      For over 20 years I have been a loyal Enterprise customer. That ended June. I reserved a van for a family trip from the ************* in ********, **. One of the Asst ***** apologized because the only van they had was one with pre-existing damage. Cracked Windshield, Front end and passenger side damages and scratches everywhere. He apologized profusely and took pictures of all the damage with his IPAD. Returned the van and another gentleman checked me in indicated there appears to be New damage. The only issue I recall was when parking the van the air-dam on the front driver side scraped along the top of the high curb. My response was go ahead and send me the bill for the damage. His response as New damage as well as the photos taken before hand was an acknowledgement of the pre-existing damage when renting the vehicle.Hey I know car repairs are expensive, I assumed with all the previous damage they would send me a prorated bill for prep and paint and I was estimating $500-700. Instead, I received a claim to my insurance company for the over $4000 to repair ALL the damage of the vehicle. I called trying to explain the situation but when I indicated there should be pictures of the pre-existing conditions I was told they only have pictures of the returned vehicle.Here is the kicker, my co-workers wife works for enterprise and when I told her what happened, she was not surprised. She told me this happens all the time. They flag anyone who does not buy the additional insurance and then they try to claim any and all repairs on renters personal insurance. I called my insurance company and told them NOT to pay anything as this claim was fraudulent. But was told, unless I had the previous pictures they could not do anything as the claim was filed. This practice of filing fraudulent claims is not a decision made by an unscrupulous location. It is derived from a culture from the top down.

      Made a reservation and drove two hours to get a car during our vacation and was left stranded by the ************ location. The employees didn't seem to care a bit.

      I would give zero stars if I was able. We reserved 3 vehicles for a church mission trip in early May, we were in need of a very specific amount of seat belts and space for gear. Monday July 17th we received a call in the late evening that they may not be able to fill our order completely. Today July 19th, 4 days out from picking up we were called and notified that there were no vehicles us to have at all. Given a oh well attitude when asked what we were supposed to do about no longer having transportation for our trip. We will never use enterprise again as this is not the first time a reservation for a church trip has been complicated, changed, or in this case just outright canceled.

      I leased a car from Enterprise in mid March of 2023.(due to 2016 Lexus totaled in accident).When I picked the car up I told the sales rep the car showed a check engine light on dash. He stated it needed an oil change. I drove the car less than 2 weeks. The last 3 days it just sat at my house. The reason being my sister had died and we rode with our daughter to *********** for funeral Upon return, I got in the car to return it to them but discovered engine was acting up. I called Enterprise and told them my grandson would follow me to *****(designated turn in). 5 days later I receive a call from ***** stating an animal had chewed wires causing damage. I asked how that would be my fault as car was parked in garage each night( same garage ourLexus had been previously parked in for over 3 years).Regardless, their claim department would not relent on payment. I pointed out specifically that they had no safety program. Cars are parked in an open lot in the middle of a shopping center. A sales rep walks around the car looking for external damage. No one has a safety check in/out sheet to confirm worthiness of vehicle to be leased. After several months of haggling, an employee of my insurance called me. He informed me that Enterprise was well known for this tactic. So sad. I was president of several companies. Leased a ton of vehicles.Paid legitimate claims when filed; only one or two bogus claims. DO NOT Lease from Enterprise. No integrity/honesty.

      These people keep letting the *********** issue criminal summons and warrants for my arrest for a car they got back months ago. They definitely didnt get the memo from *****.

      Enterprise is always my go to for rentals. Always helpful, answer all my questions, (I never reserve on line always in person).Recently had an issue with vehicle after leaving for vacation, called to inform them of problem. Gave a discount on return.

      Reserved a standard SUV, was given to someone else and I was downgraded and told it's the same class which it wasn't and I showed the gentleman on their website. He then proceeds to get an attitude and ignore me and I told him that I wasn't going to rent the vehicle you're trying to give me cuz it's not the class I reserved, I've had this problem in the past they've always upgraded me or taken care of me in some way This time this guy was just a flat out jerk! He then proceeds to tell me they're not going to rent to me anymore which is great then cusses me out. Worst customer service in any type of business I've ever dealt with

      Ive been using them for months, and have only had good experiences. All the staff members *** worked with have been friendly and helpful and bend over backwards to accommodate you. Never had a problem picking up a car or with any hidden charges. Deposit is always refunded the day after I bring the car back.

      I will never rent a Dead dog from Enterprise ever!. I was recently involved in a 3 vehicle collision while sitting at a stop sign. My insurance company will pay 80% of my rental bill, the lady who hit me is ********** and they personally called Enterprise to rent a car for me and Enterprise still wants $ ****** from me. I'm 69 years old. I have lost 2 husbands. My 43 year old son has stroke on December 18, 2022, and I care for himI'm in between pay periods and have about $10.00 to my name. It's ALL ABOUT THE MONEY. There are very few hoonest Corporations anymore. With friends like this who needs enemies? God will provide. I'm not worried.

      I had a wonderful experience with Enterprise. Somehow the psychics on their staff had again located an office where it would be convenient for me. Customer service by TK was both very pleasant and highly efficient. The provision for after hours return of the vehicle was easy to accomplish.
