      Can to the emergency room waited 1 hr then billing came out to verify my personal information in front of the whole emergency room ebony disclosed my name address and phone number and I already have PTSD from being shot. I didnt know that ***** HEALTH DONT CARE ABOUT PROTECTING PERSONAL INFORMATION.

      St. Vincents - Ascension Hospital in ********** ******* is ABSOLUTELY THE WORST HOSPITAL I'VE EVER BEEN IN. I WAS BROUGHT IN MY AMBULANCE and PUT IN A WHEELCHAIR and rolled out into the reception area and LEFT FOR ALMOST 4 HOURS because the young girls triaging patients according to their vast medical experience took walk in after walk in and LEFT ME WITHOUT CARE UNTIL I LEFT. IT'S A HORRIBLE PLACE FOR WHITE AMERICANS. But if your fresh over the border you go to the front of the line!! Being a ***************** they're all up into their Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and THAT GOES FOR PATIENTS TOO. IF YOU'RE WHITE YOU'RE LEFT WITHOUT CARE!

      I had an unpleasant experience with ****************** who specializes in rheumatology as a 63-year-old patient with pre-existing condition, maintaining my job, and the subsequent benefits for my children with Paramont the doctors assistance in the form of furnishing an essential medical report, for my employer was desperately required however, I was utterly disappointed and dismayed by the unprofessional attitude demonstrated ****************** refused to submit the required medical report, despite explaining the severity of the situation to him and the stressful consequences, if potentially on leash of my personal and professional life, his indifference and lack of sensitivity are notable and have had a significant impact on my life, including losing my job, and the benefits that were significant for my childrens future furthermore a level of arrogance, disconnect and lack of compassion which I found to be highly unbecoming, especially for a medical professional with primary duty is to emphasize with and help their patients the failure to provide the level of communication needed between position, and patient was obvious undermining the trust of any patient would want to have in their healthcare provider However I feel as essential to be balanced and objective in this review from a technical perspective Dr.Elkirans expertise and neurology cant be overlooked as patience we look for more than just a technical, expertise empathy, understanding, and active cooperation, especially in documenting our medical conditions for our official needs are necessary Overall experience major distress due to ****************** arrogance and unresponsiveness. Unfortunately, this experience has led to considerable personal and financial cost due to loss of my job and associated benefits. I hope my experience will be taken in consideration and result in improvements

      This has to do with the billing department, I have been calling since may of 2023, the customer service number. I went into my account to pay on an 80.00 dollar bill I had, and to my surprise they had put a 100.00 dollar bill from 2019!! I have been going through reviews since may and everyone else I talk to thinks that is crazy. If I owe that why did it take years to let me know?? Last wensday I called and told them I wanted to talk to someone from billing. I was disconnected twice, the second time I was on hold for close to an hour. They don't call you back after you get disconnected. Everytime you call they give you a date to call back and say it is still under review. This is a new year and I want to talk to someone. I pay my bills even if it takes awhile but why did it take years for them to let me know about it.

      I am 70 years **************************** Sacred Heart is the worse group for medical assistance that I have ever been part of. It starts with doctors who truly do not care about their patients, then goes on to a billing department that screws things up & takes ************* to fix the problem by phone, & ends with the disappointment of knowing that it will never change after happening more than once.

      Worst experience ever. My son is here because of a perforated bowel. One nurse was two hours late giving him pain meds. She was not on the floor but left word for the others to give it. My son kept asking for it but no response. A couple of the nurses were excellent. ***** and ****** were great and on the ball.

      If I only could give 0 stars! I had surgery on 6/21/2023 in *****************. On 8/23/2023 they have sent me bill saying insurance did not pay for it. Which my insurance did pay on 7/7/2023 according to Explanation of Benefits. I have mailed the copy of it + their bill. A month later without any tries to contact me by mail or phone, ***************************** has sent my bill to collection agency!! Just like that. After receiving letter/ bill from collection agency I have called the hospital billing department a woman picked up as said they will sent letter to collection agency to tell them the pill has been paid. What a BS service!!

      I USED to think this was a good medical group. But some of the care has gone downhill and worse yet, they don't allow you to pay them. That's right. Been trying to consolidate my bills and pay them for months but nope, they have refused my money. One person even told me to just not pay as he didn't even think it was my bill!! They saved my CC without my permission and think they can charge it when and for whatever amount they want. Called to get it removed and they refused to do so. Filed a BBB complaint against them and they didn't even bother to respond. Not I filed with the state to see if they wakes them up. All of it is sad as they do have some really good doctors but they would they trying to pay is a disaster so best to avoid them altogether.

      I stayed in the hospital all night and did not revive any treatment. My concerns were ignored and I was refused treatment as well as being declined a written refusal. The doctor wrote specifically that I “declined treatment” (bc it was irrelevant treatment that would just cost me a lot of money for no reason), but when I asked for a written copy of the treatment that I was declined, she refused because “they don’t do that”. I also was not treated for my fever at all. I was told to just go home and follow up with a PCP after NOTHING was done. I was completely denied of my rights as a patient and I would love for Dr. JEANNA M SHULA to be investigated.

      This medical group will overcharge you, disregard health insurance EOBs, and make you call and message them over and over to resolve issues that are obviously their fault. I am a TRICARE patient, and I saw a provider in their group who was in network and had signed a contract to accept the TRICARE allowed charge as payment in full. They overcharged me beyond what the insurance allowed, then tried to charge me even more. They tried to re-bill my insurance four times, despite EOBs and letters from the insurance telling them they had overcharged me. Then they tried to use the three duplicate claims that were denied as an excuse to charge me more, despite their signed contract saying they would not balance bill TRICARE patients. They eventually agreed that they shouldn't be asking for more money, but then made me start all over again to get them to refund the amount they overcharged. Despite calls from my insurance and letters, I had to spend eight months, dozens of calls, multiple secure messages, and constant "technology problems" that resulted in their hanging up on me, transferring me to phones that didn't answer, and making me repeat the story over and over to new customer service reps. ******* they "escalated" the issue up two different tiers before a customer service rep actually looked at the EOBs and agreed that they had made a mistake. For an appointment that happened Jan. 4, 2023, I got final resolution on their billing mistake and they began processing my refund on Oct. 24. That is 294 days for those keeping score. This was the second time in two years that I'd had a billing problem with this group. I have switched to a primary care manager and hospital system that is out of network and will pay higher co-pays and cost shares now just so I don't have to deal with this group ever again. Throughout the process they made statements that were demonstrably untrue in writing, including claiming they never filed duplicate claims. Stay away. Find better doctors.
