Never again!!
