      ***************** manager is a poor excuse for a human. I recieved a rental at the central ******* location staff was fantastic but when another payment came due i was $**** short due to a transfer fee instead of allowing me to correct the issue seeing as i rented the car for a family member who was making the payment, he told me i was broke and couldnt make the payment then when i said i was a dollar short he said he ran the card multiple times but when i asked him to run it after the **** was added he said he could not because they only run it one time a day but you just told me you ran it multiple times. Then he threatened me with the police. He was told to come get the car when he did it was the next day at 1 or 2pm enough time to run the card again but he refused. Then he puts me on the do not rent list i call the 800# to find out why they said i need to talk to his dumb a** to remove it. Now if that was not discrimination. He does not know where i work or how much i make a year and the rental was for my cousin who has 6 kids and no vehicle. I had to wait for the transfer but instead he wants to call me broke. Cant wait to meet you **** !

      Horrible experience that will not be repeated! Reserved a sedan 10 days in advance, got my confirmation email, and double and triple checked. Traveled over an hour from home to pick up my rental. I was within 10 minutes of their location when my phone rang. It was the employee there telling me that they didn't have a car for me. When I asked for any assistance, his solution was to call the local ****** dealership or another Enterprise in an adjoining county - 45 minutes away. Called corporate who changed my rental to the next county over and was assured that they had plenty of sedans. Turned around and headed down the mountain to that Enterprise. Same thing! I was within **** minutes of my destination when a woman called telling me that I should have made my reservation sooner than today because they had NO cars! I informed her that I made my reservation 10 days ago. Not her problem...click! When I stopped by anyway, there were several sedans but none for me since those were promised to customers who made reservations a couple of days ago. Thankfully, I was familiar with the area, so I headed over to a local car rental place who not only got me a very nice full-sized sedan, but for CHEAPER than Enterprise!! Rent from anyone but this awful company!!

      This company is god awful. What was supposed to be a good fun trip turned into a nightmare. We paid extra to rent a larger suv. First, the car was all scratched and dented up with I do not care, however the run did not run right once on the road trip. It starting bucking almost like a misfire. I spent one full day on the phone trying to get a safe car and all they did was send me place to place and when i get there sorry no cars. They told us they called the office and reserved ahead we get to offices and they say no one has called. we call back and they say they will give us a call. 11 hours later no call, we call back and its like a script. at his company is awful and puts customer in dangerous cars costing them thousands in missed vacation or busniess meeting. They would rather try to say anything to get you off the phone then help even if your in a dangerous place. A class action lawsuit should highly be considered.

      On July 19, 2023 at 4:30 pm, we rented a vehicle at the ************, ***** location. Our agent, ****** treated ** with respect and professionalism and the same manner when we returned it. He is very good and an asset to your company. We will be using him in the future for sure.

      Went to rent a car ************ Albany, had ID and a credit card, so they wanted to know where I was staying. Said I didnt know. I needed the car to figure that out. Well I been living in ******* taking care of a friend , but my residence is stil in ******. Well the guys wouldnt rent to me because I couldnt give him a place where the car would be parked. I told him when I was home last year I didnt tell them I was in *******, so he say you lied to them where you lived no I just didnt tell them so he told me he wouldnt rent me a car. The whole point of renting a car is so you can travel. . He lost a week of rent on a car

      I am giving a very generous one star review. In need of a rental car after an accident. The insurance company had me try 3 different enterprise locations. 2 locations stated their were no vehicles available. One location told me they had "plenty" of vehicles. When I arrived, there was not a vehicle available. The worst part is they don't care if you get a vehicle or not. They also do not make an effort to get a vehicle from another location. Poor customer service, poor communication, and lack of accountability reflects on the management of these enterprise locations.

      Flew into Atlanta today the 20 th of july 2023 went to
      enterprise car rental at the Atlanta harts field -,jackson Atlanta
      international ..A guy Named ***** was training a new employee on
      procedures .. The new employee was asking some questions and the
      Trainer ***** was totally unprofessional in his smart ass cocky attitude
      towards my Fiance as she was tryi g to answer yhe question and we were
      all very disappointed in the way he handled our rental car experience
      as first time rental people .. With his smug attitude trying to correct
      my girl on a question he asked and she answered... very disappointing
      after flying from Washington state... The trainee was outstanding ***** the trainer needs a
      lesson being professional respectful The car was great and everthing
      else good but he ruined our entrance into Georgia ..

      My son was referred to enterprise thru a car insurance company. He was in an accident and the other party was at fault. He will be returning to work next week.He was refused a rental because his license has a small crack in it. I called the customer service line and asked about this policy. The person helping me said " yes, your license must be in perfect condition in order to rent a vehicle". I asked for a written copy of the rental agreement, he said I must get it from the website. I looked for it and couldn't find it. So the customer service person at the rental place told my son to go to the ****** and get a new license and come back with it. That is an untimely suggestion. Has anyone ever had dealings with ****** Enterprise doesn't care about it's customers like they claim. In my past experiences with them they are rude and treat customers like criminals.

      We were told twice that we had a vehicle waiting for us at their location. We drove an hour both times to pick it up, and it wasnt there. The first time, there was a line of like 10 people in front of us, all who had reservations, most of them were turned away, because the company didnt have the vehicle that they had promised. When they told my wife that they didnt have a vehicle ready for us, which we needed to go on a business trip that day, they did it with a smile, and absolutely no compassion whatsoever.

      Also had a bad experience with Enterprise and my father has worked for them for 14 years turned in a vehicle on Friday unfortunately it was after the 5:00 hour I was charged for the entire next day on top of another $67 deducted out of my checking account without any notice at all never again
