      My experience with Ferrellgas over the last 1.5 years has consistently been poor. We have had difficulties in obtaining a hard date for service, we have been provided partial fills and then had difficulty in scheduling the remainder for a later date. We have tried coming to speak to your customer representative in person when phone calls go unanswered and each time no one is present or they're unable to provide a solution.

      My request is that we are provided a service date and the fuel provided in a timely manner. We called and paid for service mid December when our tank was at 60% and we have yet to have anyone come fill our propane and we are at risk of running out of propane. At our visit to your offices yesterday, we were given a business card and told that they could not provide a date of service for us. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE.

      I understand that they have been short handed in employment at times and we have been understanding and then proceeded to schedule a service date way ahead of time. It's concerning to me and I'd rather not have to experience the stress of potentially not having heat, hot water and a way to cook food.

      I hope this feedback does not go unnoticed and is used to improve their customer experience and/or that they'll reconsider the sale of your propane take so that we can seek service elsewhere.

      New to Ferrell gas. Rental of tank paid on the 14th. Confirmed order of half tank on the 14th. Called on the 18th and said order was canceled because I didn’t make payment. They had my payment information and didn’t process payment. Paid for delivery of half tank on the 18th. Gave me a delivery window of 19th thru the 29th. Called yesterday to confirm and it was confirmed it would be delivered today the 28th. Called today and they said it was out for delivery today. Called again at 3:50pm and csr said it’s scheduled for delivery tomorrow. My husband is disabled and ill and Ferrell Gas doesn’t give a ****. Shame on you!

      Ferrell Gas has the large corporate attitude. My situation is that the family member who own the property passed away. We paid rent on the tank at double the price that had been paid. Ferrell Gas came and removed the tank prior to termination of the contract with 30% of the Gas still in the tank. I had informed them prior that the furnace was Gas and that they could remove it in February. Within 3 days they took it. Then, they said the refund if any, had to go to the deceased family member. They have shielded all corporate debt. from access to the public, including the accounting dept. Very shady operation.

      Poor customer service. No one person has the same answer. Tried several times to get propane, then pay thirty days later like I was told by an agent. Called back, they said I had to pay when ordering. It pushed me to 0%. They said I could pay an extra $200 dollars for same day delivery after paying to have the tank filled. My house is big and we just got a winter storm warning. Very cold.

      I ordered propane online a few days before Thanksgiving, then received a coupon for Black Friday that would have saved me hundreds of dollars. That's totally unexpected for a petroleum product, and implies their customers are being overcharged year round. I would have appreciated a warning that such a sale could be coming and I would certainly have waited to order. I submitted feedback on the company's website, but received no reply or acknowledgement after several weeks. So, I'll resort to BBB feedback. This company should expect me to shop around next time. Now I'm willing to pay more elsewhere.

      The worst propane company on the planet. No customer service and they like to throw extra charges at their customers. Search for other providers.... there are much better companies out there.

      I wouldnt recommend then! We have been with them for over 30 years. I called to take ** off of keep fill. They filled the tank AFTER we have done so. Then say that they have no reccord of us calling to do this. They then advised that they would do a pump out if we wanted to switch carriers. I told them that we would call them when we would decide and want to do this. WITH NO NOTICE THEY TOOK AWAY OUR TANK. WE ARE LEFT WITH NO TANK, NO GAS, NO HEAT NOTHING !!!!!!! When I called they said we said we were switching !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

      The worst by far. Paid in full to have 500 lb tank delivered and set. 6 weeks went by no one called to set schedule, when I called them they continued to say " the order has been made, they will call."Another 2 weeks and I called again, asked why it still is not set and no communication from delivery guy? " they will get to you, I don't know why it is taking so long" .1 week later I called told them " if I don't hear from you with a installation date in 24 hrs, I want a full refund " . Called 24hrs later and told them no effort was made to contact me and at this point I expect a refund. 3 weeks later and they tell me " the check is in the mail " .Vary corrupt company, lazy, no customer relation, and my patience is gone.

      Unfortunately my experience with Ferrell Gas has been less the favorable. I have been requesting a tank pick up since Aug 7th. I have called more then a 1/2 doz times. I have even started requesting that management contact me. Management has never attempted to contact me. The company did tell me that I was scheduled for a pick up and that I had to be here. I waited for the 3 hr window + 1 ex hour and no one called or showed. I receive the run around each time I call. "Well, tank pick up is a low priority and we have too many many other calls to address." It isn't even cold out yet. They owe me money for the fuel that is in there and for the rental fee. At this point I was left to review here because I am beyond the point of receiving the runaround. They ordering fuel system is not an easy friendly one. I have tried using the online version and couldn't get in because it would not allow me to reset password which it was prompting me for. When I have called you can wait on hold for ever after going through the computer prompts, and then I end up with someone in ******* that is not able to help me... Beyond frustrating. Use a smaller local company that actually picks up the phone when you call.

      Horrible, Rude, insensitive and inconsiderate. Gave a 3 hour time frame took almost 5 hours to show up! Was told he was 25 minutes away after 40 minutes passed said he was 5 minutes out took another 15 minutes. Then said he can come back in the morning! I said no go do your job! I told him funny my son and I were just talking this morning about ppl like him who have no consideration for ppls time or property and hes one of those guys. I had other clients I had scheduled but guess what, I was in touch with my clients to let them know that someone else (who was not as considerate about ppls time and life) was the reason for my hold up. He said he was busy and didnt know what time it was. I asked him if he had a watch or clock in his truck that has the time? Unbelievable the so call *****************
