    2-days after my ****** was serviced under warranty at my ****** dealer, I received a letter NOT IDENTIFIED as from Eleras Automotive advising me to renew my warranty service contract. The letter cited my 2018 ****** Forester and I assumed it was from ****** as a result of recent warranty repair workI agreed to a 4-yr service contract.The next day I called ****** to discover: 1) my warranty did not expire for another year, and 2) the letter was not from ******. I then called the 800 number cited in the Eleras letter to cancel the contract. After 15 minutes of heated discussion insisting the contract be cancelled, the Elerus agent finally agreed. I have received no confirmation of the cancellation.

    Scam. Classic activate your cars warranty scam. Theyll clog up your mailbox with letters saying you havent activated your cars warranty, and theyll especially target you if youve just bought a new car. Somehow they manage to get your cars information and even the dealer you purchase from, so they can impersonate your dealer. I didnt even find out that they had nothing to do with my dealer until I got a possible fraud notification from my debit card company. Scam, scam, scam. Dont even call them. If you get letters in the mail about your cars warranty, wipe your **** with them. And theyll respond to this post saying that they are a legitimate business. Dont believe them. If these shysters went out of business tomorrow morning, that would still be too slow.

    Letter from them said I had not activated my warranty on my 2024 *** with 500 miles even though I have full coverage. They are total scammers and should be shut down.

    Claimed my information was provided by the **mpany I purchased a car from and got my information for my maintenance **ntract. Started charging me for the **ntract I was unaware of this. Requested cancellation multile times finally getting kit and requested refund as I had and needed non e of their ** called services.

    You spoke to our sales agent on 12/9/2023. This was a 40 minute call. There was no ******* to get you off the phone. You had a very good conversation with our sales agent. Their findings were, you did voice authorize the down payment and the monthly payments.

    Scam! Sent me a letter about my covet expiring. Also said they reserve the right to revoke my coverage for 5 days! This is fraud. Someone turn their a** in and forbid them from doing this and give them some very much deserved jail time! Zero stars!

    They sent out a letter with absolutely no business name attached, but all of my cars information, making me think this was my dealership reaching out to extend. I set everything up, stupid I know, and then found out the company name from an email I got. I realized this wasnt what I thought it was and cancelled not even 24hrs later, after being hung up on my numerous employees (reported my card as stolen too as I saw many reviews saying these people will continue to charge you). I got an email saying I cancelled and the lady who sent it told me to expect my full refund. Still havent gotten it months later. The lady who emailed me hit me with some bs saying that my bank declined the refund they tried to send, so I called my bank and they said, which makes total sense, that they would NEVER decline a refund. Now the lady is saying theyll send me a check in the mail, which Im seriously doubting Ill ever receive. Stay far away from this company. They are full of lies and will fight tooth and nail to make sure they dont have to give you your hard earned money back. Luckily for me, I have an employees email, so Ive just been emailing her for updates every day, since any time I call, they just hang up on me because I dont have a policy number, which was actually never sent out to me.

    This is the worst company to EVER give your hard earned money to they will fight to any claim you make when something goes wrong with your car. I had a engine fail and I have the gold warranty they denied the claim I've paid over 2k to them in 19 months and everything I wanted fix they denied which caused my engine to fail. So now I no longer have a running car plus I have to make payments to a car I thought was covered with a good warranty... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY look else where!!!!!!
