      I recently made an ******* reservation to reserve an Enterprise vehicle at *********** in ******. I'm giving two stars because my reservation was fine. The problems occurred when we received an email receipt. My ******* reservation very clearly says it includes ALL mandatory taxes and fees. The service counter at the reservation desk couldn't give us a receipt at the time of the rental return because they said they had to confirm the rental was in good shape etc. When we received the email receipt a few days later it included a charge for 25% tax. I've called the US Enterprise customer service 3 times and all they say they can do is submit a request for international management to call me. I've submitted 3 requests in the last two weeks. I tried to resolve the issue via their social media account but they won't help me even though my name is on the reservation because my husband was the primary driver. Social media ********* instant messenger account) gave me a non working number to call. This is absolutely ridiculous and feels like theft at this time. I can't call the Enterprise counter in ****** directly because I don't have an international plan on my phone and they don't have a toll free number. International customers beware! They charged me an additional $93 US dollars in taxes and I can't get anyone to help me!

      I was hit by a vehicle insured by RCS. When I filed a claim, Joi Hurd was assigned to my case. Since then it has been an uphill battle to get responses from Joi. Almost two months after the accident, I was barely given the opportunity to get my vehicle into the shop. I highly recommend getting an attorney immediately.

      Rented a truck from *********** ******* location got charged for the ******* fees plus daily fees over charged me me and put me negative $2000 in my bank account filed a report to local police department and now fileing suit for fraud

      Enterprise makes it IMPOSSIBLE for a college student living 3 hours from home to get a rental. A lot of college students are solely dependent on their Parents, most likely drive a vehicle in a parents name and are insured by that parent. If the car needs to be repaired because another driver is at fault, that student needs a rental. They shouldn't have to provide utility bills in the students name, and pay stubs or w2 in students name, and a credit card and other documents that ARE NOT GOING TO BE IN THEIR NAME. I provided insurance documents with his name on it, my name and address which matches his driver's license and that still was not good enough. All this because the at fault insurance requires us to pay out of pocket first. So now I have to rent something myself, make sure he is added to the rental as a valid driver and DRIVE 3 HOURS TO TAKE IT TO HIM. Then have HIM drive me home another 3 HOURS. He is getting ready for COLLEGE. This is not convenient. You need to reassess that not all life situations fit your set of rules.

      Terrible customer service. I rented a car from ********************** at the ********* Airport. I didn't get the vehicle I rented, and to top it off, I got a vehicle with a crack in the windshield. I pointed it out to the attendant and he said if it gets worse, they'll take care of me. It got worse and is now not safe to drive. I called customer service, just to get transferred to road side. They sent me to a Madison ******** that didn't have any cars. That ******** sent me to another ******** in ********* who was supposed to have a few cars. That one only had a ****** Corolla, and the hassle made me late to work. I'm 6'4" and have luggage, not to mention I paid almost $900 for the upgraded vehicle class. They wanted me to downgrade, and said I wouldn't get a reimbursement for the difference. I've rented from Enterprise numerous times but after this situation, never again. I was lied to multiple times, and was put in an unsafe vehicle from the beginning.

      I rented a car with this company from their location in ****** and Federal back in May of this year and it was not a good experience. They took my money that was supposed to be refunded to me, I made them aware of my grievances and kept being promised a callback for resolution and never received a call back. I have made several reports to corporate with promises of resolution and it is now August 3 months later and I have still not had resolution and my money has not been returned. I was not valued as a customer and they took money for something I never agreed to.

      Amazing experience. ****** at the *********, ** location took great care of my family and I. I wreaked my truck 2 weeks before a PCS move to ** and she was able to get us in a vehicle quickly while working closely with my insurance to make sure all our needs were met. We will be using enterprise again for sure. Hopefully under better circumstances next time :)

      Today August 5 2023 I saw the true color that Enterprise rent a car is full of ****!!!! their customer service is the worst they are a clueless bunch and very rude who keep hanging up on you without any solutions even when one is suggested they decline ,they are highly unprofessional just like their company , they rent out vehicles that are not in good shape as I write we have been in PA since 3:00am to get gas at ***************** ********** station pump 3 on our way from ********** but the rented car 2020 jeep Cherokee refused to start and this is how our dilemma began we have been placing several calls to enterprise but they have refused to provide any help we are here with a 20mth old baby, we were compelled to sleep in the car cos they lied at ****am that they would send assistance in 45mins none showed up until at bout 9am who only tried to jump start the car but it didn't work, they showed no care or concern ,,they have been transferring our calls and lying Enterprise rent a car is the worst, most heartless rental company in the world. They care about taking your money and that's all. We have been stranded here and they have been making us wait for tow truck not even an uber all this time .Enterprise rent a car wins *** of most inefficient car rental company in the world. USELESS BUNCH!!!!!!!!!!!! Its now 11am and we are still here with no solution in sight.

      Would not ***** a reservation. Absolutely do not recommend. **************** was terrible
