      I picked up my rental yesterday, August 20th and I am extremely disappointed. The vehicle has a giant hole on the driver side carpet. It smells terrible, seats are stained. The trunk is covered with hair. And not to mention the vehicle registration sticker is expired. I did not notice how disgustingly dirty it was when I picked it up because I just drove straight home and parked it. I did mention the hole and the Enterprise employee apologized about it. But it was today I went grocery shopping and noticed the expired registration sticker and when I opened the trunk to put my groceries up and saw the filth of the trunk. I tried to exchange it today at the ************* location because the ********* location is closed on Sunday. The ************* location said they could not exchange it because it was rented at the Dickinson, ***** location and their rentals are under a different system. I understand the shortage of vehicles but there is no excuse for not maintaining the vehicles.

      Enterprise Rent-a-car is very shady and unprofessional.I was involved in a car accident in June 2022.the other woman admitted fault immediately.To date this has cost me $500 for the deductible and an additional $105.86 from renting a car .Keep in mind my insurance already paid for the car(112.00).My insurance company advised me to contact Enterprise,I was told I had a $16.00 dollars a day rental coverage.Unfortunately,they did not have any cars for that price.Why don't they have cars available for EVERY INSURANCE INVOLVED?..or make an allowance for the difference.I was told by their representative who dropped off my rental that although they didn't have any cars in my price range coverage,BUT they would process it as if it was.NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE TO ME!! I will never use them for any reason whatsoever or recommend them to anyone.

      I was called by ***************************** at Enterprise in ******* *****. ************ ************. about purchasing a vehicle. ** knew I just got into a bad accident and the guy that hit me totaled my car. I went in to talk to him and see what they had. When I was talking to ******* he wanted me to buy this 2021 ****** Tacoma right away. I told him that I would look up kbb and think it over I needed to go to ****** and look to see what they have. ** stated not to do that because they **** their price up **** over what the fair price would be. ** called me the next day and I told him that the truck he is trying to sale me comes up ***** fair market price. ** said I am doing something wrong. The price is *****. I told him I could send a video of how we are putting it in. ** said no need. ** then was putting in info again on his computer. ** mentioned the truck was a sr5. I stopped him and told him it was not. ** then hung up on me. ** called me back and I told him it was not an sr5 it was an Sr. ** said you're right and then preceeded. ** then said the truck was a v6. I stopped him again and said it was not it was a v4. ** hung up again. ** called me back and i asked him why he hung up on me twice. ** said he was multi tasking. I mentioned to him that that is why the truck values so high is because he is putting the wrong information in to make it look good. ** then said the price will stay the same do I want it or not. I said no and have a blessed day. This is very unfair to try and rip customers off like this and needs to stop. I hope better business burea can do something about this so they cannot continue to do this to people. Very bad business. Hope to hear something soon. Thank you and have a blessed day

      Our issues started a year ago when we rented a car for two days. When we returned it everything was fine and told we could leave the car. The next day we were charged $2000 for a supposed scratch that they claim we caused even though it was already marked when we rented the car. It was infuriating and we ended up having to pay it. We refused to ever use enterprise again. And we haven't. A year later to the day we were charged more money on our card claiming we rented a car for those exact same days a year later. We called and everyone made up a different story on why we were charged. One woman said it was for tolls but took it back when we proved we used our easy pass. Another woman said we got a ticket even though we called and there was no ticket attached to us or that car. Then they said we actually rented a car exactly a year later. And that wasn't true.They are fraudulent company who literally scam their customers and make fraudulent charges on customers cards. Check your debit or credit cards a year after rental to see if you magically have a charge from them. I hear it happens often. How they have an F rating and are still in business is horrible.

      I rented a car for pickup on 7/30. Upon arrival, I was told I shouldnt have been able to book a car being that they did not have any available but an employee let me know he would see what he could do. The car that was given to me had no gas, a donut that I had to drive miles to get replaced myself, and had maintenance lights lit up on the dashboard. I was told not to worry about that. Once I realized how far I was being sent for the tire, I called Enterprise & asked if this is typical and was told it is absolutely not. I was offered an exchange of vehicle but all other locations were closed for the weekend. I then was OFFERED by the representative on the phone a full refund upon returning the vehicle on 8/8. I asked for confirmation, accepted the offer and even called back to ensure my own understanding & was told I would be refunded. Upon return of the car, I was only refunded the $300 deposit. I called their customer service the same day & was told this needed to be escalated. I have also called on 8/11 to follow up with no resolution and was then told an area or district manager would contact me. Today (8/18) I called once again since NO ONE from Enterprise has contacted me. I was given the same run around that someone would contact me and then was hung up on by **** in the escalations department. If Enterprise is so comfortable with unresolved issues and unprofessionalism, I will not be returning with my business but sharing this experience with anyone who considers renting with them.

      Absolute worst experience ever. I received a car from enterprise on ************************************************** in ************ ********* that smelt like pesticides. It was so strong it burnt my eyes and throat. I kept the car 2 days thinking the smell would subside but it did not. I called and asked for another car. The employee she was very rude and acted as though I was bothering her. She knew it smelt bc she couldnt roll the windows up to drive it to the front and even sprayed air freshener. I sent my son in law to exchange the car but instead I was not given another car and was put on the do not rent list. I have a bad heart and was not stressing it by driving the car. Corporate was no help either.

      I greatly appreciate your quick response. You have given me some hope in what customer service should be. However I tried contacting local, state, and corporate prior to filing my complaint here with no return of call or email. Thank you for forwarding it. Perhaps your diligent customer service will help.

      Booked a car to go in a vacation with the family only to get a call the morning iwas supposed to pick up the car to tell me that they don't have a car for me . Talked to 3 customer service and 2 supervisors to resolve the issue and got disconnected after being put on hold for over half an hour and no one tried to call me back They ruined my family's vacation And wasted hours of my time on the phone trying to get any car . Worst customer service ever .

      Enterprise employee '****' in ***********, ** was unaware of where he was physically (located). Had told me that he was on ****************** yet put me on hold to 'verify' and never returned to the phone. I drove to the ****************** location to pick up a car rental that he told the insurance agent would be ready at 5:00 PM. Upon arrival the door was locked and that is when I called him and he disappeared, I suppose just as he was unaware of where he was. I follwed up with calling a total 13 times and no one answered the phone - I understand they probably have caller ID and simply refused to answer the phone. This was car-rental was 'handled' via insurance agent with *** and was actually to third reservation and three different pick-up time slots within one day which is today. Insurance would email or text me with rental reservation update and upon calling to confirm, I would be told a different story by the enterprise employee. I given a one star cause I cannot submit without a star. You need a negative factor.

      Shameful performance where Enterprise confirms a reservation and has no car available when you arrive. Very unprofessional with their Too Bad So Sad attitude for not meeting their commitment. This would be a classic bait and switch but they just strand you at your destination.Never again!

      Location is **** ********** nearest *** airport. Called them direct and they routed me to a central reservation number. Shared concern about availability and they booked and confirmed availability. I get a courtesy call after work hours day before to say no car available and I am on my own. Couldnt have a more unprofessional experience with car rental. Easy to fix, any team I lead will never use Enterprise. ****************

      Set an appointment time and upon arrival the vehicle was not on the premises. Waited for over 30 minutes just to get a truck with dog hair, dirty floors and an ant infestation. I pointed it out to the gentleman and he said he would clean it. He said he did but it still had ants. Another employee pulled out an insect killer from the back of the office and sprayed the inner door trim and engine bay. I was going on a camping trip with my infant and toddler so I had to waste my own time to clean the truck of the chemicals used making me run later then expected. I had my kids snacks in the vehicle due to the fact it was going to be a long ride and to my surprise they were infested with ants by the time they got hungry. I had to throw everything away and re-vacuum the carpet. It was the worst rental car experience ever and I rent vehicles often for work and pleasure. This was out of the ****************, **. location *****************************************.
