      One star is too much. Not enough staff and too many medication errors. Wouldnt send my dog there.

      I was scheduled for an MRI for this afternoon. I received a call yesterday saying that due to staffing shortages, they had to reschedule. The only time I could get that would fit into my schedule at the location closest to me was two weeks out. Really? This isn't an appointment for something frivolous. If I wanted something soon, I have to go to a location that is quite a bit farther from my house. If they would pay a decent wage and increase employee satisfaction, they might not have staffing issues. I am considering changing to a different healthcare organization...********* *********.

      Hello, I had ****** as a nurse, Sunday(10/15/23) around 10:30 pm in the *** I was brought in for a scooter wreck ending in a laceration, contusion and broken finger. Not only was she rude as soon as entering the room and the male nurse had to correct her knowing I was in too much pain but she neglected to care the entire visit. She was instructed to clean my wounds around my open cut, above my eye. The cleaning solution ***** and reacted with a burning sensation when filling my eye. The cut was not on my eye but above and her carelessness and neglect was putting me in more pain, in an already extremely painful situation. She rang the cleaning rag out into my eyes at least four times before I calmly asked her to not get it in my eye because of the pain. She proceeds to throw the cleaning towel down, walk to the door and yell for someone else to "wipe this girl off because I can't deal with this ****." The other nurse did it within 5 mins not getting one drop in my eye, doing her job correctly unlike her co-worker was able to. I also heard her yelling at a older woman in the room next to me, from the nurses station to, "lay down and stop sitting up" very rudely and disrespectfully. How sad we have nurses that can't complete a job, being neglectful and just plain rude to people in pain. She then came to give me discharge papers all while rolling her eyes at me, laughing entering my room. I asked her for a second as I was finishing an important phone call. I went to take the papers as I was just about the hang up (30seconds after her entering) and she rolls her eyes and walks away to never return again. I saw myself out with no instructions, after having an accident. This is not behavior someone in the medical field should ever have and surprised ********************* of *********, ** has such terrible employees. Action needs to be taken against ****** for all the patients she treats less than humans, including myself. ***************************- please contact

      This place is a joke, waiting over a week to get info on echo. Two ascension offices cant get there act together.

      Ascension **************** has put me in collections for a bill that was paid back in December of 2022. I have made several calls, sent paperwork to prove it was paid. Faxed paperwork 5 times now, spent hours on phone with 3 way calls with them and insurance company. The insurance company has sent them check number, but not resolved. Been dealing with this since April of this year. What is my next step? I have ******** and supplement insurance!

      I would not recommend using chango Bridge as a part of ******* as long as they utilize a PA who is not friendly nor helpful. She was at the facility Saturday july18 She did not know my background and was condescending to both my sister and myself.

      I scheduled an appointment for my daughter back in August and the appointment was set for September 14th at 2:15p. I have a voicemail stating to come 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork. We got there at 2:00 but was refused service by both receptionists one stating in person we shouldve came 30 minutes early and the other claims on the phone she said 20 minutes. But the saved voicemail I have (which is actual proof not hearsay) said 15 minutes.

      The Doc's 1. they send you A Huge Book of Docs! But they are mostly GHOST docs!! just names and Phone numbers!! When I found one to get ex-rays after An Accident that totaled my car and I am 69 I had to walk up A flight of stairs to see A Doc I could barely understand!! But the main problem I was promised I could spend the $5000 Dental on Implants! So I scheduled the procedure and took 2 weeks off! But was told the day before they would not pay!! The Ins Agent ***** lied to me and did not even mention A co-pay so here I am wearing A mask after being lied to!! NOTHING is as told was true I HATE ASCENSION And I suggest you 1. Check out their Docs!! Ask for the Doc Register Book!! Als check out everything they say you get !! DONT TRUST ANYTHING THEY SAY!!! I went thru getting 3 teeth pulled and and the pain that goes with it FOR Nothing!! Bad Docs that aren't smart enough to be on the bottom floor even though they are A provider for Seniors!! And REALLY BAD customer service. They really make you work to contact anyone!! I really am giving NO STARS!! BEWARE OF lying Ins Agents! I now throwaway anything from them!! Going back to ***********

      Saint Vincent in ************, 86th street, was horrible with their nursing staff. *********************. She really was rude and inconsiderate when I called because we could not get my sons meds and his sugar was climbing.

      I recently was a patient here I was put into ICU had to undergoing eight surgeries just to my feet alone I was in a car collision I was treated so rudely by everyone my family came in from out of town to see me they too we're treated terribly to the point where they commented and they never do that my friends wouldn't even stay they couldn't even stand to see the treatment that I was receiving. When I got to my room nurses wouldn't even answer my bell I began choking on a piece of food and called the head nurse she hung up on me I went home with bed sores I laid in urine for hours on end I would never ever recommend this hospital to anyone I'm traumatized from it I was discharged with no help going over the paperwork on what how to treat myself I literally could not move or walk and they discharged me to an apartment that I wasn't even moved into yet that had no power wasn't set up had no bed and just left me on the side of the road and it transportation vehicle paralyzed in a wheelchair. When my sister came to see me she had bought me a new phone because mine was smashed in a car crash when I told the doctors that my sister came to see me the technicians and nurses told me I was crazy that no one even came and I said then how did I get a new phone they tried to convince me I was nuts in front of doctors I was stolen from they stole my charger they still other things of mine clothing that was just bought for me from a counselor that came to see me friend I went home with no clothes because mine were cut off from me they gave me a hard time about having to give me a pair of Scrubs that I begged for because they stole mine they gave me a wheelchair and a commode and dropped me off literally in the street totally in tears and traumatized as I was leaving never in my life if I experienced such horrific treatment from someone that was in so much drama and pain.
