      I received an expired meter parking ticket in *********** on August 5,2023. The ticket was for $50.00 and was paid in full on August 8, 2023. After I returned the rental car to Enterprise in ***************, I receive an email that stated I will be billed for a parking ticket in Napa for $25.00 on the same **************** the other ticket. I was never in Napa. I called the Enterprise citation department. The man I spoke with told me to file a dispute which I did.Today, I received another email from Enterprise stating they are charging my credit card for $25.00 plus fees. I called the ******************* and the same man told me to file a dispute. Obviously, no one is monitoring the dispute ***** I find this very frustrating and no one is helping me. So I am filing a dispute with my credit card company.I am not happy with the correspondence from Enterprise.

      If I could leave a negative review it would be -10! My daughter and her group rented an electric car in ******. It took an hour for the car to charge. Driving from ****** to Barcelona (5 hours). Again stop to charge. The third time they had to stop (now two hours from Barcelona) there are no charging places to be found. The car dies. Theyre told to get a taxi! Now they have lost an entire day and one night at the air b&b and have to stay in a hostel. Now at 2 pm finally about to get another car (God only knows what all this has cost them!) by the time they get to Barcelona they have lost 1 1/2 days and only have 1 1/2 days left. What a nightmare!! Enterprise is horrible! Do NOT rent from them in ******!!

      Once again, Great experience at your Cutlerbay ***** location! Thank you ************************** for your prompt and professional response and help. We need more people like this in this and all other customer related businesses.I would definitely recommend Enterprise Rental to anyone that needs help with a rental. Thanks again *******

      I love the business ethic at the rental location on **************** in **********, **. *************************** worked with me when I picked up my car. She was professional and efficient. When the tire pressure light was on as I started to drive away, I let her know. She took the car to the back and they put more air in the tires...light went off. No problems at all with the car!When I returned with the rental, ***************** was a delight. He also was professional, taking care of me immediately as I entered the business. I went to my own car, and realized it had a dead battery. :( ****** brought the jumper cables down and got my engine started. He was my super hero that day!Enterprise in **********, ** is second to none. Thank you!!

      I called Enterprise 8/21/23--'Dee' requested a car rental for this Friday. She said nothing available and just transferred me to a survey! She doesn't ASK or even give me a chance to request another date! I left a 1 for review.Called back/****--very polite and informed me that Enterprise doesn't like to do interstate rentals.I would give **** 5 stars for his professionalism and kindness. Enterprise I wouldn't even give a 1 to, but no choice.Just wow! great business practice Enterprise.

      I will NEVER USE ENTERPRISE AGAIN I will go somewhere else because my insurance rented one for me because mine in shop.At first everything was good but then I came out from work to a flat so I called and they put me threw to roadside service.....LONG STORY SHORT 6&1/2 hours later the tire was changed.I was stuck in a parking lot in the hood and was told it will be about an hour( laughable) ..Then they said come Monday I needed to call & have another car brought out so I did & once again I was asked if in two hours if I could go out & exchange keys I said yes & once again 8 hours later I had to drive it to them. I missed a funeral because off all of this .And all I got was we are sorry. I'm in customer service & if I had left a woman in a parking lot that late at night for that long I would of be FIRED!!!!!.

      I book online this am, after i found out my EV didnt start. I
      went to Enterprise with ****, my daughter had a game at Lake Worth at
      12.15. The incompetent rude woman didnt want me to pay the reservation
      in cash? It cost $65. For the car plus $300. Deposit. I had only $260
      available on one card and $330 on another card but enough cash. I asked
      to use both CC to pay, she said they dont accept 2 différents CC and
      they dont accept cash !! Seriously! That woman was bitchy and rude, she
      look happy of her decision! My daughter had a sport game at 12.15 at
      Lake Worth, so we book **** again and went to Lake Worth. My daughter
      was stressful and didnt like her experience at all! She just wanted to
      do her sports with her friends, teammate! Every people with kids should
      boycott ENTERPRISE RENT A CAR…. We all have fees using CC, why not
      accepting cash , at least to pay the rental!!

      *****/riverdale location is garbage this is the 3rd time I've had a reservation and wasted my time to go pick up a vehicle they DIDNT have ...reservations don't mean s*** so don't count on this company especially if your trying to get somewere important...Thanks for nothing enterprise.

      I was a customer for years on vacation this year was the 1st year they failed me up charging me an extra $800 . It's not about the money I trusted them I'LL PAY MORE just for better customer service and not to be treated different because I'm black .I'm not going to call them racist just misguided and ignorant .good bye Enterprise rent-a-car have fun with the extra $800 I hope it was worth it

      Very Bad experience got a rental from enterprise due to an insurance claim get there they tell me all they have is a *** **** I tell the young lady I dont want a *** due to theft she tells me oh its a 2023 they cant it I get ********* the car not even *********************************************************************************************************************************************************************** my escalation to management and needing a call was under review I asked for his supervisor he told didnt have a supervisor and he wasnta manager I asked his name he told me ***** but couldnt give his last name Id never rent from these ******* again
