      I can't say enough about the ** support I received in getting a couple trees replaced that did not survive the winter. I was just looking for some advice on what I may have or have not done and they informed me of their warranty and shipped me replacements without any hassle. These guys are the Bomb!The other trees I purchased at the same time are looking and doing great. I highly recommend them for any purchases.

      I am a satisfied customer of over 15 years. In May 2025 my cherry tree that I received from Starke Brothers several years ago started to show signs of distress so I submitted a picture with details. I was amazed when I received an email back that told me what disease the tree had and step-by-step instructions on how to proceed in taking care of the tree and what results I should to expect to see! Now that's customer service we don't often get. Above and beyond, which is why I will continue to order plants from a company that stands behind their products. I have several of their fruit trees and have always been satisfied.****** H.*****, ********** 7b

      Delivery date means nothing. Ordered strawberry plants 7 weeks ago, and still not shipped. I canceled my order two days ago.The only thing they are good at is sending emails. Buy local.

      I didnt receive a tree that was in my order and reached out to StarksBros customer service to see what was the issue. They were most professional and helpful and assisted me with resolving the matter. They got my missing tree sent out asap. I have used Stark Bros for years and have been happy with their quality trees and their customer service is top notch as well.****, *****

      I purchased ***** Lemon and Key Lime trees that had arrived safely. I potted them the same day and they are beautiful!I waited a couple of months until they were in season for them to arrive and I can honestly say it was worth it!They are thriving.

      I am pleased to say I got my tree planted the day after it was delivered. I followed your instructions and it is already leafing out. I am so excited!! Delivery was pretty quick and it was in excellent condition. I would definitely purchase from Stark again.

      I have been using Stark Bros to order all of my Fruit plants, and Fruit trees, and Rose bushes, etc., since 2020, and have never been disappointed! Their plants and trees always arrive healthy, and easy to care for. Ive only had an issue with one order in 5 years, which they corrected with an expedient reply! Stark Bros has proven to stand by their product and keeping their word!

      Fantastic customer service and gorgeous plants. I had an issue that was actually my fault and they were so great about working with me to help me resolve it. I was so impressed and grateful for their customer service. And the 6 fruit trees I ordered are beautiful! Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for high quality plants and exceptional customer service.

      I love Stark Bros plants. I have 3 apple trees and 2 cherry trees that are in their third summer and doing very well. I also have strawberries that are thriving. The delivery is timely, and they are very responsive to questions. I like that their products are grown in my state .

      We placed a $300+ order on feb 20th. Raspberry bushes, 75 strawberry plants and peach trees. It is now May 15th. You still havent shipped our order. I've called customer service, multiple times, only to sit on hold for ten, twenty minutes, and then get sent to a voice mail. I never recieve a call back. Instead of communicating with us, you sent an excuse laden email with a coupon code for 15% off our next order ?? We were loyal customers. We've ordered multiple times over the last 15 years. I can assure you that we will NEVER order from Stark Bro's Nurseries again after this experience. You have now forced me to leave reviews, reflecting our horrible experience, in every place a review can be left. We wasted an entire growing season waiting on Stark Bros nursery to disappoint us with gross incompetence and nonexistent customer service!!!!!Edit: I was finally able to speak to a real live person and get a refund. If you need to get ahold of someone at Stark Bro's Nurseries, call and act like youre intending to place an order. This is the only way you'll be able to speak to a human. Thank you Stark Bro's Nurseries for wasting my time, patience and growing season.
