      Reserved a vehicle in May for a trip in July. Called the day before to verify only to be told that vehicle wasnt available because of damage, but yet they didnt call me to let me know that. They supposedly called all other locations to try and get another one. I had to call them back 3 times and the 3rd time I was on hold for 30 minutes only for them to tell me it was out of their hands. I needed a large vehicle for a long trip which is why I reserved 2 months in advance, they tried offering me two vehicles for the same price of the one, but that would be kind of hard for one driver to drive 2 vehicles. Very disappointed in this local company. Will not be using them again.

      When distressed over having an off-airport, Enterprise site not informing us they closed at 6pm, (after taking a cab over in rush hour traffic), we were very pleasantly surprised by the exceptionally professional, empathic, kind treatment by your ************** Manager, *************************, in addition to a helpful, young man at the inside rental desk, (who's name we sadly can't remember).Also, upon returning to lengthen our rental, *************************, at the *************, was also very helpful and kind. These fine employees not only assisted us, they helped to balance out our frustration with our initial, negative experience, which we appreciated wholeheartedly!

      ******************************* set up the rental over the phone from an enterprise in Michigan. He was great to work with and so informative. I was renting from ************, ** so he advised me to call and request the exact car I wanted. I did just that and they were wonderful. ****************** helped me out in ************ and was amazing to work with as well. He was also very informative and helpful. He provided his card for any additional questions that *** come up on my trip.

      Rented a van and when I contacted Enterprise to go over payment they advised my reservation was canceled, and could not provide an explanation as to why. Im now scrambling to find a replacement with 2 weeks to go before the event I need the vehicle for. I would not use this company again.

      Booked a car for pickup at ***********************************. International!! And it was closed at 11pm. Had to sleep on a bench outside for 6 hours after my flight arrived for them to open. At an international airport. EVERY OTHER counted was open except enterprise and national. All other car companies were out of cars

      I used Enterprise for a vacation which included driving from ****** to ***********. The pick up process was hassle free and the staff even gave us a free upgrade. The vehicle was in good condition and worked well during our trip. The vehicle did have some coolant leak issues but I bought coolant and a gas station and we were able to complete our trip. Once we arrived at the return center in *********. The attendant named Z heard our issue, apologized for it, and reduced the cost of the rental. I recommend Enterprise to future customers when renting a vehicle.

      Manager was an African-American with braided ponytails pulled back. I only mention that so you know who youre dealing with if you happen to be so unlucky to go into this agency, we rented a car two months prior check on this availability an hour and a half early they said it was being prepped when we got there myself in about a half a dozen other people were all very upset that their cars were not there. Nobody was getting proper service when we asked what they could do what was going to be done he said you need to get out of my store right now and if you dont help call the police, he didnt charge status violently as we left the building I told him please do call the police Id love to report your harassment he just gave me the finger and walked away, incredibly rude. Client incredibly unprofessional do not go to this agency ever.

      Would have been a great experience until now. I received a charge on my credit card for $88.83 after my car had been returned for over a week. After over 2 hours of phone calls it turns out I was charged for the tolls I had to drive in the car for my job. Now I initially thought these would have been covered by the insurance company because their driver was the one who hit me and required I get a rental during repairs. Insurance said they had no responsibility. I was told by insurance that I was supposed to be notified at the time of rental pick up that I could move my EZ pass to my rental for the temporary time. (News to me as I was always told never to transfer cars with your pass) Upon calling the location I received the car from, they told me this was not their responsibility to tell me and were also not taking any responsibility. Not only was the rental an hour late getting to me at the body shop but now they had charged me almost $90 in fees that could have been avoided if they had simply mentioned this EZ pass option as my job wouldve reimbursed me had I had a statement to show them. The customer service when I called to handle this issue was very dismissive and poor. As a new mom trying to get back to working this is a very disheartening fee to have to pay with a newborn and just poor experience overall with 0 responsibility taken by the company that said well we dont know if you take tolls as their best answer.

      Thank u so much to ********************************* she was very awesome in renting me a car while my car was being serviced. She was very professional,courteous and she made sure that all my needs in a rental was met. I was very satisfied with my service. If I ever need a car I would go back to her again for a rental.       Some idiot stole my sons rental car ********* and Im STILL ****** about it!!! Enterprise didnt warn him that these cars were being stolen at alarming rates!!! Had to file a claim against his insurance company!!! Seems criminal to me on the part of Enterprise!!! Didnt provide any form of added protection (steering wheel lock/club) to the vehicles to deter criminals! NOTHING!!! Then they tried to give him another ******* in return for the stolen one! Does that make any sense??? Im so frustrated because weve been getting the run arounds regarding this situation. He is a special police office and his uniform and identification was also stolen from the vehicle. ??????? Due to him working, I had to deal with the running around trying to make sure this doesnt happen to someone else (although another persons vehicle was stolen too while he was there getting another vehicle) as well as figure out how we can deal with this situation without the unnecessary cost ($1000+) due to negligence on the part of Enterprise. GEICO should not allow these rentals to take place!!! After doing my own research, I found out that stealing these vehicles has been trending for months. Why would Enterprise not inform customers of this BEFORE renting them the vehicles? Why would Enterprise not take precautionary actions and place steering wheel locks or clubs on the vehicle? This is UNACCEPTABLE and we want something done NOW!!! Why was this vehicle given to my son in the first place? Then offered as a replacement? What can be done now that a claim as been placed against his insurance company? This should be illegal!!!
