      Left me stranded for 16 hours trying to get a replacement vehicle because theirs threw a check engine light. Ruined 2 days of my vacation. Will never use them again

      Got a bill for tolls for the last time (and I do mean LAST TIME) we rented a car from Enterprise.According to it, we drove from ********, ** (4:24pm CST on 06/30/2023 is the time of the pickup) to Niahra Falls, ** in under 1 hour (6:07pm EST on 06/30/2023 is the time of the first toll charge).Enterprise's online CS said its not their problem and I have to deal with HTA (can't help but notice the Enterprise logo first and foremost on the email and receipt though ?? ).When I called the number on the receipt to find out WTF, the woman said we had a "silver Rav4" and not the Dodge Charger we rented (and drove to *********, NOT New York). Somehow Enterprise still thought that wasn't their fault that the wrong car was listed on our account.HTA insist they have to "investigate". Not sure what's being investigated-- the screw-up of the wrong car listed on our account or the other screw-up of thinking that Enterprise's rental was going to do over 600mph ?????Either way- Enterprise claimed they are not at fault and won't refund the charges.We will not use Enterprise again, which is a pity because we liked the local team very much.

      I honestly hate writing a bad review, but I feel I am not being heard. I have asked to speak with the regional manager, I have placed an incident report with the tollfree number, and still no response!! I rented a vehicle after no fault of my own, someone hit my car. My car was in the shop for **************************************************************************************************************** I was not told that ******** was not a "comparable state" until AFTER I picked up my car... USAA refuses to pay the $10/day, citing "******** is not a comparable state". They told me to reach out to Enterprise asking about reimbursement. Enterprise states it is on USAA - USAA states that it is Enterprise. All the while, the customer (me) is out of pocket $880. Everyone wants to point fingers, but it is the customer who actually loses money. I want my voice heard so other customers are not in the same spot as me. Also on my statement, Enterprise charged me for 36 gallons of gas then "credited" me and said it was for customer satisfaction. They gave me a ****** Cross that only holds **** gallons... so the "credit" is not at all real.

      I had an accident on Saturday, July 8th, 2023. My insurance set me up with enterprise car rental and I have been ping ponged between two locations that I feel that don't want to honor my reservation. The location that is near my house, the branch manager, ***********************, just literally didn't even try to help me at all. She just said, "I didn't know they put your reservation to my location, you need to call them!" ****** didn't even look or offered to help me locate a rental in the system. This is just not customer service friendly at all. She transferred my reservation back to another location. She didn't greet me at all, I had to ask for her name. She just wrote the other locations number on a sticky note and handed it to me and walked away! I will not visit or send anyone to rhe ***************************************************.

      I rented an Infinity from Enterprise in April of 2023 in *******. The vehicle has a panoramic sunroof (which I also have in my Lin**ln). It was a warm Spring day, so my 7 year old grandson asked that I open the sunroof. The car had been sitting in the drive way for a few hours in the sun, so I thought it would was a great idea. Before pulling out of the drive way I opened the roof. Upon doing so, a portion of the upper windshield made a huge explosion and shattered, so I immediately closed it again. However, I didn't have another vehicle and had to drive my grandson home. When driving the damaged area **ntinued to crack even more and the molding pulled loose. When I returned the car to the Enterprise on ****** in downtown the lady informed me that my insurance would have to **ver it (although the car was clearly defective), also telling me that I was not her customer since I didn't pick the car up from her location. Against my will, I turned the claim over to my insurance which they paid. I was informed by both my insurance ** and the rep for Enterprise that my deductible would be waived. I now have received an invoice to pay my deductible (my insurance paid over $1,000 already) and they refuse to stand up to their previous promise. I am extremely disappointed in how the entire issue has been handled. If I **uld take stars away I would do so! *********************

      I have rented a vehicle on debit card online on return ticket, and received the confirmation number. But when i went to thwir ****** branch in ********** they said we are not renting on Debit card. No coordination between their agents and reservation team unprofessional people.

      Reserved a car through AAA for 8am pickup, but when I got there was told they were out of cars. The site I was using has 10 available cars listed, but the employees don't seem to know that? Not a single helpful person at either location I went to. Everyone looks like a scared animal and have no answers. I'm out 2 days if work because of this unreliable service. How is this acceptable?

      This was the 2nd rental company in 2 days that were just plain horrible. I called a location near me and went to reservations. The girl that answered spoke poor english. I asked her if she was the location I called and she said no I'm their call center. I booked a car through her and when I was on my way the location called and said they don't have any cars. I asked them why did they book it then, He said they don't know what cars are there. That makes absolutely no sense. I called the call center back was assured that a manager would call me back in no more than an hour and they would get me a car. No one called back. After 4 hours my sister was able to call an Enterprise near her job and they had a car for me. Very poorly handled by the call center and the so called manager. It's very sad how these companies don't care about their customers.

      rented a car from you in ***** which broke down and stranded us for the night no customer emergency service. the next day we had to travel by taxi at my expense to the airport 2 hours away to get another car which then had issues. no reimbursement for the hotel , taxi or tour we missed due to the car's water pump braking. When i wrote to them they acted like they did us a favor by giving us another car to complete our 10 day agreement. they also had the nerve to charge us the refill gas (which we could not do since the car was not drivable). I will never rent again from them ever!!!!!

      ******, ****, ******, and ******* are a few that I spole To at the call center. They all said its not their job to make sure the places have card available, their job is just to rent them. So I am 20 hours into a drive looking for the car I reserved. Heading to a medical appt. Im having ti look up locations and make calls while driving. They are in breach of contract. I rented 7 passenger car and still Do not have it. My local store, ** and team, have some more than anyone in corporate or call center. Im still without my reserved car.
