      Rented a new 2023 suv only to smell oil burning on the very first day. Called Enterprise only to say the car is fine they apparently did not reset the oil light when changed. Smelled the same thing again that afternoon. Called them again only to be told we could take and exchange it out if we were not comfortable. Get in ******* heading home and the low oil light comes on. Call Enterprise only for the guy to say it is all tied in together the reset light and the low oil light. Ugg no I may be a woman but I know better than that. Go to one Enterprise oh we dont have anything available and we are not mechanics. You can take it to ********* at no charge to you. Called ********* only to be told we cant get to you until tomorrow. So we head to the airport to change out vehicles. That is what Enterprise told us to do. Enterprise at the Airpirt is no better. They left us sitting in a line of cars with no one in them for well over an hour. I had to get out and go find someone. After the one girl said she would get her mgr and be right back. Only to be told they had no cars available and no mechanics. The oil was spewed out all under the hood that is what we were smelling. We had to go to ***** Tire to get them to look at it and put oil in it so we could get home. Enterprise does not care about their customers. Once they have your money thats it. You are on your own to figure it out. Enterprise will leave you stranded. Two women and two kids downtown *******. The man at ***** was concerned so he called Enterprise only to be told we could take an swap it out at the Airport. Ugg no cars or anything available at the airport. I do not recommend Enterprise to anyone.

      I rented a ****** Pathfinder from the *********************** location on Friday. Took the car and it would not start. It was 95 degrees and I was stuck on the side of the road with a 4 year old and a 2 year old. I called Enterprise and they transferred me to their Roadside Assistance. They told me up to an hour for a truck to come give me a jump. 60 minutes passes. I call again and they tell me 15 more minutes. They also told me there is a $55 service charge. 20 more minutes passes. I call again and they tell me at least 90 more minutes. I tell her we are no longer safe, we are leaving this car. She gives me the address for a "closer" Enterprise location and tells me to take the key for the car there. We get an Uber and head to the location. This locations tells me they are on a different "system" than the airport location and we need to go to a different location closer to the airport. I call the Uber back and load up the kids and car seats again and drive to the next location. The staff member there was very nice but said the exact same thing and that I now had to return to the airport location. 4 hours in with my two babes. So onward to the airport Enterprise location. Our 4th Enterprise visit of the day, Finally I get another vehicle and they comp me only $100. We honestly were so burnt out by the whole experience that we didn't recover on the trip. My kids were perpetually exhausted, and my husband and I were perpetually frustrated, bummed, tired, you name it. It really did ruin the trip. And the lack of care by the roadside assistance staff is frankly immoral. I will never rent from Enterprise again. I asked for additional charges to be taken off my rental cost and they declined to assist me.

      I am an Enterprise customer, ********************************** in *********** is an excellent example of good service and a good product. It is close to ******* headquarters, and is constantly slammed with vendor business.I have found that treating the staff respectfully and courteously, and not ****************** results in like treatment from them, with the occasional miracle thrown in.Their staff is highly qualified to handle always unpredictable business with a limited inventory, and has done so every time i have used them. Of course, one will get better results if one gives them time to answer ones rental needs - start early, give plenty of notice of your needs.Keep in mind, they have no idea what rental need might walk in their door next.

      I needed to extend my rental from Enterprise while our car was being repaired after someone ran into the rear end of our C-300. I called the Enterprise office where I rented the car 8 times (once an hour) on Wednesday, 8 times (once an hour) on Thursday, 8 time (once an hour) on Friday, and 3 times (once an hour) on Saturday. No one ever answered and the recording said to try again later. Then I called the national 800# Saturday evening and was told only the local office could extend the rental. I showed up at the local office Sunday 9:00am and was told only the insurance company could extend the rental. Interesting that I called the local office as I was speaking with the representative there, and no one answered. The phone in the office never rang. Why have an office phone # if you have no intention of answering it? Why was I told I had to call the local office to extend the rental when no one was answering the phone? Is this the way every local rental office of Enterprise works ? What a very sad piece of customer service, and a black eye for **********************, after I have rented from them 5-6 time over the past 3 years for other reasons. If you are considering Enterprise in **********, I highly recommend you speak with someone other than ****** at ***********/************ office. Rudest representative of ANY business I have dealt with as a in 40 years of having my own practice. Enterprise Management: you've lost me as a customer. Sorry, but this was beyond the response of "we can't get decent people to come to work for us". If this was my business, I would be short staffed instead of hiring such a poor representative with a zero skill-set. ****************** #1KF1H5

      ******** ** Enterprise rent a car has best customer service and Manager is a very nice person and very efficient. My rental car developed a crack in the windshield and I rented with AMEX platinum card and Manager apologized to me for not able to switch car in ** and said AMEX will take care of the claim and we can go home.

      I got a rental because my car is being worked on the vehicle they gave me wasn't running very good so I asked to swap it out they gave me a beat up ram work truck saying they have no cars and won't have any for a week .I know that isn't true it was close to going home I felt he gave me anything. And what is sad is I thought more of this place . Never again .

      Warning to everyone! Do not give them your credit card info. They will falsely take money from you a month after you do business with them and play dumb afterwards. They aren't right do let those commercials fool you. Smh. Scandals

      Terrible. Terrible. Flight was late coming into airport. Called Enterprise to confirm someone would be there after midnight. Flight arrived at 1:00 am. No one there. Also had a question with reservation was told someone would call me back two days before rental car pickup. No call. Terrible thank heavens another rental car agency was open at 1:00 am got a vehicle. Never again.

      This place is a Ripoff in rented a car in 19th of August 10 am that rental was supposed to be ****** I returned car same day they waited Two days to send my invoice by email they charged me ****** for what I still don't know what the charges me for this is not right can someone make sense of this matter please . They don't deserve a Star
