      I discovered incremental charges to illegimate internet sites on my credit card statement over the past few months. I called and they sent the proper paperwork to complete, which I did. They denied my claim even though I had supporting documentation. I appealed through the process they indicated and never hear anything. I called the number they listed and got put into a circular system that never let me talk to a person. I have left 3 messages and sent 3 emails to follow=up and no one has contacted me via either channel. I am appalled that a company like this attached to a seemingly reputable bank would treat a customer like this. They have effectively stolen my money and refuse to discuss it with me by ignoring me.

      I found an email stating a new card was coming my way as the bank was bought out by Bank of Missouri and my credit card was no longer active as of February 26th. I reached out to Continental Finance to see where my card was.It was found that the address on file was incorrect.The person I spoke to took my new address and said the card was on the way.Two weeks passed and was advised by Supervisor Lazine that the agent should not have taken my new address over the phone as the process is to email [email protected] emailed a copy of my electric bill as proof of new address.I was advised by Supervisor Lazine that my card would be on the way within 72 hours.I expressed concern of late payments and she stated I could give payment information to her.I declined as I had no proof of who she is and if my card would be secure. I told her I have no account as of right now, no card, and didn't know who they were now and what their website was. Even if I had access to their website to pay, I don't have a credit card or account number to use to create an account to make a payment and she was unwilling/unable to give that to me.Supervisor ****** said she would note the account so I was not charged a late fee or recorded as "late" and to activate the card and make a payment once it is received.This evening I received a text message to call about my account.I called the number provided to find a Today card rep telling me my account is late and have late fees.I reiterated the call I had with Supervisor Lazine a week prior. I asked for a supervisor in the ************* because he apparently they could not see the "notes" ****** left.Supervisor ***************************** got on the phone, and I explained again. She said they will not send a card because NOW the card is passed due. IT'S PAST DUE BECAUSE OF YOU AND THE **** DEALING WITH THIS ISSUE I've been told numerous times my card is on the way and the card never arrived; it's been a month.PULL THE RECORDED PHONE CALLS

      This company is reporting errors on my experian credit report. I've asked them to correct erroneous items with no response. Then I dispute it with the credit bureau and it comes back no change. I want these items removed from my credit report immediately.

I dont owe them any money. The account was not charged off they have violated at my privacy.They have inaccurate derogatory information on my credit report. My husband just died and they just took my money and they took advantage of me. They told me they would fix it. I dont owe them a dime. I am no debt and no further obligation to them and they have derogatory things on. My credit report is no way that you could be 90 lays date three times in a row. Please help me. Im getting a attorney.

      I am not responsible for a debt with Bank of Missouri. I do not and I have never had a contract with them. This account is identity theft and I have already disputed this identity theft account as fraud with all credit bureaus and the ************************* Equifax is the only bureau currently reporting this account but I need it to be permanently blocked from my credit profile so that it will never be reinstated on any credit profile.
