This company is a complete scam that will pose as your car company. I received a legitimate-looking letter in the mail that claimed they were from ****** and that I needed to give them a call to maintain my current warranty. After calling them, they quickly rope you into paying for their coverage and do not state the company name until after they receive your payment information. Luckily then I got a bad feeling and told them I no longer wanted to go through with the policy. This is sickening that they somehow received my address and car information and did not list their company name anywhere on the letter that was received. This is completely dangerous for any elderly or under-informed individual of such practices. They were attempting to place a $385 down payment along with monthly payments of $315 along with a $100 deductible on any of the services. After reading other reviews, they do this scam quite often and do not even cover the costs of any of the work that they claim they cover. This business needs to be put on blast.

Eleras Automotive Group Letter from them said I had not activated my extended warranty on my 2024 GMC with 1750 miles even though I have full coverage on it now. Luckily I found out right after I purchased it and closed the credit card account before they had a chance to get it approved. The letter had GMC all over it and also had my vin number of my truck! They are total scammers and should be shut down and brought up on charges for targeting the elderly people!!

These people contacted me stating the warranty on my 2023 ******* would be soon running out and I needed to get extended warranty which I did immediately. I have been with them since Dec. 2023 continuing to make monthly payments. I called ******* on 7/26/24 and was told I have five years or ****** miles coverage and ten years or ******* miles power train coverage. I called to cancel this extended warranty the people I spoke with kept saying to me, " you've paid over $1000.00, we would hate to have you lose your money. When I explained to them what was told to me by the *********** they said, oh, well, your lost and good luck. I have paid for something I will never use and I hope the Better Business Bureau will be able to retrieve my money back to me. This review might be a bit late for others, but PLEASE DO NOT GET EXTENDED WARRANTY WITH THIS COMPANY. They have been in business over 40 years because of people like me thinking I am doing the right thing and getting screwed.

I just received one of the most disingenuous marketing letters I have ever seen. The letter claimed I had a home warranty policy about to expire and to call "IMMEDIATELY as this will be our FINAL ATTEMPT TO NOTIFY YOU " (capitalization theirs). Additionally - "Our records indicate that you HAVE NOT CONTACTED us yet to get your Home Warranty up to date."I do not have now and have never had a home warranty policy and I find the tone of the letter to be extremely misleading. None of this language should ever be included in a legitimate marketing letter. The supervisor at their phone number agreed that it was misleading.I just wish I could give a negative score to reinforce my opinion that this is a despicable tactic.Do better.

To Whom It May *************** letter you received is an offer to get your home covered with our warranty program. Without a home warranty you would be responsible for any out-of-pocket expenses that occur with your home. I can confirm you have been removed from our list. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. Thank you and have a great day.

I purchased two, (2), warranties from the Eleras group via *****************************, the salesperson. The date was 06/21/24.The warranties were for my car and my house. The initial, cost was $99 for each, warranty and there were monthly, charges applicable to each, of $111 & $165+ change scheduled to begin in July 24.I changed my mind a few days later and called ***************************** to tell him to cancel each, and both warranties but he ignored my request.I am at a loss as to what to do next. Please, help me.

Very upset about this company selling my 99 year old father a completely unsuitable 4 year mechanical protection insurance policy on a leased car with only ***** miles and on which he is cancelling lease and turning back car to company in one month. My father is hearing impaired and thought it was an expiring auto liability policy and he had to renew, not understanding it was a 4 year lease commitment, basically an extended warranty, for a car he is turning back in. Had they taken a second of their time to understand the situation, versus selling, they would have realized it was an unsuitable financial product. The only redeeming ***** was they agreed to cancel it when I spoke to them on my father's behalf, versus giving us a hard time. The regulators should clamp down on this company and make sure they sell suitable policies..

Even though I'm no longer with Eleras, I must give credit to them. They are hard working people who do a job that's not always pleasant. After speaking to ******, who listened to our issues she took care of our problem. ******, is an example of how management should take care of customers. ALSO OUR ISSUE HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH ELERAS!! THANK YOU AGAIN ******!
