      liar thieves state farm was supposed to be responsible for the whole thing and I had nothing to do with the coast.They asked for 100$ deposit but they took 117.47$ and wanted to return only 100$.After I complained they said you demanded a better car which was ******** got vocal about it. ****** ******* backed down and said they will return the remainder. anyway, my advise? don't take car. ask for a ride from the shop to your home and back. don't give them your bank card. they are thieves and they know it. nasty people they know they are doing the wrong thing and they do it any way

      I rented a car as mine was getting fixed. They first tried to get me in a car with 3 inches of standing water. They said oh almost have you the wrong car, this one is here for repair! Then the next car they gave me had the floor of the drivers side all torn the passenger door had a huge burn **** on it then the front windshield was completely cracked. When asked what do I do if I get pulled over since this is obstructing my view. They told me just tell the cops its on back order and youll be fine. I was caught off guard never had I rented a car with so many damages in it. Then I took the car back as mine was done in the auto body shop. I had an employee walk the car with me to make sure all is well. He assured me the car was great and I was good to go. After leaving they call me 3 hours later saying there was extensive hail damage and I need to pay. The car was parked in my garage and if there was hail damage the windshield wouldve cracked even more. To say the least I didnt pay for the rental and it still wasnt worth my money. No one has reached out about my videos of the car now they want to charge me over 5k in damages.

      Members plus is a joke! I've rented 3 cars that wasn't added to my points for ************ program. And now that I contact them on this issue the only thing they tell me is sorry and rent more vehicles... Also they never have anything that you acquired for available for your pickup. This place is a joke!

      ON AUGUST 15TH, 2022 I WAS SCHEDULED TO RETURN A RENTAL TO THE ************ ENTERPRISE BY 8PM. I HAD SPOKEN WITH THE MANAGER AND EXPLAINED I HAD FAMILY EMERGENCY IN **** CAUSING THE DELAYED RETURN OF THE VEHICLE. PRIOR TO THIS INCIDENT I HAD RENTED HUNDREDS OF TIMES FROM ENTERPRISE WITH NO HICKUPS FOR BUSINESS TRAVEL. THE MANAGER CONTACTED ME AND GAVE ME A TIME TO HAVE THE VEHICLE RETURNED AND I AGREED. THE VEHICLE WAS RETURNED AND YET I STILL GOT TEXTS FROM ENTERPRISE ASKING "IS THERE A REASON YOU ARE BEHIND ON PAYMENT AGAIN?" AND THEN FURTHER TEXT THE FOLLOWING MORNING AT 9:29AM THAT I DID NOT RETURN THE VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE WAS RETURNED THE ***** BEFORE AS PROMISED AND WAS CONFIRMED VIA VIDEO CAMERA. I GOT NO APOLOGY AND WAS HARRASSED BY MULTIPLE PEOPLE AT ENTERPRISE. A MALE MANAGER WAS VERY HOSTILE, SO MY HUSBAND GOT ON THE ***** AND THE TWO HAD WORDS. NO WORDS WERE SAID IN PERSON, NO ALTERCATION OCCURRED. WHEN RECENTLY TRYING TO RENT FROM A DIFFERENT ENTERPRISE, AS I AM COMPLETELY DISGUSTED BY THE LACK OF CUSTOMER CARE I RECEIVED, I WAS TOLD I AM ON THE DO NOT RENT LIST BASED ON NOTES OF AN ALTERCATION THAT OCCURRED BETWEEN MY NOW EX-HUSBAND AND A MALE EMPLOYEE. AGAIN NO ALTERCATION OCCURRED, THE MALE EMPLOYEE WAS VERY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL TO ME AND HARRASSED ME VIA TEXT ALTHOUGH ENTERPRISE HAD ALREADY RECEIVED THE RENTAL CAR BACK. I WOULD LIKE TO VE REMOVED FROM THE DO NOT RENT LIST, AS I HAVE OVER 5 YEARS OF GOOD HISTORY WITH ENTERPRISE PRIOR TO AND DURING MY MARRIAGE AND THIS ISOLATED INCIDENT WAS NOT DEFINED ACCURATELY BETWEEN MY EX-HUSBAND AND THE MALE EMPLOYEE WHO DISRESPECTED AND HARRASSED ME.

      Enterprise cars smells like dead rats!!!! NASTY!!!!!!The company really needs to do better and take pride in their rental cars.NO STARS PERIOD!!!!!! In order to leave this review I had to select 1 star!

      PICK UP FROM *********** LOCATION WAS EASY, HOWEVER THEY FAIL TO DISCLOSE THAT YOU NEED TO PAY A DEPOSIT WHICH IS REFUNDABLE WOULD BE NICE TO KNOW THIS AHEAD OF TIME. THE RETURN WAS A DISASTER AND THE MANAGER WAS VERY RUDE, WAS TOLD COULD NOT RETURN THE VEHICLE IN ITS CURRENT CONDITION(SAND AND PEOPLE HAIR ON ***PET), IF I WAS TO RETURN IT IN THAT CONDITION THEY WOULD HAVE TO CHARGE ME $$ FOR A DETAIL THEY CANNOT HAVE THIER DETAILERS TAKING EXTRA TIME TO CLEAN VEHICLES, SO I LEFT WENT AND SWEPT IT OUT. NOW MIND YOU I WAS TRYING TO DO THIS RETURN ON MY LUNCH HOUR SO I WAS VERY FRUSTRATED AND THE *** HAD VERY LITTLE SAND AND HAIR IN IT AND IF IT TAKES THE DETAILERS THAT EXTRA LONG TIME TO CLEAN A *** AFTER SOMEONE USES IT THEY NEED BETTER DETAILERS. ALSO PAID EXTRA FOR THE DAMAGE WAIVER FOR THE VEHICLE SO IN MY OPINION THAT MORE THAN COVERS A DETAIL AT ALMOST $20 A DAY ON A 10 DAY RENTAL. I HAVE TRIED TO CONTACT CORPORATE AND 1 MONTH LATER STILL WAITING ON A RETURN CALL. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

      Tried to charge me for damage on the rental vehicle without even going outside to inspect the car. This is the second time this location has tried to claim this against us. They do this when you decline the optional insurance and decide to use your own. Do not rent a car from this location! 395 Rexdale Blvd

      We rented a car on June 1st, to pick up on July 6th from the Enterprise in ***********************. On July 6th we received a phone call 3 hours prior to our pick to confirm our reservation to only find out that the code we were given from our place of employment was incorrect, and the car ended up costing us ******** more then what our original reservation quote was for. My son ended up having to put the car on his credit card due to budgeting for our family trip, and because he is 24 "under 25 years old " this was an additional ****** charge. The **************** at the ******************* location was horrible, they had zero empathy for our situation making it even harder to try and figure out what we should do. We are writing this to let others know in hopes that Enterprise will do some **************** Training with their employees to help with these situation in the future.

      Left me stranded at a collision shop they were supposed to bring a car to, tried calling to see where they were, was in hold for 30 minutes, hung up and called an Uber! Will be using ***** for any further rental car needs as i would encourage everyone to do!!!!

      This company is horrible , my family was stranded for 5 hours without any accommodations or solution to rectify the issue ! When we called customer service to speak with a manager they transferred me to a ****************** Somebody needs to really let the *** know this is unprofessional , unacceptable and this business needs to do better in case of emergencies ! They gave a faulty car for a road trip ,tire kept getting low on air , oil light came on and the company was really nonchalant! They do know customers pay to rent vehicles ,so elite service should be expected at all times ! ULTIMATELY the only resolution for my family was to take the ENTERPRISE RENTED VEHICLE TO HAVE THE **** REPAIRED AND OIL CHANGE DONE OUT OF POCKET IN ADDITION TO THE COST OF THE RENTAL !! Also led them to miss a hotel accommodation resulting in them not having a place to sleep at midnight!Oh might I add customer service told them to go to a close enterprise to get another vehicle of course upon arrival they didnt have one but the irony ,do they not fix tires and change oil !
