I got a letter regarding coverage making me believe that i needed this coverage for insurance which when I called my insurance company they said they had never heard of their requirements. I gave them personal information that screwed up my banking information. I was told it would cost $199 to reinstate the insurance but they failed to say that it would cost over $200 plus monthly premium. Because of their deceitful information they have made my financial issues a nightmare! These people should not be allowed to contact anyone with their deceitful lies. Because of this and my husbands dementia they have screwed up his social security benefits and I really hope the Better Business Bureau will do something to stop this or publish the lies that they are telling people!

****, HEED WARNING, Received same letter, long story, convinced me (got me at a vulnerable time, lots going on). Agreed to $389 but made it sound like was for 1 year. Credit card didn't go thru because they said some don't, this particular one, LOL, which is widely accepted didn't, found that as questionable). Transferred me to another guy who asked for another form of payment. Gave him debit then i said now this is for a year, right? No, per month. I said no way i won't agree to that, so he knocked it down to $250 and $160 something a month. Something didn't feel right, should have hung up but said i need to talk to the person who sold me the car, he got very arrogant and rude. Said coverage would be termed immediately, so I went with it, feeling something wasn't right. Called sales person, he was definitely familiar with them and immediately said scam, don't do it, you have all the coverage on your new car. By the way, he is a friend so i trust him. Called debit card co. And cc company. Getting new cards, but found out from credit card company they not only charged the $250 that the debit was charged BUT ALSO the $389! Rep advised the charges were already flagged as fraudulent and they are removing so they must be familiar with them as well. ***** is aware and they will be watching all. Am calling this week for a refund for the debit and they are filing a grievance as well. ****** learned DO NOT CALL OR DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

They lied stating they were with *********** and that my warranty was about to expire. I thought I needed this. I was quoted, $350 the 1st payment, then $170, the rest of the payments. They claim they never told me that (I have the conversation recorded). So they tried to get me to pay $350 a month for 12months, thats more than a car payment. When I called to speak with someone, I was transferred 3 times, wasting 45 minutes. Then they tell me that I need to write a letter requesting my money back. It will take 6090 days.

Received a letter looking official with a fake check from the eleras group. Florida license ********. Went to the Florida registration for licenses there's no such number. They are from ******** but still must be licensed in *******. With a fake check on the bottom for $199 with my name and address I would like this to stop. So much deceptive advertising, out of hundreds of complaints on this better Business bureau website, no one does anything about it. Will anybody or can anybody do anything about it or is it just something we have to put up with.

I got the letter to all smoke and daggerish and to try to act like they are part of ***** that this was the only good option there are $190 a month for 24 months that should last 3 years are you serious thanks sir but no thanks and don't be pushy trying to ask if I wanna pay check your card before I even give me my answer and get all your info. He didnt want to give me the name until I pushed and pushed and pushed. Told me basically I would be paying for what I already do with the coverage I have. Might be good if you didn't get a warranty or have insurance if they actually followed through but highly doubt it. And people always look into what your buying I would give a cent to someone over the phone with out the facts specifically that amount. So if you were actually a good company not some shark you would be upfront with actual name on letter good references so happy I was looking you while on the phone and not someone who fell into your trap. Thanks sir.
