      I rented a car for a week and returned it after 4 days, mainly because I was done with it and thought it would be nice they could rent it to someone else. Well.. I was charged a HIGHER daily rate because I didn't keep it the full 7 and the rate I was charged was $70 less than what the weekly was. That's just wrong. I was not pleased at all. I have also had issues with the car I was renting and have always been told to drive hours to pick up another one and they want to take the one with issues and tow it. When I am hundreds of miles from home I will not be left stranded for hours. Waiting for them to at some time hours later or the next day to deliver a car. Poor on the services provided when needing another vehicle when having issues when the one you rented has an issue. I rent a lot from them and the last few times have been not satisfied or pleased with them. They changed hands at our local office so that has been a huge problem in and of itself.

      ***** from Enterprise called at noon to confirm our ********************* that we made several weeks ago and had previously confirmed online . He then called back at 2:00 and cancelled our reservation as Van was no longer available Anywhere in the tristate area . Van might be available later next week.

      They are closed on Sunday and Monday. I was told I would have to pay for those days since I could not return by Saturday at 5:30. The car was for a Saturday wedding.Rip off and worst of the car rental companies. Reported them to the states Attorney General and AMEX

      This company is very unprofessional. The company has gone down hill and they now rent cars that are damaged, which they attempt to charge you for. I am currently considering seeking legal representation. First i rented a car from the ******** location, i traded it in for a different vehicle because there was sticky dried stuff on the steering wheel and the seats looked dusty. The car was given to me one notch above E. I put gas in that car and then traded it in at ********** for a different car. This time the car had scratches on side mirror and a chip in the windshield. When this was pointed out to the associate he stated he would write the damages down so i wouldn't be charged for the current condition of the car. When the car was returned i later received a call stating i damaged the windshield and they are sending it to be repaired. When calling around to get answers I found out the car was previously sent to safelite for the same crack in the same spot before i even received the car and they claimed it was repaired. What are the chances i cracked the windshield the exact same spot the exact same way without even touching it, it makes no sense. ANd now they claim safelite told them the windshield can't be filled it has to be replaced. I'm not paying for something I did not do!!

      They are the WORST!If you have any kind of problem they will ghost you. I have been on hold for over 2 hours right now!!! I doubt they will even answer!!!Last time I called they did the same thing. Only once I called from a different number while I was on hold and they answered instantly, leaving my number that they recognized on hold while assisting me on a different line. Once I told them it was me they ended up giving me some made up excuse that they would have to call me back. Never happened.Clearly they were ready to help any other customer that was not me. Meanwhile I had to use roadside assistance 3 different times to jump start a bad battery on the ****** Rogue they gave me. I missed work each time and they have yet to assist me once.I ended up having to swap out the vehicle at the airport!!! Another huge inconvenience for me.On top of all that, beware because they have shady business practices, and try to tell you your insurance company doesnt pay for the taxes on your rental, to get you to pay more than your insurance is covering. I called my insurance company and they said that was not true and I then came back and told them I was not going for it and somehow I ended up not paying the taxes out of pocket. How crazy!? Blatant lies, just shameful.Lastly, the entire reason I am on hold is just to confirm my drop off date to be done with them. I will likely have to call another location just to get that information.By the way this is my first ever bad review I have taken to write in my entire life. Their service was just that HORRIBLE that I had to write this to hopefully save someone from all the trouble that I faced.Do not go here ever!!!!!!! Use anywhere else or any other company. Youre welcome!

      This has been a very aggravating and stressful experience for me. Each employee at ******* Park, ******** that you talk to tells you something different. I needed to rent a car but did not know for how long since mine was at the dealer for repairs. It was not an insurance claim so I had to pay out of pocket. I estimated for 27 days and got a discount through ******* Was a very good deal so I thought. I was told if I didn't need the car for all those days that I would get refunded for whatever days were not used. Apparently this is not the case. They charged me the monthly fee and did not tell me. So even if I brought the car back 5 days earlier like I did there's no refund. I need to pay the entire monthly fee. And I don't consider 27 days being a month.After numerous phone calls, conversations, talking to the manager, showing up at the office in person, calling my credit card company...no one can give you a straight answer on why there is no refund for returning 5 days earlier. I was told I should have just kept the car the whole time because it would have been the same price. And I was also told that it's a gray area and they don't explain their charges very well on their bill. And to top it off I had to email and request an itemized bill because they don't even give you one. So my bill ended up being the amount that ****** quoted me for the 27 days plus a $58 and some change charge for returning to a different Enterprise. And I got "I'm so sorry you were given wrong information and not given all the information. I cannot warrant a refund on this bill." So it's essentially a sorry not sorry. I am very disappointed and upset about this whole situation. The day I returned the car, the gentleman on the phone said your bill is this amount which it exactly is and you will receive about a $300 refund for the days unused which I did not and I will not according to the manager at ******* Park, ********. So do not rent from ENTERPRISE if you have to pay out of pocket.

      I rented a car 24 hours before picking it up, I called 30 minutes before arriving to confirm that they had my vehicle, when I arrived, they did not have any vehicles, except a truck that would cost a lot more money than the economy size I rented, when I asked them if they would give me the same price as what I rented, they told me they would not rent it to me and asked me to leave. What type of business treats their customers like this? Horrible service from the manager of ********, ****** enterprise car rental.
