      Rented a car that tags were expired, 2 places on tire where rubber is missing, need oil service, no windshield fluid., wasnt detailed, smelt like smoke. Have been waiting 3 days for replacement. Paid $1400 and havent been able to even use the car for 3 days after getting pulled over. Enterprise is a joke.

      Was given a contract for a three day rental at ******** office, told to return it to that location by 4:27pm at the rental location on Sunday. We did. The office was closed at that hour. We were charged and extra $100 for the car as the office didn't check it in until the next morning. If we were going to be charged, I would have liked to have had the use of the car, but was not given that as an option. **************** actually just told me that's the way it is. The office where I rented it is not answering its phone and its voice mail says it's full. It all seems pretty shabby.

      The people that work there are decent but the business itself has SHADY practices. Beware of the protections being offered to you at checkout of a vehicle. They offer it to you with the knowledge that your insurance company already has those protections on your rental vehicle. And your insurance company will probably let them offer it to you anyway due to the greediness of both entities.

      Rented a car from Enterprise in ********* after a negligent driver totaled my wife's car. It died coming up to the hill to our house, roughly 1 hour and 15 minutes away. On my first call for roadside assistance, they handed me off to the closed ********* rental office. I tried again the next day, only to be told by agent ID #****** (Kewayne) that I would have to drive myself an hour to another Enterprise in ********* roughly one hour away, to get another car. The agent refused to send a replacement vehicle to our location, and initially refused to connect me with his supervisor. Eventually, he put me on hold for another 10 minutes before coming back on and telling me the supervisor was unavailable but would call me back. Still waiting. This will be the last time I rent from Enterprise, owing not only to their negligence in customer service, but also their inability to provide roadside assistance when their nearly ****** mile, clapped out rental car died.

      STAY AWAY!!!Booked 2 cars in February for a group rafting trip in *****. Flew into *****, **** to Fairview Street Enterprise and told no cars as were 2 hours past a noon pick up listed on the reservation. Have an hour window we were told. Reservation does indicate a pick up +/- time frame pick up. Really??? Mgr was rude demeaning and could not care. Spoke with this mgr the day before about our reservation and no mention of a pick up window. We would have easily paid then, no problem.Bottom line they did not have our cars and had a defensive attitude.**** ******************* and got a van from ***** Thank you ****???

      Will never rent from here ever again planned a rental out almost 2 months a month before I call to confirm type of car and took 45 mins to get answered and placed on hold 3 times. They told me they don't always get the type of car I asked for but would call me back and should be able to before my pick up date and time I was like ok and they said would call before to let me know. So I get a call today and guess what they had no idea and they don't have any car in this class at all now and then on top of all of it I had to ask at end of call about all this but yet she wanted to confirm a order for a car they couldn't even give me that make no sense what so ever. Told me to call airport and see if they can accommodate but that mean since it's this week I need it I loose the discount for booking 2 months in advanced and offered upgrade but I would have to pay more like wtf it's your problem so why should I pay more for something that I didn't cause. Contacting enterprise corporation as of now I'm having to find another answer. Thanks for ruining are trip this is located in ****** ********

      "Enterprise is loaning out shiny lemons" This is been the worst experience I ever had with Enterprise. I've rented cars with them for many years. I had a 15 passenger van reserved for pickup on June 29th 2023. On June 27th 2023 I received a call from the manager at the ***** office in ********. And said that they could not accommodate my reservation, so they forced me to have two vehicles. One was a minivan the next one was a Dodge Durango. When we got the Dodge Durango the *** for the tires was at 59 and the representative said that everything should be okay as we're driving the tire started to lose pressure. So I had to take it to a Enterprise in ********* and they sent me to a mechanic shop, and the technician said that the tire couldn't be repaired because the wheel was cracked. So I had to get a smaller vehicle from the Enterprise in *********, and continue on my travels. As I arrived to my destination the vehicle that I received in ********* the check oil light came on. Then I had to spend another 3 hours out of my vacation to trade that vehicle in. Now in recent days I just received the email from Enterprise for damage to the raggedy Durango they gave me. I cannot believe that they would want me to pay for damage and they almost killed my whole family. Enterprise need to do better

      0 stars. *********** ** location. Returned car that we were forced to get after having our car struck while it was parked. Other drivers insurance company paid all costs other than the $100 deposit we were forced to make. When they finally decided to check the car in days after its return we were called and asked for an additional $100 because they found dog hair. Now the car rented to us has leather seats and we own no dogs and my wife cleaned it before return.. I have spoken with the branch manager and was called a liar about vacuuming the car before we returned it. I then called corporate 5 times now over 3 weeks asking for proof its dogs hair and pics of it in the car. Also have requested the $100 deposit back. Enterprise states an "AREA" manager will call me and solve the issue. Still no call. They refuse to provide contact info for any management, only that they will call me. No other recourse than to sue...over $100 bucks. Sad

      Every time I walk into Enterprise in ********, ** I am always greeted with a smile . The manager and the employees are always nice and welcoming. I booked my rental online as I always do and I was curious as to how upgrades worked , so I asked . Never be to afraid to ask about an upgrade as the worst they can say is no . I got upgraded to a van and we absolutely loved it , so much that I rented the exact van for our family vacation next month . Thank you for always taking care of our family .       I arrived at the ********************* rental car location at 10am I made a reservation for a car pick up at 12:30 pm. I received a call saying the car wouldnt be ready for pick up until 1:30. I arrived at 1:30. 1 person was in the lobby waiting to be serviced. I waited another 45mins in the lobby. 2 other customers walked in. The lady at the counter waited on the other customers before me even though I had stated that I was there before them I then waited another 40mins. When I did receive my car it was dirty on the outside. The car was unwashed. Do Not Rent from Enterprise *********************!! Very poor customer service !
