  It seems to me that everyone who is responded has not complaining they didn't get what they bought instead they're complaining that the sales people were aggressive. I'm wondering what world they live in that sales people are not aggressive. Instead of doing their leg work and investigating and researching what a service contract is versus a warranty they want to complain because they didn't understand. It is not the salesperson's job to do that it is the consumer's job. They don't call you you call them which gives you ample time to investigate and get educated on what it is you're looking to buy or inquire into. Stop blaming sales people for your inability to do your part. It's their job to sell something it's not their job to educate you on something you called about.I do not work for this company and I have no vested interest in it I too received a flyer I did my research found out that it would probably benefit me called got the information I needed let them know I would consider it once I checked into my finances and from there I made an educated decision it's not whether I bought the the service contract or not. It's the fact that I knew what I was getting into and how it worked ,that's probably why I have no complaints.Once again this proves Americans are lazy they want everybody to spoon feed them things instead of taking on the responsibility to do it on their own.Stop blaming the company for your inept ability to research and educate.

  This is clearly a scam. I called and got connected to someone who was really rude, talked really fast and was trying to get over on me. I asked why the person was quoting me a price when I already have a warranty. He got really condescending and rude with me when I started asking questions about how it worked. I didn't feel like being treated rudely when I'm calling THEM and they are clearly trying to sell ME something. Why would you be rude? It makes no sense. It set me whole mood off.The next few days later, I reached out to the guy who sold me that car at the dealership. He told me so many people are getting these flyers and it's note legitimate and I have many years to go on my brand new warranty.I called Eleras back because now I wanted to speak with the person who was rude to me. I wanted to speak with their manager to let them know about the experience I had. He couldn't connect me to the original person I was speaking with. He couldn't connect me to a manager. He told me it's a legit business and to go home and look at my warranty information to see what I already had in place. At least the 2nd person was somewhat professional, but I was ready for a fight based of the first person's behavior.Either way, there is clearly something wrong with this business if this many people are complaining. Seeing all the reviews I also wanted to add feedback if it helps anyone avoid being scammed by this "company".

  Eleras group sent me a letter saying my warranty expired... I have ***** miles on a 2022. Then they said that they were the company that we signed with when we bought the vehicle. It is a full on scam.

  Definite SCAM artists. They need to be prosecuted for misleading the public with their *************************** letters. They have small offices throughout ****** so it makes it harder to have a state attorney general take them on. People like this make it their life effort to operate in the grey area of law. My message to them would be to get a legitimate career that benefits the public before it is too late.

  Eleras Group sent me a letter saying my automobile warranty had expired. This is false advertising!!! I own a 2020 Audi Q8 which has 18 months left on the original factory warranty. This Company should not be allowed to remain in business!!!!! I am 70 years old, I don't appreciate their attempting to sell me something I don't need.

  HORRIBLE AF! Found out this company is a scam. Whatever you do don't do any business with them & call to dispute any payment you gave them. They will keep harassing you for you payments and they stop contacting me. Please dont fall for anything they say. Check with your dealership regarding them. Lying stating they do business with ************** COMPETLEY LIARS!

  If you ain't a trained WWE fighter, you will be after wrestling with these folks over the phone because ****. You come up better fighting a **** psych patient with dementia because these folks are just like them. Looking at these comments, and google reviews, they're lying to everyone saying they're part of a certain car brand when really it's a 3rd party system. Then you confront them about the lies, they become really aggressive. Claim they're better than any other car warranty when they're actually nobody.
  The fact this company is fighting for its life on these reviews AND google reviews should let everyone know they ain't **** but some rude scammers. Truly pathetic.
  Hey, here's a thought, maybe don't be complete ******** to people over the phone after scamming them and the reviews wouldn't bad. Well, it will still be terrible but it will lessen the blow somewhat.

  Horrible liars!!! I had this company for a few months. I decided to cancel and go with a different company. I called Elaras they assured I would get the balance of my monies I had already paid after pro-rating. I was told it would take 60 business days to go thru the process. That was October 25, 2022 and today is March 11, 2023. I keep getting the run around each time I call. I'm not sure the balance I am owed . I'm thinking at least one thousand dollars at minimum! I am a widow and desperately need your help in this matter not to mention the funds!!! Thank You I wish I had looked them up on BBB first!!!!!!
