      Watch out for the toll Scam. They charged us for their driver going on the interstate. My wife returned the vehicle at 4:00pm but they marked it down as 5:00pm and are charging ** for the toll and fees. The driver went a route that was 2 miles longer to go the interstate. Also one of the drivers that picked her up was going well over the speed limit and endangering everyone on the road.We will never use enterprise again.

      Rented an economy size car in *******, ** and representative on the phone that was helping me with reservation assured me they will have that car for me. Came to the location and the tall black man at the desk (i did not see a name tag) told me he does not have economy size but he can rent me an SUV that will cost me 3 times as much as the car i reserved. A younger Caucasian man (his boss) peeked from behind the corner when i told the man that i was told the car will be available and quickly stepped back because he did not want to be involved in the problem. I am now unable to drive to ******* to check on my sick elderly aunt who is not answering the phone as my own car is in the shop for repair. Disappointed at the quality of service. Reflects poorly on the company. Unreliable and liars.

      I made a reservation online a week before I needed a car. On the day I was to pick the car up I called to tell them I was running late. A little while later they call me back & tell me the car I was to get had body damage & it would be later that afternoon before I could get a car as long as it didn't need an oil change or tires. Needless to say, I never got a call back, not even the next day, so the vacation I was taking with my ***************** who has Alzheimer's, did not happen! The whole trip from ********* to ******** was really for my mom to see her **************** she hasn't seen in years before her memory gets worse! Thanks a lot Enterprise for ruining this for us!

      They gave us a damaged vehicle they told us it's not damaged it's repaired but not fixed because you can still see the Cracks in the windshield we didn't feel safe then they wanted to give us a older car for 650+300 deposit for the week we don't think so they have poor customer service and poor quality of vehicles they offered us we had a family vacation planned for the week and now they have ruined it save your time stress and your money

      I had the worst experience I have ever had after I dropped off my rental at the ******************************** location. One of the managers there, *******, called me yesterday and said if I dont pay my bill by the end of today she will send my bill to collections. I had only just dropped off the car 9 days ago and had no idea they didnt charge me. Something sounded off when she called me so I was justifiably suspicious. She was very aggressive with me and incredibly rude. I have never had a poor experience at enterprise before, but this seriously makes me want to never rent from them again! Enterprise had an error in their system which is why I wasnt charged. There was absolutely no reason why I should have been so inconvenienced like ******* made me.

      I originally rented a car out for 2 days and ended up having to extend it to 32 days. When I first got the car they made an authorized payment of 326. Everytime They would call me and ask if I wanted to extend, i say yes and they would do another authorization. I did about 4 authorizations total and they called one last time and said all I needed to pay left was about ****. I said no problem and they swiped the card for that authorization. The next day I took the car back thinking they had all the authorizations for my policy needed. When I looked at my card the day after that, only thing I saw was one adjusted big payment of **** and my card ended up going over *************************************************************************************** for the last authorization needed I had about 300 extra. My authorizations never got reversed and I lost a lot of my credit. I went back and they gave me the around about it was the credit card companys fault first then the workers at enterprise wouldnt print out my papers needed for my policy and gave me a random number so I could talk to the accountant which they then said doesnt work there anymore. They lied and said the accountants were the only ones that could go back and fix the tickets and authorizations but then said they dont have one currently.. they then continued swiping my card to get money for tolls which somehow started paying themselves on another policy sent to me and they cant give me no answer as to were the money is coming from to pay them off. Because my card is declining for not having enough credit on my card because of this issue of being over charged! Kinda frustrated because **** is not just a little bit of money and it seems like they made an error and not trying to fix it or take ownership. Im a pretty loyal customer that had been using this companys services for years and Im disappointed in how they are handling this situation, not being honest and putting me through the loophole!

      I had reserved a vehicle from Thrifty, at *** Airport (*********, ********.)Utter chaos there, as they had no vehicles available for another 2-3 hours, and many people were going to miss important events, including myself.I ended up at the Enterprise counter where I was met by a smiling, friendly young man named **** who was kind, helpful and knowledgeable. He even gave me a free upgrade just because he saw the bedlam I had come from. He was amazing!!I loved the entire experience with them, although they were a bit pricey. As always, you get what you pay for.

      Had been to their office in ******************** and they said you need a card linked to a bank. Called to check. Tattooed muscle **** said "No problem ". Rented a cabin in **** for a few days and low and behold the *********** said that the bank card was not gonna work and you now need a credit card to get the car. Well after finding out this wonderful ******* news I couldn't find or rent any car/truck/van anywhere. Had to cancel my cabin and after all the ******** I find that I get no refund on the cabin. Which one of these Enterprise ***** are gonna give me the money for the cabin I lost since they ****** me on the car rental? How do you leave negative stars because that's what they really deserve! **** ENTERPRISE!!!

      I had an issue with the manager from their **** ** **** location. The manager did not do anything to fix the issue his employee cause and as consequence he told me I will no longer be able to rent a car with them. I had a car accident and because of that I need the rental to get to my doc *********** but now I have to cancel the *********** and Im waiting on management to call me back. But I do want to file a complaint regarding this issue that I was highly disrespected and my pain and loss of my doctor *********** that I had to cancel and my surgery I had scheduled.
