      Terrible experience trying to rent a vehicle because it is a bait and switch for this rental company. I called the business directly to find pricing for a rental vehicle and I was transferred to the reservations line. I was told I could get a vehicle and double confirmed with the agent that the vehicle was at the location for the set price. I called my Lyft and went to the location, took me no more than 30 minutes to get there. As soon as I get there, I tell them I have a reservation, the representative tells me they do not have that car. They have no other cars and I am now looking at $125 dollars more from the original price. The representative said that the reservation agents (the one I was transferred to when I originally called) and the actual business (people at the actual store) do not communicate and the system is not updated. Therefore, they do not have that car that was originally reserved (for $250) but now they only that the other higher priced rental. I don’t have a car (broke down, at dealership) and now I can’t turn it down because I may go through the same thing trying to find another car. Heads up and ensure your car is actually at the location, especially if you are from out of town.

      Enterprise in ******** ** is the worst. **************** and management is non existent. I had a rental car from 4/16/23 to 5/16/23 to go out of town for business. While out of town I received three calls from the ********* ** rental location asking me to return the car, the first call they said they sold the car and needed me to return it immediately. I explained that I was in ******* and could not do as requested, I even offered to take it to an enterprise close to the hotel. She said no, that shed note the account. I got a call the following week, said they sold the car to return it immediately. I explained again. The following week another call same thing!! What is wrong with you people? Why would you sell a car that was rented out an entire month! It gets worse, I get a call the final week Im in ******* saying to return the car to the nearest location because of a recall. So I call the enterprise near my hotel and get put on hold for over 10 mins. I called later in the day no answer, tried again no answer. I call ********* dude got an attitude with me and said hed call back. Never happened! I called the 800# they said Id get a callback and a credit. Never happened! I called 800# again got same run around. So I drove the car back and returned the car early. This shady location did not check it in until after 4:45pm on the day after! I was charged the full amount plus! I want my $250 back. Enterprise should be ashamed of themselves. I emailed all the directors too didnt get a single response.

      Told me my card was declined but the charges went through. Even with my bank on the line they told me it didnt matter. They said they could try and void the sale and run it again. When they voided the sale nothing happened. This was on a Monday at 9am. So I ended up stranded 30 miles from my home with no rental and almost $900 on hold. The money was held for the full 5 days so I was unable to get another rental, or flight to go down to visit my father in the hospital. Due to it being the day before my Airbnb I also lost all the money for my rental. When I tried calling enterprise I was just forwarded around to different employees who couldnt do anything till after hours of phone calls and waiting on hold I got forwarded to the store I started at. Worst customer service Ive dealt with in years

      Our transmission went in our truck and had to rent a car in ****** , ** , rented a GMC Terrain, I was charged ****** a DAY because of some emergency thing that just happened to start the same morning, we are from ******* and it broke down a hour from where we are staying, we had no choice but to rent it we needed to get back to Constantia where we are staying, and yes it was the only vehicle there at that time, I have rented several times from here and I will not rent from them EVER again, I felt we were being shafted because we were from out of state , I called another enterprise in **** ** the next day and asked about renting a vehicle the similar to it and it would be 560,00 dollars a week not **** a week, yes I got taken, never again will I rent from you

      I rented a car through my insurance and this has been hands down, the worst experience ever! The Enterprise that I rented the car from in ******, ** actually rented a car that BROKE DOWN on me (twice) and then left my reservation open to collect additional money from my insurance company and me. Pretty sure that's considered FRAUD in the U.S?! In addition to awful vehicles, their customer service is the actual WORST. I had two people actually HANG UP ON ME, while the employees at the local offices in ****** never answered their phone. Oh, I forgot to mention that the branch manager, ***************** never even replied to email that I sent him TWO WEEKS AGO!! I am still without a replacement vehicle and will NEVER EVER EVER be renting from Enterprise again and highly recommend that people stay FAR AWAY from this very fraudulent company!!

      Terrible customer service. They have my last name wrong in their system and refuse to update it after I requested them to correct it. I was told by the manager of the ********* branch that there is nothing they can do because their employee entered it into the system wrong and it can't be changed. I receive emails with the wrong name and when I checked in to pick up my car, the employee referred to me with the wrong name. Terrible.

      I rented a vehicle from this location ************************************************ Dec 2021. The Manager of this location did not ask for my credit card at the time of rental. There was a parts shortage taking place all over the world so my vehicle was in the shop for 2 1/2 months until the shop received the parts. Insurance only covered 30 days, enterprise knew this I knew as well; however, during the time of rental; New Year's Eve and New Year holiday approached. The location I rented from was closed on the 1st for the New Year and closed on Sunday's. I did not receive a call informing the vehicle was due to be turned in either as I usually do. I received a call on 1/3/2022 informing me the vehicle was due back to Enterprise 12/31/2021, I replied stating the location was closed in which the Manager informed me I can return to another location. I was under the assumption that the vehicle had to be returned to that exact location. I returned the vehicle early Saturday Morning 1/8/22 to another location. I knew I would have to pay for the extra days I kept the vehicle but I was charged 3 days I don't believe I should have been charged. Enterprise wants me to pay $197.00 which I still owe because I do not agree that I should have to pay the 3 additional days (2 days enterprise was closed and the day we returned the vehicle) I have tried multiple time to contact the Manger at the ********** location. He never returns my calls, when I call he has the employee who answers to tell me I have a balance and I cannot rent until the balance is paid. I have also called corporate to make several complaints and nothing has been done, no one calls, and I believe corporate is just re-routing to the location I rented the vehicle from. This is the worse experience I have faced with a company, the Manager is unprofessional and lacks customer service terribly. As you can see the timeline I have been complaining for a while, call after call at least **** calls over the past year. This is truly sad.

      Wasn't too impressed to say the least. The management if you want to call it that is ran by a bunch of kids. No greeting kind of seemed like I might have "interrupted something"going on in the back room between 2 employees. Seemed like they were lost. I did enjoy the Grand Jeep Cherokee nice ride for being my mobile office until it died in my driveway. I called and told them that in the morning and I would try to put a battery charger on it (which I don't believe is my responsibility). Charging it seemed to barely work the ** wasn't working right and it was 102 summer day out. So I called back at 3:45 pm and was told now that I could call roadside assistance but it was too close to 5 and I would be able to make it there before they closed, that I was suppose to tell them to tow it in the morning and get a ride with the tow truck. (Crazy I know) I called the roadside they were my nice and said no you don't ride with tow truck unsafe, we will send you an Uber. I thought great until I called Uber the next day when I was ready to go and **** said they have no one to get me. Lol I got a ride from a friend to get up there once again to a "crap show" they tell me they gave my 1st deposit back haven't gotten it but they need to charge another one. Ok I allow it. In the mean time the gal was like since you had to deal with all this I'm going to mark the tank as empty so being it back empty ok thank you I say. Get in it and yea the tank is empty lol. Such a nice group of kids. A few days later I am finally done needing the rental. Take it back a little after 5 which I called and said no problem just put keys in drop box. I put keys in drop box and the very next day I have a $92.45 charge on my card. I call of course they are closed on Saturday am Sunday when wouldn't a rental place be open for people traveling on the weekend. So over all I would give them no stars in fact if I could I would take any star they had and rent it to them. So don't use ************ Enterprise.

      Terrible, dishonest, say they're going to refund your deposit and then they don't or they refund a little bit . unlike what they said they would refund terrible cars had to return one it had a flat tire and it would go all over the road the steering wheel was so loose. Got a second car that was better. Then 7 days later I had covid so who knows how clean the car was to begin with the two cars. Awful experience will never do it again!
