      I rented a car from their site on Irving ***** *******, while my insurance was handling my claim after an accident I had. They did not provide me the type of car that my insurance would cover claiming that they did not have that size available. They told me they would have the covered size in a few days. I called and called, and every time I was getting the same answer: "we will have a smaller car in a few days".By the time my claim was resolved, and my insurance paid their share, I was stuck with an extra bill for over $500. I called them, emailed them, and even tried to get a refund from my credit card, but to no avail. Unacceptable behavior, so Enterprise will never get my business again.

      We returned our rental car, and now we're be forced to do a claim for damage that was already on the vehicle. We have picture proof that we did not do the damage. Beware of Enterprise Rent-A-Car located on ********** in ******, *********.

      My personal car got repaired so my insurance corporation GEICO rented a vehicle from Enterprise Rent-A-Car for me. Finally, GEICO paid the rental fee but Enterprise charged me another $331 for ******************* I feel weird about it. I am sorry and angry about this. WATCH OUT when you choose Enterprise Rent-A-Car.

      ***** at the ******** site went above and beyond for me this morning, I misunderstood and he fixed the problem anyway!! I have only had great experiences with enterprise Rent-A-Car whether in *******, ******* or the ***** ******** site. 100% recommend I will use them every time!

      reserved a car for my trip to *******. the morning we were suppose to pick up the car we get a call saying the location had no cars, and "WE" would have to call are to other locations to find a car, but they would honor our price. called customer service and they found another car for us and switched our reservation. on the way to that location we get a call that the new location doesn't have any cars! Called again, was told the regional manager would find a car and give us a call, that was a week ago, never heard from anyone. lucky we found a car with a different company. which was so fortunate, because my wife ended up in the hospital while we were there, and the only bed they could get her in was an hour away from where we were staying. this would have been a nightmare if we didn't have a vehicle. NEVER TRUST ENTERPRISE!!! there customer service use to be great, but this is not the first time they've fail us in the last year, but this will be the last time they get the opportunity.

      This all started last year when a loyalty points employee gave me 2 free rental car days. The catch? I had to go out of state to pick up/return the car. Ive lost track of the times I called Enterprise to try & get those free days transferred to the Enterprise agency that is a few blocks from my home.Ended up filing a complaint with bbb and after several attempts, Enterprise refused to respond. Several days ago, I called the loyalty **** again to make sure I had bbb send complaint to the correct address. Ebony informed me that there are no physical addresses for Enterprise. Everyone works from home. ***** also told me you should never have received those free days to begin with, but theyll expire in 2 months so it doesnt matter. This particular employee should probably be in a back office somewhere. Somewhere where she is forbidden to interact with the public. ****************************** convinced me of 1 thing (despite me renting from Enterprise every month for 2 years & paying thousands), Ill never rent from Enterprise again.

      Giving 1 star because the loyalty department (Ebony) is rude, overbearing, interrupts, knows everything and is never wrong. This girl could benefit from a 6-month long customer service class. She just convinced me to never rent from enterprise again. Thanks ebony! You should work in a back room somewhere, away from the public.

      I rented a car at the Miami dade airport location. After sending me from the fourth floor to the first floor and back again they claimed that I threw my credit card at them which is not backed up by video camera. I ended up renting a car from another agency that cost me significantly more than my original rental. After calling customer service daily for a week I still have not received a return call or email.

      I'm the spouse of a Veteran who U*AA made a reservation at your location ******************************************************************************, # Y1M3Z8 on February 21, 2023. Want to report the bad and awful experience that we had with that branch, we already reported them also to U*AA because we don't want any other person or Veteran suffering this awful experience. We were drove to the location at 11:45am by ****** as soon as we enter the person in the counter ********************* said "why is ****** driver leaving you here we don't have any cars" (he didn't said Good morning how can I help you) he just blow over us that he didn't have any car do you see my lot? there's no car," what I respond ****** was kind enough to bring us here but our reservation isn't under ****** is with U*AA and they made it this morning. He kept with his actitud (like we were the ones that did something wrong). We ask could you check if you have any car in another branch? He answer NO, we ask how can you help us, he answer there is nothing I can do we don't have any car available. We answer let me call U*AA because someone has to help us. We went outside to make the call, while I was waiting for U*AA agent to check what happen I went back inside the employees were like they were out chilling didn't care for nobody. When finally at 1:45pm U*AA gave me a Reservation, I gave the number Y1L597 to him, he said this reservation isn't here its at the * Orange branch, okay I said can you call and confirm that they have cars available he answer NO, I can give you the number you have to call, (your supose to help your costumer) and on top of it when I ask him how are we going to get there he said call an Uber, what kind of costumer services is this. My husband just came out of a post surgical surgery and wanted to get home to rest. This stressful situation created an awful stressfull situation on him he got ansious and depress. The employees at branch ************************************************** has to be remember the importance in costumer services.

      Worst experience ever. Had reservations thru **** using that credit card, they charged 300 deposit on a compact car and when I returned at 12:00 when I was supposed to they were locking doors for weekend I would have had to keep and be charged for a weekend. I had just returned a 2023 Chrysler 300 to Thrift,using same card, no deposit and received paid full receipt from them at time of pickup,and it was 100$ less,I had to insist on paper receipt when I dropped this car off, no mention of my deposit.****** received an email receipt either. This was ***** ** Never again . Wish there was a minus star rating, not even deserving of 1
