      Had a reservation set up through my insurance on Thursday evening, they said I could pick it up at any time. Went in to pick it up at the time arranged with corporate Enterprise. Mind you I called before traveling to the location to confirm everything was good. You all record the conversation, so this need to be pulled and see where the miscommunication is because it makes it look like you are over renting vehicles and leaving people high and dry when we need it the most, after an accident this is the last thing we want to go through. We wait about 10 minutes before a rude man said they did not have any vehicles. He also lied and stated he tried to call me which I have no record of any missed calls from enterprise today. I do however have multiple calls where I tried to call this location multiple times with no answer, before I reached out to cooprate. He then stated they would not have a car until Tuesday. He was rude and short with all questions he answered. I called cooperate again and they stated they had 3 vehicles available at that specific location I was sitting in front of. This location is not a good location to rent from, walking in the music is unprofessional then you get the short rude man that does not and is not willing to help in any way. I had corporate on the line walked back in and then said never mind I do not want to do business with a unprofessional location.

      We have been constantly calling enterprise in tifton since we put together by 12pm but I have now been on hold for 22 minutes and when we picked up the ford f150 they were not ready with the truck and my hold time is now going over into they clearly have ignored my phone calls since this traffic is backed up if I get charged for something that could have been an extra option if some body would have answered the phone before they walk out at 12pm I’m really not sure if this enterprise actually knows what they are doing or not but this is absolutely uncalled for hire some real professionals. Now I want my deposit back they also didn’t apply the military discount if they keep my money I’m gonna show my butt. If you can’t address my problem point me in the way I need to be. Thanks ***** ********* on the rental agreement it’s my fiancé ****** ** ******

      renting the truck and delivering it back wasn't a problem. it was fine, but make sure if you need road side service DO NOT USE ENTERPISE'S ROAD SIDE SERVICE. anyone the insurance that you would pay for through enterprise does not cover any roadside service. so if you need use roadside service use your personal roadside service that was they don't charge you an insane amount. i rented a truck and on the way back to drop it back off i had a flat tire. and when all said and done they charged me $1068 for a tire change doubled the amount of what renting the truck cost.

      Have not seen a worst rental car company than that. We booked online and went from the airport to the downtown ******** I was called halfway that they did not have an available car. As I was 5 minutes away, I went anyway and the girl said they did not have a car and they could not help us finding one. I had to pay a $100 taxi for nothing and I did not have a simple apology. I am very disappointed with the bad service and the fact we were able to book online even if they did not have a single car to rent.

      I went in to rent a car Calhoun Ga I met this Horrible human being named *** I had a reservation and the first thing he asked why are you renting a car with Florida DL?? Really?and then he goes before I rent you this car What Hotel are you Staying in? really and then he goes why are you here?? Disrespectful abusive And probably racist renting a car has nothing to with That kind of questioning Not even a cop would ask Such Abusive Unlawful questioning Enterprise needs to send those thugs packing!!I will never send anyone to That location!!!? Abusive. Disrespectful ILLEGAL questions

      Reserved a car at this location by calling the number they have listed and was told that there were cars available for today. Went to pick the car up and mentioned the reservation and they said they had nothing available. Later called the number again to see if they would say there is car availability and was told that yes, they had cars.
      Pretty sure the number they have listed is not any connection to the number of the actual location. People working there seemed to have no idea what they were talking about and there were plenty of cars outside. If you look online there are cars available as well. My guess is that the number is from someone not even local and they are looking online and going off that info to tell people about the availability and then you'll get there and they will tell you they have nothing. Seems like a scam and the location in ***** did the same exact thing, listed cars available online, and then when you get there they have nothing. Would not recommend to anyone, ever. I am tired of being lie too. plus I do not like Liars.

      Horrible company! Reserved an SUV online ...the day we were suppose to pick up the vehicle...they called 2 hours prior to ** picking up stating they were sold out!!! They did not care the situation we were left in prior to taking a road trip!!!! Never again will we use this company! ***** ******** location!!!!

      I had a car reserved for this morning. It was supposed to be ready for me at my autobody shop in Tyler. It was not here and I have been waiting here for 45 minutes. I can deal with them not being here, but I’ve got appointments and I don’t need to say that they will have a car at a pick up location unless they’re going to actually have it here **** ****

      What a horrible way experience!!! I went to pick up a vehicle I had reserved, got as far as having my card charged for $550, then was told it actually needed to be on a credit card. I didnt have one so I had to cancel the reservation and figure something else out for transportation. A little later that same day I went to use my card and it was declined. The $550 charge was still pending on my account. I called customer service and they told me there was nothing they could do and I needed to call my bank and they should be able to release the funds. When I called my bank they told me they couldnt do anything because the transaction was pending and that Id probably have to wait another 4 days before the charge fell off and I could have access to that money. Since I had to spend just about the rest of the money I had on other means of transportation, I spent my entire weekend out of town with no f****** money. I shouldve been told BEFORE my card was charged that it needed to be on a credit card, not AFTER. Enterprise totally ****** me and I will never use them or recommend them to anyone ever in life, because Im that ****** my trip was ruined because their employee failed to mention a very crucial detail before running my card ????

      I needed a rental car due to an accident. Second party insurance was responsible to pay. This was my first time renting a car through the insurance. In speaking with the rental company, Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Quincy Massachusetts, it was not disclosed upfront that I would be responsible for additional charges related to the inability of the rental company to provide a sedan over an SUV. The SUV incurs additional charges that were not disclosed to me and my husband at time of rental. I was told that insurance would cover the entire rental charge. After picking up the repaired car and after returning the rental, I checked the credit card statement and noticed several days later that I was indeed charged in the amount of $847.01 from Enterprise. I contacted the branch manager, Ms. ******, twice, but the answer I received was I had already signed the contract, so I was responsible for the charge. Ms. ****** said the best she could do was to deduct $200 off the bill “out of kindness” and close the case. I declined her offer and requested a full refund of $847.01. I should not be responsible for the extra charges. I believe I was deceived. The rental car representative failed to disclose pertinent information about the rental and misled me to believe that the insurance company would take care of the whole bill.
      I am greatly disappointed and frustrated because I believe I was intentionally misled (or even lied to) so that the branch could collect the maximum amount from the insurance company plus additional money from me. I feel I had fallen victim to the unfair/ deceptive business practice from a big, well-known company like Enterprise Rent-a-Car. It’s a shame that dishonest people are around to make money this way.
