      Very discriminatory, worst rental car place I've seen in my life, treatment is absolutely horrible took 2 days to place a vehicle rental via insurance claim.

      Enterprise is a scam. They let you book online but NEVER have cars to actually pick up. Please look elsewhere. They are not BBB accredited - which is not a surprise. They have terrible customer service and truly run a scam business.

      Enterprise has a policy that if you rent from them and you want to pay with your spouse's credit card, you are not allowed unless that spouse is on the rental. Now here's the problem. If you are a spouse and you have one card, and your husband's name happens to be on the front and not yours, then you cannot use it. Even if your husband's name is on the insurance you will use to pay for the rental, you still cannot use it. Does that make sense? I understand they need to protect themselves from fraud, but this makes no sense and punishing the innocent. **** is ridiculous and I will not rent from them anymore!

      The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I was forced to drive an unsafe vehicle from ******* to ************** because NO ONE IN ENTERPRISE talks to one another. Particularly odious was a supposed "manager" in the ************* Lot. Avoid this company at ALL costs.

      I can't seem to get ahold of the right person. I used a rental car that broke down and I lost 2 days of *****************.. I had to pay out of pocket for a tow bill.. had to pay for 2 extra days of universal studios and had to extend my air bnb 2 days longer. all I'm asking is for a full reimbursement for my universal express tickets and my rental and my ****** tickets back.. I had no price of mind on this trip.. and u all had the nerve to charge me ****** for a 1 day use like are u serious.. ur roadside left me stuck for over 5hours on the side of the interstate so I called my own wrecker service after several wrecks where I was parked at with my whole family.. then ur customer service sends me to 3 different airports and no one has a rental after days of being stuck in ******* flordia I finally find one thru budget rentals. it's not right for me to lose money due to u all putting me in a vehicle with a check engine light on that broke down.. its complete nonsense. u all should be responsible for this or u can pay my attorney fees too....

      Enterprise is a horrible company to rent from. Be aware and get everything in writing. Make sure to take pictures of the vehicle before you drive off the lot. Pay attention to what is being said to you. I was told that my rental cost would be covered by insurance. I was told there would be no overage charges. When I got there I was given a car that already had damage. The agent said it was the only car left, he said that he would adjust the rental rate to $20.00 a day. He told me this after I said that I was going to leave and check around for a better car. My car was in a recent accident and will take longer than 30 days to get fixed. When the term was up for the rental. I called to find out if I could extend the rental only to be told that I owed a significant amount of money. I even went back to return the car when the insurance coverage was over. They said I was fine, and that they had adjusted the bill. They let me leave the store with no problem. And, then 2 hours later the District Manager **** called me stating that I had to pay the additional amount. The rental rate was not $20.00 a day, I was told that the district manager has the last say so on all agreements, even after I received an email from the assistant Manager stating my bill would be adjusted to reflect the rate of $20.00 and all overages would be credited to the account. When, I tried to call the District Manager ****, he screamed at me and told me to return the car. When I asked about the charges he would not discuss. Even when I came up to the store, he still was very rude and unprofessional. They charged me $700.00 and the District Manager **** has not even apologized or returned my calls. I cant get any help from anyone at enterprise. I am being told to pay up! Shame on you Enterprise! Do not rent from them! Protect your money and credit!

      **** ****** *** ******** ** ***** The customer service at the store is sucked I got the car on March 14th I left their office to go to Ohio 597 miles leaving out of Houston I caught a flat tire I had to put a spare tire on I had to to find the nearest enterprise near me At the time and I just crossed Arkansas state lines is that welcome to Arkansas and the tire blue I have to turn back 50 miles to Texas to go to sleep from 2:30 AM to 8 o'clock AM to go to enterprise on summer hill road in Texarkana Texas They would not give me a rental car they said I had to take the car to a tire place and get it fixed that's not my job that is to rent a car place job why did I have to do that so they had to tire put on they still refused to give me a car and they had 20 30 cars there So I had to drive all the way to Ohio with this tire making this loud noise and I was going for my sister funeral arrangement so that put me A-day behind I'm trying not to get charged for one day they plan with me about my money I don't want to have to go in no store

      Enterprise rented a vehicle to a criminal using my information. They stole the vehicle and returned it eventually all damaged and of course and now enterprise comes to me about the car. Filed a police report. Was assured by the risk management **** that they took care of it. Well now 4 years later and I find out they never did anything about it and I am still listed as the person who rented the car stole it and eventually returned it all damaged. Now my name shows up and I cant rent a car anywhere. No one from enterprise will call me back regarding this. Completely unacceptable.

      I have been a customer of the Ozark ******** location numerous times. The service provided by ***, *******, and others has always been professional and expedient. The vehicles are clean and well-maintained. Thank you Enterprise!

      This enterprise flat out lied to me. If you make a reservation online the vehicle should be available, or the company should be able to provide a reason as to why, it isnt available or a solution. They refused to answer my questions, and gave me poor service. I spoke with ******, and **** at this location.As an African American, I find their business practices to be discriminatory. As it seems like they only want to rent vehicles to certain people, and provided me with poor customer service when there were plenty of vehicles available on the lot to rent that day.
