      Manager is very aggressive and rude. He ignores reservations and creates his own uses calculator instead of the computer calculations. Prices are always higher when dealing with ***. He charged me for 5 weeks at once and had my account locked and was very rude that he made a mistake. While my account was locked I had to transfer money from another account to pay for extension while doing so I was asked to come in to verify my card so the mistake wouldnt happen again and upon returning to the office they played me saying unfortunately due to decision made by management we are no longer doing business with you only at this location. Denied me transportation home so I called a Lyft and left. Bad business all around the board. I called corporate and complained and I never heard back from them and its been weeks. Last 3 paychecks have got me out the negative and they still have reached out or adjusted anything. Mind you Ive been renting since 2/28 until 8/13 where is the appreciation? Where is the justice? These companies need to be held accountable.

      My car that i rented at the end of July was filthy. Used nail file in console, paper protruding from rear seat, inside of windows filthy, steering wheel sticky and large patches of last winter's salt stains in the floor mats. Safe and sanitary vehicle ad is pure **.

      Got a car where the ignition was controlled by a button instead of key insert. Car did not reliably start or stop. When I called for roadside assistance, I "opted" for text updates. I did not receive any. When I called again, I asked for an update, was told when AAA would arrive, asked about receiving updates and ******* said I already had an update and hung up. When I returned the car, I complained and showed a video of the ignition issue. I also filed a complaint with Enterprise. No response. I ended up disputing my credit card charge and only then did Enterprise bother to reply.

      Stay very far away from Enterprise. I accidentally locked my key in the car and no one came to help me. I was stuck at a gas pump for 4.5 hours. No one called and no one came over. I had to pay $129 to get in the car and they never reimbursed me for anything but they charged me $200 extra.***************************

      I had a great experience and have nothing but good things to say. Separate locations will have varying qualities of service, but I was surprised to get great service at my pickup and drop off. I picked up a car in *******, ** and drove it to ********* for a job interview (my own car is a beater, not a very good first impression). At the ******* location I was greeted by *****, who quickly and professionally got me into a car in about ******************************************************************************************************** ********* (on ******* ***), the gentleman I dealt with was also friendly, professional, and fast. He checked my car in and got me out of there in about 10 min. the total time I spent dealing with enterprise personnel was probably less that 20min total, but the service was exceptional on both ends. I will definitely be doing business with these two locations in the future. I wish I could figure out how to leave this review with enterprise so that these guys are rewarded for their excellent service, but I don't see anywhere to submit a review, so I'm leaving it here.

      If I could leave zero stars I would. Called this am to make reservations as we're traveling out of state and my car broke down. All was good until I got the call to confirm pickup and was told that the person whose credit card were using(whose 6 hrs away) would have to be present during the paperwork prior to leaving. Can't use a debit card if you're out of state! I was told when made reservation that they would just have to call the person that the credit card was under..but now am being told the person has to be present....so much for customer service and traveling out of state

      Enterprise advertises that when you rent a car with them they will pick you up. Unfortunately with my recent experience with them they no longer do so??? Please avoid this company if all possible.

      Very poor customer service from branch manager at ***************** *******. She was a no show for our appt. I expressed my irritation within a reasonable range (no cursing or yelling just irritated). She refused to lease me the car after i told her she was unprofessional then went behind the window and smirked while appearing to take a phone video of me as i called the third party who reserved the car for me. Pretty sure thats illegal.

      Worst ever customer service. We book a 15 seater van 90 days in advance. On the day of the trip they simply said no vans are available and they could not arrange any alternatives vans and simply cancelled our booking and ruined our week trip to ******* and *******
