      The Bank Of Missouri sold this account to a collection agency, but they are still reporting it on my credit report, I am not contractually liable for this account since I don't have a contract with them anymore and this account was paid off through my bankruptcy I want this account removed from all of my credit reports

      I am writing to dispute fraudulent charges on my account in the amount of $545 and posted on December 06, 2023. I am a victim of identity theft, and I did not make these charges. This account was created without my knowledge. I request that you remove the fraudulent charge(s) and any related finance charge and other charges from my account, send me an updated and accurate statement, and close the account. I also request that you cease reporting the inaccurate information to all of the nationwide credit reporting agencies (***s) to which you provided it. I have attempted to reach out to the company without success to attempt to resolve this matter and remove these fraudulent items from my credit report and cease collections on charges and accounts made fraudulently in my name. Enclosed is a copy of my Identity Theft Report supporting my position, and a copy of my credit report showing the fraudulent items related to your company that are the result of identity theft. Also enclosed is a copy of the Notice to Furnishers issued by the ************************* which details your responsibilities under the Fair Credit Reporting Act as an information furnisher to ***s. The Notice also specifies your responsibilities when you receive notice from a ***, under section 605B of the Fair Credit Reporting Act, that information you provided to the *** may be the result of identity theft. Those responsibilities include ceasing to provide the inaccurate information to any ***s, and ensuring that you do not attempt to sell or transfer the fraudulent debts to another party for collection.       I am being overcharged with interest and fees that I shouldnt have to pay since I have been paying my regular minimum payment of $23.60 every month and Credit Karma has been watching my payments as well and according to them I have been making them 100% on time and Aspire which is through the Bank Of Missouri is the credit card I am having issues with and I have called them and email them and they were rude, disrespectful,dishonest and deceitful and they lied more than once to me and wont lower my balance and they keep using my minimum payment to where I am unable to afford to pay plus I gave them evidence that I am on disability and they put me on a protection program and that is supposed to help me and it has done nothing for me whatsoever and it doesnt work and they keep making excuses as well and gave me fake email addresses and phone numbers as well and since they are doing this to me I want them to pay me what they owe me on my earn interest and whip out my balance as well and pay for all of it since they treated me with such disrespect and they took advantage of me as well and I want them to close my credit card as well please and thank you

      I never gotten anything from the company that I am complaining about except for bribes in my email from them saying I am pre approve for a $1000 line credit but that is a lie and saying that I was denied of there protection program when I talked straight to them on the phone and they told me I was on there program all ready so how can I be on it and then all of a sudden been denied and not on it and that right there is deception and misleading since they cannot be both is either one or the other and there are countless others like me on your guises website that is complaining about the same company to you as I am and they want them to be stopped completely before they hurt any other people, since they are lying to people, and being deceptive to people and being very dishonest as well to people, and being very disrespectful to people as well, and they have no sympathy neither when it comes to helping people out with what is going on with them, and that right, there is a description of a scam artist and a con artist and that is what they are .

      These are evidence that these people are nothing but liars and scammers and they tried to bribe me but that didnt work and they are deceptive people and dishonest people and non sympathetic people with no remorse for others on their situation and they are liars and they are deceivers and I never received anything from them in my regular mail box neither and what they told you was nothing but a lie so that they can get away with what they are doing and now I want all of my money back from them that I paid them and I do mean all of it since they scammed me and they deceived me in this company can never be trusted and their word is no good since they said I was on one of their programs and they lied about that because I ended up getting an email saying that I was denied so right now they are all over the place and that right there is a red flag and I actually talk to them on the phone and they told me I was on the program so these people are nothing but liars and thieves so please take care of this matter since I am also not alone in this matter, because there are others like me on your website, and the reviews that is dealing with the same problem as me with this company, and when I was on your guises website, you gave them an F rating but somehow someone hacked into your website and changed it to an A+ rating when that company has an F rating and other websites with reviews of that company just FYI !!!!!!!

      I never received anything from Aspire credit card in the mail like they told you that they would and that was a lie plus I did try to send you more information as well with evidence but my cellphone isnt working right or allowing me so that is why I am writing it instead and i look on your website on the reviews and complaints about that company and now they are trying to say that they are a student loan company and that they dont have a credit card and I know for a fact that is a lie as well and they are trying to hide and cover up on what they are doing and that isnt right that is being deceitful and deceptive and being dishonest and disrespectful and showing no sympathetic or remorse whatsoever for what is going on with the people that they are supposed to be trying to help and they are liars and major big time scammers and not only that they did try to bribe me as well with an offer that is also a lie plus they lied about me being on there program that is supposed to be helping me lower my minimum payment and that was a lie and then in an email they said that they denied me on there program when I talked to them directly and they told me that I was on there program on the phone so now I want all of my money back that I paid them and I do mean all of it so please help me get this situation resolved please and thank you.

      I finally gotten a letter from The Bank Of Missouri but what they wrote is a lie since it stated that I never called them on March 14 , 2024 and I did and explain to them directly on the phone and they said that the paperwork that they sent me which I never received they needed proof that I was on disability and they never mentioned anything about unemployment, but I did tell them that my employer was refusing to give me any type of documents that I am no longer working for her and I told them that and they told me that the paperwork that they sent out they need a proof of my disability not unemployment, and that was a lie, and they never mention to me neither that they were gonna take me off the program so right there that was being deceptive and deceitful and they are being double minded as well. Since then one part of the letter they say I paid, and then they said I did not pay , my minimum payment and that is double minded its either one way or the other, so that is why they are being deceptive and deceitful to me and not being honest they are nothing but crooks liars, deceivers, con, artist, and scammers, and those are the facts and I want all of my money back that I paid them  and I do mean all of it since they are disrespectful towards me when I gave them all the evidence and I even spoke to them on the phone on March 14 so what they sent me was nothing but a lie all lies.

      My account with TBOM ATLS FROTIVA was never late! I have had exceptional payment History With TBOM ATLS FROTIVA and all payments were placed in Autopay. This late payment that is reporting is a result of a systematic error on their end processing my payment. This was clearly a billing error made by the company and it is not a reflection of my payment Experience which violates USC code 1681eb. This error has caused severe hard to my Reputation, my character, my mode of living and to my family! I demand the late payment reported in January 2024 to be removed. They are not in compliance with the following law 15 USC 1666b and its requirements set the Standards and the guidance of a creditor to treat a payment as late, yet they are reporting a payment as late and they did not comply with the law! 15 USC1666b (a)Time to make payments A creditor may not treat a payment on a credit card account under an open end consumer credit Plan as late for any purpose, unless the creditor has adopted reasonable procedures designed To ensure that each periodic statement including the information required by section 1637(b) of this title is mailed or delivered to the consumer not later than 21 days before the payment due date. TBOM ATLS FROTIVA never sent the periodic statement along with the disclosures from section 1637(b).
